I have always an amazing customer experience, they explain everything so I understood got my products shipped swiftly and answered every question I had for them, very kind to talk to.Thank you for the great service
Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
They took money out of my account with out my authorization. They asked what bank I would be using and account number so they could verify that bank. They to more money then what my payment should or would have been. Then did not approve my loan. Then when I asked about it they told me money was being returned. It's been a week no return of mone. This company is not a good company to work with or they have workers that steal money from people. Don't let this happen to you. Stay away

Bob Batakovic not a good rep. I just had surgery, got SEVERAL emails asking WHY I hadn't ordered from this company. I finally ordered. 'Bob' asked me to go move money from one account to another. Change original info on my purchase. I did everything he asked. Was told by Bob he would contact me real soon. NEVER heard a word! What I DID receive was a order cancelation. And first payment money removed from my account!

I spoke with a representative about picking up my television up as I didn't have time to wait for delivery. After finally getting to a supervisor, She said, okay, she'll submit verification so that I could. When I called the carrier that gave me a hard time as well. The supervisor, Sharla was great. When I got to Ceva, Erick was quick got me what I needed so I could go, and Chuck was awesome. He met met me at the dock with a Fork Lift.

I've been seeing on TV and other places not to log onto your banking app if they ask you to because then then can see everything and take control of your bank so as soon as I got to that part I stopped. Which really sucked because I really wanted that tv and soundbar... it also says you can upload a photo of your bank statement but hello it still has all my banking info on it. I tried to call customer support and haven't received anything back. Other places that help people with low credit don't ask for this information. I really wanted these items but it don't seem like I'm getting them and I'm going to let other people know what happened to me... so much for legit companies and companies trying to help people. They got all my personal information including banking which include my name and address and then they asked me to send picture of me to verify my address, then why the hell did i include all those personal information about me which included my address and full name in my own back statement? I say cancel my profile and delete all my personal information, cause this site sound shaddy for asking my all those thing a normal site would never ask!

I received my tv and it was delivered damaged. The delivery service took the tv back with them. I contacted MDG before the delivery service left my home October 2 and it took 6 days to ship a replacement tv. MDG gave me constant excuses daily as why the replacement hadn't been shipped. The replacement tv was shipped out October 8.
I was told every time I contacted MDG, daily a different excuse.

I bought something in MDG, they said delivery free, when the guy in delivery comes he told me that he can"t bring my stuff in my appartment 2 sofas two boxes very heavy..."What King of busnisses you do" is crazy I talked with two agents in mdg for solve this situation since wedsney up to now no answer for when I can receive my stuff... Im STILL waiting for my bed. Its day 3 of failed delivary attempt. Day one i took the day off work, apparently the truck broke down however I didnt recieve a call to advise this happened, loss of pay and no bed. Day 2... bed was delivered 3 hours prior to arranged time, without a phone call while my 12 year old child was home who is obviously not the appropriate age to sign, while i was at work in another city. Again another night with no bed.
No help from call center at number provided, still dont know when I will actually have a bed to sleep in and Im paying for a product I dont actually have in my possesion. Not impressed.
I am a bit disappointed because ive been a good paying costumer an pay my payments an when i found out i couldnt get a order that i wanted instead of going with what i was allowed was a big disappointment being a costumer for a while with you guys.

I am not pleased at all. Ordered a tv and ps4 bundle 2 controllers a charging bar and a game. I received empty boxes and caked immediately. The gentleman i spoke to said he is doing a claim. Then i email email email and no answers. I call get hung up on. Thiswas my son's birthday present and he got to open an empty box. Wth. And no answers. Very unprofessional.

The products were fine but ups lost half my order. I was told it was to be delivered to my house. It wasn't on the truck. I told them I would go to the shipping center to pick it up. They couldn't find it there either. Apparently someone walked away with my kitchen appliance. No one at ups took responsibility. I wanted a new one shipped to me by a different shipping method and Mdg refused to send it by anyone but ups so I just cancelled the order.

