Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
This stupid computer wont turn on and im getting right pissed off, its just a piece of $#*!, i never should have got it, not satisfied with it all, definitely not happy with this purchase
First i get assigned to roger. What a $#*! show. Guy doesnt answer his calls or emails. Litterally never available. Then i get tracking telling me my package will be here on the 3rd. The 3rd rolls around and still no package so i call customer service and get told its en route and ups already picked it up which was absolute bull $#*! seeing as about 2 hours later i got my first tracking update THAT IT HAD JUST BEEN PICKED UP. If i dont get my package by tomorrow (10 business days) i will absolutely loose my $#*!.

Your finance department takes too long to call back. I had to call 4 times. This wasnt my first purchase. I've ordered 4 or 5 items from mdg and it's always the same thing. Finance gets paid to much.

I Tried to buy a PS4 pro and they told me that they took the money out of my account and it didn't show up. So I called and the told me that they cancelled my orderand I have to wait 3 months to start a new account and it showed in my email that they were going to take the next payment on January 10 2019

I ordered a tablet and a laptop. The tablet crashed as soon I turned it on. I ordered an i5 laptop with windows 10, they sent an i3, probably thinking i wouldn't notice. I sent it back to get my i5 and they sent me an i5 with windows 7 on it... I'm returning it all back and closing my account with a refund. I'll be shocked if they honor the 2 payments i already made.
Ordered Bogo mdg tablets, however when the item was recieved, there was only one. Customer service first claimed the promotion was not available when it was purchased, and the mangers had left for the day an would call back the next day. The next day I call, and I am told that indeed the promotion was running at the time of the order, however because it was free shipping on the order the promotions could not be combined. This order was made and confirmed with the original products, as no they have refused to honor the promotion. No big deal, I will just return it right? We will email you a return label, so you can ship the product back for a refund. Bahahaha, you guessed it no email yet, and no follow up from the requested manager call. Very disappointed as my previous experiences with MDG were A+. Something has changed, and not for the better.

After many many Emails/Phone calls, not to mention making payments on a Damaged and very poor quality couch, MDG finally agreed to come pick said couch back up.
Of course with a stipulation.
It had to be boxed.
I emailed, copying multiple agents into the email that I did not have the boxes anymore as they too were damaged.
I was ignored.
Then, I get a random phone call from the Trucking Company that was to pick it up, wanting to know if it was boxed, outside, and on pallets

I do not have pallets nor do I know where to get any.

First off my TV was dropped on delivery second I had no idea it was 29% interest rate my TV that it says is 2500 turns out to be 4200. I've had it for 6 months and have had 2 problems with it now it won't turn on I paid for extended warranty but instead of sending a new TV I've gotta wait for someone to come pick it up take it away to be fixed I might have it back with in 2 months never again will I buy anything from mdg again the worst experience i've had with a company that I'm paying double the amount the TV cost
Hello Sean, thanks for the feedback. Please keep in mind that because you are financing, there is interest to be considered. It’s an open loan so you can increase payments, or make additional payments that will straight to your principal balance and help lower your balance faster. The faster the balance decreases the less interest you pay. In regard to issues that you have with TV, a message has been sent to the appropriate department and one of the agents will be in touch with you to follow up.
They sell crap. A child could build a better system for less. They formatted the SSD with 4 partitions. It's only 120 gigs. And you can't delete them. WTF is with these idiots.
Well the hound you to buy a product, then once you do that they lie and tell you that your are pre-approved! Well, start the purchase process..., excited that want have to keep using this broken ghetto 30.00 dollar smart phone, you are waiting. As you check the dash board, it tells you are on hold awaiting the approval department.And that's after they have taken your 10.00 or 12.00 dollars out of your account. Then they continue this lie of a life time, like they are playing Michie on Big Brother... Then you get pissed and you lose $12.93, that you could used in your car for gas. Final, last step you are so pissed from being had, and tired of always being on the bottom. I'm like who else would even buys this stuff? Poor, middle aged adult students trying to make things happen, and you go for a chance... Bam you doing everything to try to keep from breaking down and hold on to hope. But if you don't have it to use don't even try it. Save you money up and buy your self a much nice set of tires, or what ever. Just remember this company will steal your money... because they got my money 12.98 is 12.98. If I didn't value it I wouldn't be mad about it!

It's now been a week of dealing with them for an order that was to be shipped today and still hasn't been I will also add that I paid the extra for fast service I was told more then once when I call that they would save me some money for the issues I've had but I still haven't saved a cent they tried to charge me more for hdmi cables for an air conditioner like really what air conditioner hooks up to a tv so far my experience with this company is nothing but a joke would definitely not recommend this place

If I could give this zero stars and rate it I would. Not only did they want to overcharge me excessively for products, but they wanted me to basically pay outright for the product before I even got it, and then pay another couple hundred bucks after that. I then called the cancel my order because I told him I might as well just buy the system outright if I'm going to pay as much as they want, and then the lady who was canceling my order gets upset and tells me she doesn't think I'll find one for cheaper than what they sell it. Lol like really? You don't think I can find an Xbox series s less than $800, or a Nintendo switch lite for less than $700? Pretty sure I can find those elsewhere, because then they wanted me to pay more money on top of that. Which is just crazy it would have came to almost $2,000 just for those two products. So if you have the extra money and you want to ball out, then go ahead but for people that actually can't afford it, this is just going to put you in a deeper hole, saying you're even able to afford to get it in the first place.
