Hi Pinaki, we have received your egregious review, which, we feel is totally unfounded, and I might add, defamatory and libelous. That said, at Match Guaranty we take such allegations seriously and accordingly have launched a full scale investigation involving my entire Match Guaranty team to better understand you and determine whether your allegations have any merit.

Furthermore, in the best interest of full public transparency, since you’ll be in Kiev until Feb. 20th, we would like to openly invite a third party arbitrator (of your choice) to our Kiev office to meet with you, myself and Tatiana to settle this matter openly. Please advise if you accept?

Also, I have a few questions I’d ask you to answer publicly here that speaks to your most defamatory allegations:
1. Which of our 5 ladies that you met with are you accusing of being “gold diggers” and why?
2. How many of our 5 ladies you met/dated are you still in communication with now? When we spoke today you told me 2, but in fact when Tatiana spoke to all your ladies today, 4 of your 5 ladies told her that you are still in *communication with them even now.

Furthermore, your comments about our star coach Luba have my entire staff in shock and awe. Luba is hands down the best coach Match Guaranty has ever had! I’m sure that past clients would tell you they felt the utmost genuine care from her. Our entire staff see’s Luba’s almost mother-hen-like client care and wonder how she does it. I’d even go as far as to say she is gifted in what she does with Match Guaranty and I feel very blessed to have her. For example, she even replies to client messages/questions usually within an hour anytime (as she has with you).

Free 1st free Skype call with Pinaki, they kept communicating after Pinaki became client.
Nice lady. Speaks good English.
In a week or so after start of communication with Liudmila, Pinaki complained that Luidmila has her phone broken and can not communicate with him, it was not more that 5 days, he was suspicious that Liudmila probably said this as lie about broken phone because she will ask him to buy a new phone. Of course Liudmila did not ask from him anything, her phone really was broken and after she bought new phone she contacted Pinaki straight away. Pinaki told me that she even contacted him from friend’s phone few times to say hi.
Pinaki was upset that Liudmila can not fix her phone quickly and talk to him, he said that she MUST go find automatic phone on the street and call him!
Liudmila did not ever ask anything from Pinaki!
Later Liudmila wrote letter to Tatiana and Olga saying that she refused to communicate with Pinaki, he demands a lot of communication and time. She could not invest so much time for communication, as at that period she also lost her job and had to go back from Kiev to her hometown Rivne. Luidmila even asked at that time to delete her profile from our agency. Now Pinaki and Mila started to *communicate again and Pinaki saying that she is a “gem”, good girl. He is planning to go visit her in Rivne this week.

She was recommendation to Pinaki by our head matchmaker Tatiana’s.
Pinaki say she is nice girl, was dating 1st time with MG, they went to simple cafe of Crimean cuisine near the office, I was translating 1 hour that day and then I left them alone to communicate and spend some time together. We were drinking only cup of coffee. After I left they ordered some food, but Pinkai proposed himself. I can say the girl was modest. Pinaki gave her flowers and box of chocolate in heart shape. They spent time till the evening together and after Pinaki wrote that date went well, but he has no attraction to her (however they exchanged phone number and they are *communicating till now).
After the date Pinaki wrote in Skype this statement about Evgenia:
“Bad sense of fashion, breadth stinks, but will make a great future wife for anyone”.
Tatiana spoke with Evgenia and she said during a date noticed from Pinaki no questions that show interest in her. But she wanted to continue to communicate to get to know him better, because did not understand him on the 1st date. Evgenia saw that Pinaki hands were shaking. Pinaki said to Tatiana that has no pretensions to Evgenia, she is nice person.
Evgenia is also paid attention that Pinaki said that after work he is very tired and doesn’t want to see anybody (while now in Ukraine Pinaki is working from 6pm till 4am in the morning, I think).

Innocent girl, very attached to her family: mother and brother (he is handicapped). Speaks good English. He brought flowers to her and box of chocolate. Pinaki told that they went to Turkish restaurant together on the 1st date. Pinaki brought her to this restaurant and asked her to order something. Cornelia asked few sweets fro her brother while ordering, it was not expensive. Pinaki characterized her as one of good girls, ‘gems’ that he met. He invited her for second date and it went well – Pinaki did not tell me details about it. They continue* communicating and even today Pinaki wrote her and wanted to meet, but she was working.
After the 1st date with Cornelia Pinaki wrote in Skype this statement about her:
“She felt immature, but physically attractive. Will make a great girl friend if not a wife.”
Tatiana spoke with Cornelia today, she said that they *are still communicating, and say everything Ok. But Cornelia is thinking that Pinaki is hiding something.