I bought a computer and it did not work. I phoned MDG and we arranged to get UPS to pick up the computer and replace it. UPS was to show up on Monday, and now it is Wednesday. UPS still has not picked up the computer. I phoned MDG again today and was told they will phone UPS and get back to me. I have herd nothing so far. It has been a week now since i received the broken computer. I think MDG should send a new computer asap. Thank-You Jeff C

I ordered a tv, gaming bundle on the 26th of November. It said it would be delivered by dec 4th. I get that there was a couple of days where there would be no delivery because of snow. Here it is the 7th of December and no delivery. It still shows that there delivery date being dec 4th. I think this may be my last order from you guys. I will pay my stuff off and then I will be done. Thank you for giving me the chance to get the stuff I wanted. I truly did like doing business with you but no more. Sorry

I ordered a Play Station 5 for my son online and waited for it to be delivered through UPS, its been over 2 weeks and haven't received anything yet. I've been talking with Daisy and she desperately tried to help me but I ended up cancelling the order, my son's birthday was April 12,2023. Too bad you couldn't use FedEx because they can deliver here to my work, MDG said an investigation would be done and the delivery would take another 8 to 10 business days. No thanks, try somewhere else to order I guess!

I ordered in July and my agent was terrible. I initiated every single call. It is now September 13 2019 and I FINALLY have my furniture. The entire MDG company is terrible. From the people answering the phone placing you on hold before you can even say hello to the "supervisors" that never call back. I will not recommend anyone to MDG AGAIN!

I was told my TV would be delivered on 1-24 and when I called on the 24th to see if they were still delivering it. I was told it was still in Chicago and they didn't know when it would be delivered but my account was charged for a payment.
Called yester day was asked to send pictures after sending them i was told the agent would call me back with no answer i called twice with the answer he is on break or he will call you back tomorrow...

I was qualified for a line of credit, ready to upload my verification documents and tried to do so but couldn't give then everything they needed right away or through the online uploader. So I called only to be told they were closed at the time. So I had planned to call today but I already received an email this morning saying that I was no longer approved. Why tell me I was approved and provide me with a line of credit only to decline me for financing later? They didn't even give me a chance to give them the correct verification documents.

The service is absolutely horrible. No one calls in the time frame you are available to talk, they call on their time. When you need to get ahold of customer service it's next to impossible when you need to change simple things in your order or speak to someone about your order. The process was as expected for the most part for such a site as far as the application went. The rep was nice and helpful. I was promised delivery of my laptop on a specific date, twice. The UPS tracker never updated and I was informed by UPS that MDG had never shipped the computer. An MDG rep assured me their customer service would be in touch shortly to resolve this before the end of the day once they had contacted the warehouse and UPS, but it did not happen. I was not contacted.
I had an important project requiring this laptop as a work tool, and while I kept conversations cordial with MDG, I am very unhappy about this but things being what they are, I guess I don't have any option but to wait for them to either ship the package or another one.

Took double the payments out of my account. Never said that's what it would be called and canceled it and they said it'll take 10 days to get back to me I should have it by the 27th of June it didn't take 10 days to take it why does it take so long. And I keep getting hung up on and bounced around. I contacted the better business bureau about this company wand they way things are done. My money needs to be back in my account now not 10 days smh I'll never order from here again and I'll make sure no one in my family does either

Coming out of bankruptcy. I wanted to re-establish credit. I put in a app with MDG and was excited to be approved. Looking over most of the forms that were emailed. I never saw DAILY INTREST. I called a couple of times to ask why wasn't my balance dropping and could never understand the person (language) most of the time. Secondly business wise could not understand the way the young lady tried to explain. Easy way was to just say DAILY INTREST. Even looking through the payment contract. It only gives the price and the down payment. That could have been explained. Much more could have been handled better.
