This is for order #*******. I ordered a Weather Tech bug deflector for a 2016 Toyota Sienna in April '16. They sent one that looks used and is clearly marked 2011-2013. I try it just to see if it'll fit. The mounting hardware is too small for the holes in the hood so it will not stay on. I put it back in the box and call them. Of course there is no answer so I get their answering message. They have such an unprofessional message... option 3 says "hang up and call us after sometime". They email saying they're sorry they missed my call. We have been emailing each other for about a week now. I tell them I want a full refund and a pre-paid shipping label. This is what these scammers have replied: 1) "put it on, it'll fit" 2) "we need part number so check numbers on the part and the box"... I had to send them a pic for the 2nd time of the part number/bar code of the deflector and a pic of the shipping box labels 3) "send us a pic of the damaged part" What damaged part? You idiots sent me the wrong part! In every email they have sent they have said they will refund my money once they process the return. But it seems these morons can't get it through their thick skulls that I want to return the damn part in the first place! I already complained with the FTC so hopefully they get shut down. This is a totally bogus website. They shut their website on and off at will. When it is off they warn you that "Attackers are trying to steal your information". I'm serious. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE THING HERE! Like I said, hopefully they get investigated and eventually get shut down. These people also email in broken English. Someone that works there is named Saera. Learn from my $59.95 mistake! Do not do business with this shady two bit dump of a "business"! They somehow use Part Zone USA Inc for a shipper or for their warehouse so I don't know what's going on there...
