I ordered a smartwatch and the additional one year warranty. It arrived as a complete DUD. It will not charge, it will not power on. There is no customer service help enclosed with the watch or on the box. It does tell you to download the app also produced by the manufacturer. THAT'S WHERE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE. So many people with my exact problem - a DUD. Mashable's response? Follow the enclosed directions for return (THEY DON'T WORK) and I must pay return shipping. Returning shipping for a dud that won't turn on? This is a scam perpetuated by Mashable. I have filed a scam complaint with Capital One.

Do not buy anything from this website. It has a no return policy even if the product doesn't work... this definitely violates consumers' right. I can't believe how poorly it treats its customers.

Fake Stories, Too Much Incorrect and Biased Information, Senior Management that cannot be reached, Editors that some of them are Fleeing Traitors.

NEVER order anything from this site- it is a scam. They write fake articles on there products that are untrue- very unprofessional site. I purchased 2 $30 Saberlight lighters that both stopped working within 1 month of purchase & this company refused to refund anything. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY!

"ONLINE MEDIA GOD": 400+ Tools for Photographers, Videobloggers, Podcasters & Musicians - Just as the title reads. It's allowed me to accomplish quite a bit for my colleagues (when im in a pinch and not at my recording studio), and in the near future will do so much more for myself as well.

This site is honestly for idiots, with it stupid reports that either fake or picked up from a garbage can.
Other than the fact the website filled with malware.

Mashable is a Garbage, a Big Truck full of Nasty things, they will do everything to improve their ratings including causing innocents blood to spill, Mashable is Monster and a Disgrace for the Human Kind.

When the CEO of Mashable will realize that blood spilling has price, maybe that will help him, otherwise, he might find himself in unpleasant situation.

This company is a complete scam! I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and it hasn't moved from its country of origin. I inquired with customer service and they just deferred blame to someone else, claiming they are aren't responsible for shipping the products and won't take any responsibility for getting my product. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! All they will do is take your money and not send you what you ordered.

Bought an Excel training from Mashable Shop. Never got the link to the material, even after numerous emails. Looks like a scam to me. I reported them to my bank and got the money back.

Do run away from these scammers!
They will make up reasons why you can not get a refund on your purchase, and they will not respond you. Mashable only wants yoir credit card numbers.

The number 1 spot for Social Media updates and news. You shouldn't go to just one place but this should be on your favorites. Love this site to peices.

This is a great site to get an overview of the major tech and social media stories for the day. It's also a great place to uncover new marketing tools and resources.

I really like Mashable. I follow them on FB too, but I find even when I google an app question or tech question, a Mashable article comes up first. Lots of useful information from them.

Bad product, bad customer service.

I asked for a refund 10x with proof that the product did not work as advertised.

They didn't want to issue a refund.

My 11" MacBook Air arrived in 3 business days as promised. It is in super condition and I am typing on it now. Mashable sold me a refurbished MacBook Air this is as described at a good price.

I waited weeks for a thermometer, $80, it arrived, doesn't work, and seems cheaper than a childs toy.
Never buying again from this site.

Great site for tech news, social media etc. The new design is incredible and displays news unlike any other site.

I ordered 15 bottles of wine after over two months, no wine no refund keep getting to unattended websites.
