Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Problems with the delivery the left outside in front of my apartment my mattress with the delivery company " sameday "... i am a single woman and the box: 110 pounds. Anybody could have steal my box..

I called because i noticed that the price had changed on one of the products and they charged me the higher price instead of the lower price they have online. So unproffesional and rude. They also didn't send me the free tablets they where supposed to send me for ordering online

TV didnt arrive at expected date. My rep wouldnt help or return my calls or emails. Called friday and was told I'd get a call back in an hour. 5 hrs later I called back and was told same day will call me in 24 hrs. Monday I called you again - was told the same thing that they would call me back in an hour. I called back 4 hours later and couldn't get an answer. I have sent multiple emails with no responses and no one seems to be able to tell me what's going on with this tv. Now you expect payment this friday despite I dont even have anything.
I asked numerous times to speak to a supervisor or manager - and have been told everything from there is none or someone will call you back - and again no one calls me.
I originally was going to use mdg to eventually furnish my entire place, with this disgusting level of customer service I doubt I will purchase anything from this company again.

Applied online, went back and forth with the salesman about who I was over the course of 3 days, finally got my order submitted, then a person from the Verification Dept calls to veryify your info once again, then finally my items ship, well 2 days later, they call me to let me know thier wherehouse sent the wrong computer, and I'm supposed to refuse delivery wait for them to receive wrong computer back, before they will send out the correct computer, for my trouble they offered a 50.00 discount. I simply told them that I need the correct computer by May 7th or I was keeping the one they sent me, as I start school that Monday and can't wait another 2 weeks to get the correct computer. They said that they would have to talk to a supervisor, well that was almost a week ago and haven't heard back from them. I guess I'm going to keep the computer they sent me.

UPS is the worst mail service available, they always make you go to the access point, they never knocked on the door and now I have to go to this place on my labor hours. Terrible service, probably my first and last time with MDG.

Do not spend your money with these dishonest people, my order was cancelled for no reason at all, they try to make me believe my bank declined the payment when the money was there 3 days early,payment was supposed to be made on Wed it never came out of my account, I spoke with Mary the day after Thanksgiving she said my payment would come out the following Monday still no payment deducted so I call and now Mary doesn't remember the conversation they are so full of it.Do Not Waste your time here all they do is lie, I should have listened to the reviews

I am rebuilding credit after 2.5 of being unable to work due to an injury. I chose MDG and spent weeks of frustration before finally getting the laptop I had chosen. It was supposed to be new and come with McAfee AntiVirus Plus -2yrs. But when I tried to access it I got a message that it had expired. I called but could get no resolution. Several weeks later it was stolen and I called the company with the police report info only to be told that contrary to what I had been told when I asked for details my protection plan did not cover theft. I requested that the protection plan be canceled. Not only do they expect me to pay for an item that was stolen and NOT protected but they are also charging me for the protection plan. I have an appointment with a lawyer 11/20/2017. I will definately NOT use this company again.

We had put our order in on 4/28/2020. Every week it's something new they tell us we are all set then boom another issue we'll on 5/25 we were finally given a date for delivery 6/3/2020 between 9-3pm a whole 6hrs I took the day off. If it wasn't for my husband calling in to get an update we wouldn't have known that the delivery wasn't happening today. Why is it we have to call them all the time to get the update. The online information doesn't give any info at all to keep us updated. And here we are over a month with no furniture!
Ordered on the 25th told was going to arrive on the 26th still did not receive anything on the 27th called your customer service and they informed me that they forgot to ship my order out head person wait at my residence for 2 days so there would be someone to sign for the product and still had not received

