I made the unfortunate mistake of using Bob Greene to help with my Google Local Business page. He did nothing to help my ranking. I told him not to create a duplicate listing and that is exactly what he did. He is a complete amateur. Instead of helping my listing, he hurt it. I finally got my listing back where I wanted by hiring a true professional. Bob Greene took credit for this work after I fired him. He claimed that he was doing free work for me for over 5 months. He is condescending and abusive towards his former clients. He refuses to delete the listing he created in his account. This hurts my placement. Do not use this college kid to help you