Date #4, Julia ID#2665, 29y. O.@ 13.00,4 Feb.
She lives Chernigov, came by train to meet Pinaki. Speaks good English. Beautiful. Pinaki brought her flowers and chocolate. During a date Pinaki wrote in Skype that
Julia is awesome.
He told me that she asked herself his phone number before leaving and wanted to continue communication (he told did not ask her because was not sure she liked him).
I remember Tatiana told that Pinaki did not like that Julia told him that visited 30 countries – for him it was red flag for some reason. She visited many countries for her job, attended exhibitions.
Pinaki asked Julia many times about her previous relationships. But Julia did not want to speak about previous relationships on the 1st date, he was pushing her to tell this.
After the date with Julia Pinaki wrote in Skype this statement about her “Blew me off:(“
Then next day Pinaki got very upset, he said that Julia did not reply him for 6 hours or so. Tatiana spoke with Julia after and she said that was sick and fall asleep and did not want anything and that’s why did not respond quickly. Pinaki got upset that Julia did not respond him, he called her also. He said that she is Tinder type of girl he doesn’t need MG to find such girls. Tatiana mentioned that they went to not expensive Crimean cafe on Maidan, stayed from 1pm to 4pm, Julia felt like on interview, Pinaki prepared list of hard questions for her, she di not want to answer some of them. Pinaki said to Julia that he came only for her and doesn’t want any other girls (this is from Tatiana words after conversation with Julia). And because of this she gave her contact to Pinaki, to give a chance to know Pinaki better. Julia said to Tatiana that she felt uncomfortable and did not want to hurt Pinaki, but she felt nervous abut his pushy character from many interagetion questions.
Julia previously went to a date with our other client Roman and he characterized her in the best way, that she is nice, simple next door type of girl, not a princess, happy to just walk, talk and drink coffee.

This girl is new in database, dating with MG 1st time. She came from Kharkiv to meet Pinaki. He did not bring flowers to her, brought chocolate. They went to date at the same not expressive Crimean café on Maidan, He was sending in Skype message to me they are drinking 2nd bottle of wine and they are happy. Pinaki invited her to order her food and wine, as Tatiana said after speaking with Ekaterina. After that she asked to go rest in the hotel after trip. In the evening they met again, went to Caribbean club together and spent there time from 11pm till 4am ( Pinaki invited her). From Tataina words Pinaki said to Ekaterina that he liked her very much and would like to be with her. Next day Ekaterina called Tatiana that she will bring her luggage to train station now and will walk in the city till the evening when her train to Kharkiv leaves. Ekaterina said Tatiana that she doesn’t want to meet Pinaki again, because she got tired very much from him. Pinaki wanted to invite Ekaterina this day again to meet, but she said to him that she can’t meet, as she is meeting a friend (I think she said this not to offend Pinaki, because did not want to see him again).
After this Pinaki got upset and wrote this in Skype this morning: “Another terrible Tinder type date - 3 bottles of wine, 1 sparkling and 1 hookah later she said she can’t meet this morning as she has to meet her friend.”
Maybe Pinaki means that Ekaterina is gold digger because they drink 3 bottle together and went to Caribbean club? Today in conversation with Tatiana Ekaterina said that they are in contact with Pinaki and *still communicating. Ekateriana is thinking that Pinaki is kind, but behaves as a child.

Date #6, Natalia, ID# 2645@ 7 Feb! Pinaki Cancelled! Why? Because he told she is girl from his first letter!
Pinaki asked to postpone date with Natalia for later in the evening or next week. Natalia could not make it later in the evening, she was available after 6.30pm only during the week, because she is working every day or next Sunday any time.
(Pinaki has to start his work at 6pm every day, he told this to us in advance, so we planned his dates before 4pm the latest).
After learning about Natalia availability Pinaki got upset and said to cancel date with her at all, never!