Your order was shipped on September 24th and it normally takes 1-4 business days by UPS once it's shipped. Unfortunately we do not confirm delivery date. The best way to know the scheduled delivery date is to track your order on UPS's website.
The order has been cancelled as requested.
I ordered furniture from them. They told me that the furniture couldn't be shipped out until I make 6 on time payments to create good payment history. That's 6 weeks and there's no way to pay the 6 payments early. So I can't have my furniture shipped out for 6 weeks. Ok then the 6 weeks pass, and they tell me they need to do verication, the same verification that they conducted before they started debiting from my account. After that they tell me they need to wait another week for my bank to verify info, the same bank that they have been taking payments from weekly. Then they said after another week my bank will verify and after that my order will be set up for shipping and will take 11-17 days to ship. This is ridiculous who waits 9-10 weeks for furniture they're already making payments on. Avoid this if you can, this company has some really unorthodox policies

I recently had a bedroom set from MDG that was shipped from the Brick. It cost $1800. 00 plus tax and shipping. When i opened it every single piece was damaged with some of it completely destroyed. I got no help at all from MDG or the Brick. The worstservice that i have ever gotten from any business and wouldn't reccommend anybody get anything from them.

I purchased a 65 curve screen tv it been stored when i finelly got my apt. Set it up and screen eas cracked ive been trying to get a hold of somebody to help see what i can do and nobodys got back to me

Verified the transactions with my bank account to start payments. They took the first payment and tell me the withdrawl ammounts dont match up. Then they tell me to wait for shipping service to call me. Was supposed to be yesterday, no call. No replies to emails. May make a fraud complaint to the bank.

Then they informed me my proof of address ( a Detailed TFSA breakdown from my financial advisor) was not a valid form of address and need to provide a utlities bill or phone bill. Its 2019 and I rent, I get maybe 4 pieces of mail a year because everything is digital.
Customer Service Tried to convience me to keep my account open for 2 months until I "got mail" but why would I wait when other companies will take my documents no problem?

They charge you 4 times what you can buy in store then send statement that says minimun payment is this and your on a monthly payment but you call them and they are taking double that and says you are on the minimum payment. They lie and deceive people do not do bussiness with these people

DONT USE THEM. Verification department are rude and call people liars. I placed an order and they took out first payment, Wife called and was told I needed to call, then when I did call they said I was my wife on the phone and not me. Totally rude and unprofessional how can anyone say I am not me when unable to see only hear. And on top of that I called with my phone, and then they called my wife on her phone. Two different voices, JUST TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! My account was closed and denied due to this. And I have not yet received the money that was taken out for the bank verification process. I would suggest going to progressive leasing or somewhere else for credit leasing. Less hassle and better results. MDG Sucks...

Was approved for 1200. 00 dollars finally after a couple weeks of talking and discussing pricing. The assigned sales rep told me all I had to do was electronically sign documents and my deposit was x amount. After signing documents I was told considering I "changed " banks I would haft to wait 90 days to prove income at my new bank. What a waist of time. Banked with my prior bank for 5 years and they didn't care to use that as verification of income. Sales only care about making a sale and not telling the legits a consumer needs to know. Training in this company needs to be upgraded to a knowledgeable staff. I spoke with a supervisor and they only cared to read from there protacal script not caring that the sales rep I spoke with wasn't educated and trained properly. Buyer's beware.

I order the TV gaming bundle. I received the PS4 system but have yet to get the main component the TV. I check tracking and it seems it was shipped may 26th. Well its now June 2nd and still have yet to receive the tv or get a straight answer when I will be getting it. Very disappointed. Ready to end this relationship

The people was a joke and so was there responses... Friday, Monday, Tuesday I was strung along hoping to see my cash installment loan in my account when it said will be deposited in 3 hours but not a chance. These guys knew from the start my residency and aparently not offered in Alberta after all that time wasted! Stay the $#*! clear of these idiots. You will get no response and nobody there that actually gives a $#*!! $#*! MDG! Oh and the best part when I was talking to the gentlement after being told that he says "if anything changes we can give you a call" hell no! You and your other collegues $#*!ed me around and got no customer service skills at all! Stay the $#*! clear of these people!
