Recently, my wife and I went to your restaurant and ordered a couple of menus. I really liked your cutlets. So delicious that you can't pass it on. The service is just great. I recommend them for everyone!

The website is helpful if you want to know more about them or just to browse through the countless food items from their menu. Everything is detailed and described well. I rarely eat from McDonald's, but when I am at work, I buy some chicken nuggets and/or fries. They are tasty. Oh, I also like the cheeseburger, a classic McDonald's taste. On the website you can locate a store near you, so it is easy to find a place to order from. Large menu size, a lot of drinks, desserts. I prefer eating at other restaurants or to cook my own food, but at work I usually buy some fast food. (Either KFC, McDonald's, etc.) For the taste, I can give them 10/10. For price - 7/10 in my country. For healthiness - not really healthy, but hey, you can eat from there from time to time.

Friendly staff. Fast really have changed over the past months. The food is fresh and hot. They act like they're glad that you are there. And they worked well together. Happy to see that McDonald's us improving.

Went through the drive through. Got home and didn't have everything. Went back to have it corrected and the staff was extremely rude and acted as if it was my fault. No apology no smile then charged me for there mistake. On top of it all served people that came in after me. Before correcting my order. It was horrible customer service. Everyone in there looked like it was the worst day of there life. Crazy thing is it wasn't busy at all. This is the first review I have ever left anywhere. But this needs corrected.

Tried the "buy one get one for a $", chose the Big Mac. WOW, it was but a very small mere shadow of what I remembered a Big Mac to be. The two thin sheets of meat were pale grey and tasteless as was the piece of cheese. I even tried a pickle by itself, and it too was tasteless. There was plenty of chopped lettuce to bulk it up and fall all over as I ate it. The only taste was the lettuce and massive amount of Russian dressing. All in all, I will never ever buy a Big Mac again! Had an ice-cream cone and was shocked at the price, used to be around $1.50 and now around $2.50! Is that an inflationary price increase or price gouging for something that probably costs them pennies to make. Such a disappointment all around!

I tried to contact them on their app. They only let you comment on what they want to hear. I got the app in order to get free stuff, and to make it easier. But in the last month their app has been down and instead of costing me $1.72 I ended up paying eight bucks. What is the point? This app is not reliable.

This McDonalds has the worst service of any fast food restaurant I have ever seen. They only have one person taking orders at two drive ups as well as collecting money. Does this manager not see that they have a severe problem. Today and most days the cars were lined up out of the entrance. Hire more staff! Send the manager to other McDonalds to see how they do it. Maybe send them to Chick-fil-A. They serve customers like a true fast food restaurant.

I keep forgetting not to go here to get my son's sandwiches. Each time I've ordered something for myself I've gotten sick. Today the deaf dummy got my order wrong. So they threw a raw burger between the bun smothered it in ketchup and stuffed it in the bag. Don't go, here. Calling health department.

No one handling the fries or the food in the front wears gloves and several do not even have a head covering additionally three out of the five times I visited there something was missing from my order.
Some serious health concerns here considering the fact that they would not let anyone in during covid and now they're serving food without gloves..

First they have a mobile app that's OK at best, can't pay with it, but at least it provides coupons for food, then a couple of weeks ago it tells me to update the app, I thought may be they get wise and allows me to pay with the mobile app. After I updated the app, it won't even let me log in, tried many times over several days, still says "We are having trouble connecting, please try again later". I see many complaints about it on the play store site about this app. Go fix it already!

This is the place where you can meet the most people. I like the breakfasts here. Today we had McMuffin with egg and bacon and Americano coffee. It was delicious. Minus that they didn't give sugar and a coffee stick, had to go back.

There is clearly evidence of a hostile work environment at the store on Cedar Street in Mason, Mi. I have noticed how new employees greet customers with friendly smiles and words. After a couple of weeks it's like they can't wait to get you out of their way. Today not a single employee said thank you or you're welcome to me. In fact, when I received me food at the window the manager handed it to me, said nothing when I said "thank you, " and complained that I had dumped a small amount of water on the pavement that was in my McDonalds cup from the previous day. I asked for her to return to the window so that she could apologize to me, but she sent a young female employee to tell me to use the trash can.

I used to love this place and came here a lot but the service is seriously going down with the time. The quality of food is getting worse day by day. Just went there recently and the server was rude and unprofessional. The chicken in my burger was not properly cooked and the salad was rotten. Will never come back again.

Great attention to detail with respect to the ingredients chosen and they are used in. Bar far my favorite burger. Great service by genuine people that actually care about what they are doing. Love it

Went to McDonalds today to get quick lunch. (Store *******, Goodyear AZ). Anything but quick. Waited 10 minutes in line behind 1 person. Ordered 10 nuggets, fries, and cup of water. I was informed that store policy was now to charge $1 for a cup of water. Disappointing. Is this their way of fighting inflation? Done with McDonalds.

I gave it one star because I was ripped off by Uber delivery that didn't deliver the food and didn't have an app on how it was delivered. McDownls from Epsom who sometimes send the wrong food doesn't check the drivers. McDonalds in Epsom do not answer the phone to resolve the situations they have created and charges money for service not delivered.

Went to go order food for my today, and came across a worker named Ashley. I Notice she was a bit upset so of course I asked if she was alright, she looked up at me and said "yeah,thanks for asking". She took my order and banged my food, made sure everything was all set. Even told me to have a fantastic night. 10/10

The Dundee, Michigan, McDonald's is giving the franchise a bad name. Last time I received no syrup with my Big Breakfast meal. Today the omitted the syrup and the sausage. It's a shame when local residents no longer buy from you.

I hate the way they cook their burgers and fries. They could really improve it. But why is it really very bland? Their service isn't even good, most service crews are lazy. They don't come back when you ask them to get something, like salt, etc. Gosh, I hope you guys improve.

It's a great place, even though it's unhealthy but very tasty, the biggest drawback is that there are often no seats and it takes a long walk to find a free seat, often in the KFC area. Sometimes the cutlets are dry and the coffee is either overcooked or the cheapest.

I go to the McDonalds not far from my where I live. The employees are rude and act as though the customers are never right. Rule of thumb no matter the problems that may arise the customer is always correct. A customer ordered a large amount of food and needed to order more and the employee stated "why didn't you order that at the same time" The store is a mess. Tables are a mess never been wiped down floors are dirty looks like the same stuff on the floor from days prior. Flies always flying around. I can go on but I think this is a good brief description of what I am talking about.

My daughter ordered from just eat. Food was 20 minutes late. Food was cold big mac had lettuce when she asked for no lettuce. Asked for extra pickle no onions and no sauce and got no pickles extra cheese and onions. 5 milkshakes ordered and no straws for the children to drink them. Why can't they read an order and get it correct is beyond me. Every order we have placed on line and the drive thru has been wrong. This place is an absolute joke Thank god KFC is close by
