Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
I just Paid off this account $1240. 00 per MDG web and now they want more for 5 days interest payments.
MDG is telling me it takes 5 days to do a direct bank Draft! Total Crap, This is a scam to fleece you more in interest payment. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMERS!

I am calling today my product wasn't available until after the 25 and still being charged I am not paying anything for bed set as I haven't received it
I believe that they need a new delivery service. The delivery service they use did not give me enough time to inspect my TV before they took off and wanted my signature immediately.

Your order was shipped on September 25th and it normally takes 4-9 business day. As this is a large TV, Ceva will contact you to arrange a delivery date. As per the tracking number, they contacted you on September 29th and was unable to speak to you.

I ordered a leather set I waited over a month after first payment was taken from my account after not hearing from MDG no one contacted me to notify me the set I ordered was not in stock I was recommended another set I was told by mdg it was same quality well after 2 weeks the leather was peeling I called mdg was treated mean now i refuse to pay for this I want an exchange no one should be mislead to thinking it's good quality when it's junk zippers broke on cushions a month after all the peeling I have to but a whole new couch set now this is not right not fair I'm on a disability pension one small income I'm not well my health is poor I don't deserve this

I went through the whole process. Then they asked for a deposit. (they should be upfront on these things) Now thats all fine and dandy but at the time I didn't have the extra. A couple months and I decide to go ahead with it so reset my withdrawals. They take the funds, then Jake calls and says they will set up delivery and someone will call back in a day or two. All fine by me. Then he calls back and wants me to go through the online bank account thing a second time. Well NO, you already took my payments. If you wanted that you should of called before you stole my cash. I would of said forget right there. I didn't like letting you into my bank account then and aint doing it again. I sent notice of cancellation and this review dates the same day. Kind of a protection thing. I told them send the goods or send back my money but now I fear doing any business with them. Do not take peoples money unless you are ready to send the products. What the F is wrong with you people? Common sense there comrad. **I will update this with how long it takes them to refund my $170. Digital age -- should be a day or 2.

I called to request that my delivery be left at the door due to no one is home to sign. They wanted me to drive 30 miles to UPS pickup location to get my package.
Unfortunately because of he types of products we ship out we request that UPS or any carrier gets a signature upon delivery, because of that you cannot request it left at your door. You can however call and speak with the carrier, in this case UPS, to request they come back to make a second attempt to deliver.

This company is full of sh#t. Stay completely away from them. I ordered an HP omen 3 weeks before I received a confirmation that it was finally picked up by UPS on 01/28. On 02/03 I received what was suppose to be an Omen but was a super $#*!ty acer desk top. At this point I'm pissed off. I call them and spend about 45 mins on the phone being questioned as if I'm lying. Eventually I was sent a label to send the item back. Today 02/04 I was at ups dropping the item off as they told me to do and I called customer service to give them the tracking info so they can ship the correct item and that's when all the hell started. I was told they couldn't ship the lap top until they received the other one back. So of course I go ape $#*! on them and then they decided they would just ship item. 5 mins into setting up shipment they lady goes "oh we didn't receive your payment for this week so we can't ship it because of that " omfg like who will pay for a product they haven't received. I was forced to make a payment for what I didn't even receive just to get a product I should've received weeks ago. My experience with this company really pissed me off. I will never do business with them ever again.

I think mdg is a scam they took money out of mine back and I sent them everything they need and they said it on hold what a bull so I don't know what there doing

Recently, I decided that I would return to MDG to finance a tablet and an Xbox One X. My tablet is great BUT I am honestly really unhappy about my decision to get the Xbox One X from MDG. If you purchase the Xbox One X from MDG they sell you another controller which is good BUT they screw you by technicality. The Xbox One X comes with a game the sales reps tell you BUT they do not tell you that it is only a PREVIEW edition of a game. Not a FULL game. It totally sucks that you end up financing a $700 Xbox One X that doesn't come with any FULL game to play. I still haven't opened it because I am just that unhappy about the lack of product knowledge on MDG's part.

Awful customer service, Telling me they only deliver between 8 and 3 PM and I work 730 to 330 so I can except delivery I'm not taking time off of my job and losing money to buy a TV from you so if you can arrange delivery I will be canceling my order and getting my money back so either fix the issue or give me back my money and I'll buy from someone else
