Contact Number: *******022, for an oil change, returned, paid for the service retrieving my car key went to my car and opened the door. I need to report the arrogant disregard to my cream-colored driver's seat including head rest, center console, side panel door, black car mat, and steering wheel. It was covered in black soot, filth rubbed in to where that technician had been. I reported to the manager and showed him. He tried to wipe it away but the filth was rubbed in to everything.
I had to cover the car seat with the clothing I had in my trunk because I was wearing light colored clothing. The manager never offered to even assist with that. He saw that I had taken pictures and recording the interior of my care.
I drove to the detailer, carefully touching the wheel, to get the filth cleaned but could not, because I had not scheduled an appointment.
I drove home, and cleaned the filth with Dawn and white vinegar in 92-degree humid weather. The process took 1hr 17 minutes. The color is still off and my car smelled like vinegar for 9 days! Who trained this technician to blatantly disrespect my car or anyone's property?
