We hired McAllister Tree Service to do some cutting and trimming for us recently. And we didn't realize how bad they were.

First off, when they came, they completely cut down two trees that were only supposed to be trimmed. They also didn't finish part of the job. So, we didn't pay them, and later asked the office to send them back to finish on another day.

We eventually scheduled for them to return in a couple of weeks. About two days before the scheduled appointment, I called to confirm it. Well, they told me that they had *rescheduled* the appointment (without asking us) to be two weeks further out instead! If I hadn't called, I would've never known. Finally, the day before the rescheduled appointment, I called and asked what time the guys would be coming the next day. Amber (the office worker) told me that she didn't know, but would call me back by 5 p.m. Guess what? She never called.

Then on the day of the appointment, they never even bothered to show up. So, I called their office at about 3 p.m. and left a message saying, "Listen, are the guys still coming? I can't wait here all day." But they never even returned my call!

So... they ghosted us on the day of our appointment without any communication at all. That was on a Tuesday. Well, Wednesday came, and they still never called to apologize. Ditto for Thursday. Then suddenly on Friday morning, at about 7:30 a.m., they left us a message saying, "Hey, the guys will be there at about 9 a.m. today!" So, they never even apologized--and then just decided to schedule their OWN time to come and finish the job!

To sum up, McAllister Tree Service completely stood us up on the day of our appointment, and never bothered to apologize for it or return our calls. And then three days later, they just "decided" (without even getting permission from us) to come on over, giving us only about an hour's notice. Does it get any more rude and unprofessional than that?

Basically, this company only cares about one thing: money. They couldn't care less about their customers. They don't bother to honor their appointments, but instead just come whenever they FEEL like it! So, please avoid this company like the plague. If they were the last tree cutters in Georgia, I still wouldn't hire them again.
