Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

I made payment after payment on my tv. I kept calling to see how far I was with payments. I even paid extra a fw times. I read terrible reviews about mor money being added to the bill. I call and find out $1500 would be added for interest after two years. I decide to put more money down and then something said ask how much I was putting towards interest. I had already paid over $600 on it and less than $300 was on the tv. $#*! them I canceled the payment an now they can kiss my $#*! If they want another dime from me they better make a settlement offer and take my payments by mail. I am not answering emails or calls. I will not be buying a house so $#*! it. Never would I ever use them had I known. 4 people I know have the same issue. I am on ssi and feel good that I was a good customer with them. I could not stand by and give them $1500 just in interest no way.

Update as of Oct 2016 I stopped payment on my bank account. I contacted them and told them they won't get another dime from me unless they remove the interest. They were charging me way more than I could imagine. I now been reduced to no interest and I make smaller monthly payments. I am actually saving up to make a nice sized payment. My brother stopped payment and so did my sister. They are straight crooks and I will not ever do business with them again.

Got an hp computer and samsung tv through them, all was well until a few weeks later the computer completely stopped working (flashing white screen) so we called hp and we're advised it was a software issue which is covered under warranty for 90 days. We thought great as the computer as far as we were told was brand new, however the hp representative then told us that our computers warranty was actually 5 months old already!
We called mdg right away and after zero explanation as to why we have a clearly used computer they said we could send it back to them to fix. We were told we would get one payment as a credit to the account as we didn't have the computer in our possession anymore. Fast forward about a week and they now tell us that they can't in fact fix the computer and we were to pick out a different kind, oh and also we owe them double payments before they will even send it to us all of a sudden.
We ended up paying them the double payment and because so much time had passed, also paid another third regular payment and finally got a tracking number for the new computer which should have arrived today but suprise it didn't. Upon calling again we find out they haven't actually even sent this new computer out to us yet (not sure what the tracking number they sent us was from) and they somehow want even more money!
So we've now paid over $150 for something that we have not even had for almost a month now.
Never have dealt with any company so terrible with customer service in my life.
So needless to say I wouldn't recommend them.

I order a ps4 pack, that includes 2 games a controllers and some other dmi cables well today i recieved the package in horrible conditions the box was open one game was missing the ps4 box was smash on the side and controller box was demage as well one game was missing so i refused to get the packages and send it back. This lady at ups tracking on the phone was very rude she was hanging up on me when I was in mid sentence I kept calling back to get the information and she kept saying bye hangin up in my ear finally I asked to speak to the manager and she then asked why I wanted to talk to them I hung up I was in tears by the end of it. I do not like this company. Three weeks and my order has not been shipped. They have taken money out of my account and still no merchandise. One more day and I will be reporting this as fraud.

This company mislead me from day one. They advertised free shipping on the product I bought and I didn't get it because of the fine print. They wanted to charge me a extra $190 to ship the product when they already told me it would only be $38. They fixed the down payment after I fussed about their dishonesty and failure to be transparent. They again blamed it on the fine print. When it was time to ship the product they found every way not to ship it in a timely manner. I ordered on 4-10-2019 the product didn't ship until 4-18-2019 and I received it on 4-25-2019. They blamed that on their computer system and asked me to verify my bank account further by sending in bank statements even though my down payment cleared and they could see that it cleared. I'm telling you now if you buy from these people prepare to wait. They don't care about customers just the money. If you have to call and talk to a rep be prepared to be upset by the end of the conversation. THEY DO NOT CARE. They will talk to like they are right when they are clearly wrong and they will stand behind their wrong doings. I definitely have more to say but I'm going to leave it be. Please DO NOT BUY!

Been waiting almost a month for my item to be delivered and still haven't received it just keeps getting new estimates delivery dates called to check on my package and it's been siting in Montreal warehouse since the 11th of April and I'm still paying for this item and haven't yet received it every time I call I always get the run around and just keeps getting transferred to someone else just to be told it's in transit which clearly it isn't.!

Hello, MDG is disrespectful, not mindful at all,and don't care for Americans. I worked I. CUSTOMER SERVICE for years and never experienced anything like these people. I recommend staying away from this company. Not because of my situation, because you never know who these people overseas or in another really are. Probably dangerous. But those people go to jail too.

I was scheduled a delivery on 9 30-30 well I received my delivery but the problem was they just left it at my door standing upright which is a 65" Samsung Q LED fork ED4K smart TV every everyone knows that you do not stand ATV from it's in ATV vertical it's always horizontal. To top it off it was supposed to be a threshold delivery there was no one there to sign for it because I was waiting for phone call because I was at work they told me that someone signed for and their name was Mike and they sign that 4:06 p.m. will this occurred at 9:30 this morning so how could anyone very well could have signed for it nor is there not a Mike that lives in my place Someone was supposed to contact me by the name of miss Rita which is in charge of the dispatching of the drivers which I never received a call from her this is very poor customer service I do not recommend anyone by anything from them

These people are Horrible to de with and there underwriter will never approve you no matter how much you can verify these are scamers looking for personal information to sell wanted 6 months pay stubs I'm Not buying a House lol, told them to stuff it where sun doesn't shine then when I complained they have been blowing up my phone trying to get me to reapply nope sorry you blew it first time I will rent through Renta ctr stay clear of the scams through this MDG,,,, Beware!

Purchased Samsung tablet MDG sent Canadian model and; samsung will not honor warranty; as it was; purchase in US make no sense I know. MDG sells the; tablet $150 over market price in july I've been trying to get; the warranty settle since DAY 1. They offered me 30 credit and they would repair if anything went wrong for 1 year. They don't return calls or answers emails sure i trust them with my warranty. NOT. They woman i was directed to speak has never returned ONE call. Finally I got the attention I stop pay my account at bank. All they care about is fleecing me. Well MDG screw you. NOT PAYING ANOTHER DIME UNTIL U DISCOUNT ITEM AN AMOUNT APPROPRIATE FOR 500 TABLET LACKING; WARRANTY AND UPDATES. THEN I WILL RESUME PAYMENTS. I've played; it your way for months; i'm done... social security here noncollectable I WILL PAY BUT ITS YOUR MOVE..

EVERYONE IS APPROVED to allow them to damage your credit by doing a check and totally going back on the agreement made for payments after you send all the information and sign the contract! This company are a bunch of liars and not worth the aggravation. Lure you in with small monthly payment offers, make an agreement with you that you sign a contract for and then they tell you after weeks of waiting that you have to pay more than 10x the original down payments for 3-6 months BEFORE you get your item you ordered. All after dinging your credit report and lowering your score. Go to easy home. You may pay more but at least you know what you have to pay from the moment you make the agreement and they don't make you pay for months before getting what you needed.

$#*! MDG - Wasted my $#*!ing time, effort, and money, just to be told I'd be refunded a deposit payment and that they wouldn't proceed with my order. Then when I called to address it, customer service gave me an answer that was less than succinct with little detail. Then to top it ALL off, IVANA says "Well sucks to be you" to me. There's no google my business listing, obviously because they treat their customers like this. Their facebook reviews goes to a broken page. This is OBVIOUSLY because of this HORRENDUS customer service.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE AS $#*! STAFF, WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.
If anyone out there is considering purchasing, financing, or otherwise I would advise against it.
