Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Customer service is awful. Can't deal with this company period. Don't ever get anything through them. You are better off saving money and buying items at a store location close to you.
Customer service and sales reps are rude.
Ordered one product received different parts different days. Packaging was damaged by ups so I'm sure my electronics were thrown around.
I am finding loopholes in everything. They made me pay extra for delivery. I had to make two payments. She said she would knock off $100. Just a bunch of big disappointments.

Whenever you call them or trying to make sense of what is going on they are vague or misleading and pretend like what they are doing is just normal business. I implore anyone reading this to try anything else to find their purchase and this shouldn't even be a last resort. Check out services like Klarna, Afterpay, QuadPay, Fingerhut and Sezzle to name a few. If you are trapped by this so called business into endless payments check out BMG money and Kashable for an allotment personal loan with a low apr. I expect them to add their crappy comment hear about how sorry they are but don't buy the hype. Void at all cost.

They kept calling wanting pay stubs for the last 6 months then wanted my bank statement so I sent it but marked out my account number they call me and said we need to verify your account so we need your account number um hell no you are not getting my account number for nothing that's not happening and she was like then we can't approve you well okay that's fine so stop calling and a hr later they call back and need more info like didn't I tell you to stop calling me your not getting 6 months of pay stubs I was like I sent you 30 days and your not getting my account number

This company had me approved then all of a sudden they disapproved me. I sent in all my information they have my banking information now and are trying to take money out of my account when I am not approved anymore in just after 1 day. Do not use this company for anything they will say you are approved then when you send in your information they will tell you that you are not approved. Then take money out of your account. I have reported them to the BBB and now I am worning all of you do not buy from this comepany

I was approved for 2500. Signed contract everything. They turned around and denied it. This is not support go off credit scores yet they absolutely use your credit score.

Out of the 40$ byweekly im paying for over a year now, only 5.12$ was going to the dept repayment
35$ of my payment was interest ( 18$ biweekly) and hidden fee like mdg club etc, wich i never asked for
If i didnt take action, at this rate, id be paying this loan for 11 years lol

You know I read alot of the reviews and as always I like to read what others had to say and sometimes people dont make up stuff. Some of the negatives comments had to do with the approval process. Well I fall in with those people. I sent them the required bank statements as requested. I get my account rep who calls me and says the statements I sent her were copy pasted so thats what her approval dept. says now I downloaded them from my account on to a pdf file like your supposed to apparently someone really doesnt no what there talking about there is a big difference and its very noticible feom a copy paste to a pdf file Then by some luck my bank mailed my statement for May which I'm supposed to have a paperless account. So I send that to them now they want a bigger down payment. I understand there is a risk in this business and every case is different.

Twice MDG has withdrawn payments from my account before the due date. The reason i was given was because of a holiday. To my knowledge if any preauthorized payments fall on a stat holiday, then your payment is withdrawn the next buisness day. How is it legal to take money from someones account before the money is due.

Horrible I felt at a loss with no help and I still went through with my order and yet to receive it so I had a daughter and son with no gifts I am a single parent trying to get by so yeah thought this would be a great help and ultimately was the worst ever hope it doesn't happen again

I have a leather set from MDG and it's not even a year old and is falling apart! Stitching is coming undone and it's peeling! Looks like crap! I have contacted them for a sensible solution and their answer was and quote «WE DO NOT COVER ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER». I'm stuck with this piece of crap now! Think before you purchase anything from MDG... they are nothing but a huge RIP-OFF!

I placed an order last year in September which totals 1800 I have been paying 89.00 a month I called today thinking I owed 1700 dollars they said I owe 88 more payments they're ripping me off I also called them when I had a fire in December they told me it was nothing they could do so not only am I paying double but I'm paying for merchandise that I don't have
