Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

I ordered a king mattress and box springs at the beginning of October, and finished making my down payment at which point I was told is was not available, and to pick another (not what I wanted). Then I was told I could get a queen, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDER A KING IF I NEEDED A QUEEN. If the product was not available this should have been relayed to me from the start. And speaking with the reps each one were very rude and seem to not care. Very unprofessional! Hoping to remedy the situation.

You have to jump threw hoops to get the finance then they dont ship on time as promised... they promised to ship on friday and its now tuesday and UPS still says waiting to be delivered to them.

I applied and got denied all though it says no credit or bad credit. I called to see why I was denied and they tried telling me I never applied to go back and apply. I have the denial email

Thank you for your feedback! The credit score is not the only and deciding factor when it comes to application-decision formula. MDG does finance to plenty of clients who don't necessarily have the best credit or zero credit.
You should receive an email stating the reason why your application is not approved at the time and we encourage you to reapply in 3-6 months as then it will be based on a new credit assessment.

Here's and update so after all the process and my last review i chose to stick with them since I've already been waiting for the laptop but after they pulled out my last payment for laptop to be shipped I didn't get no calls no emails at all what's so ever for update I had to call them and ask when is my laptop gonna be shipped. Than I was told oh we need your bank statements now? And I was like how does that even work? You take my money from account for a month now and than ask for proof of statement or work stubs? Lol either I told them I get paid through shopify and PayPal because I do e-commerce sent them a statement showed and they tell me it's not enough? So how I the world did you tell me get I approved? Than take money from me for a month? Than ask for statements than Deny me? Like seriously was hoping for my own Xmas present to me but now I gotta go out and wait to buy another when deals comes around again? Horrible place to deal with and should be illegal the way they did it taking money from people than making them wait for the refund because they messed up? Don't EVER EVER GET FROM HERE

You might as well go put out the money if your gonna make people prepay A portion before shipping out ridiculous doesn't make sense if your gonna offer payment plan but the customer doesn't get it before making payments And on top of that they don't allow you to pay the beginning of the amount ask for so they can ship it out early what's the point of that if customer wants to get it right away what's the pint might as well save for the next month and pay it fully and get it than.

I talked too Mr Nathan M did what I need to do bank account Verified put my down payment then I called them told them it came thou nathan said they need another 156 bucks on top of the 156 bucks I spent for my down payment I told them I'll pass on the deal and want a refund they told me it'll hit my account on nov 29th 2019 it's now dec 1st 2019 idk what to do I'm not to Impressed with them at MDG at all watch yourself think twice before you get yourself and taken Vannage of yourself cause they will... P. S still havent got my refund back from them..

I received my items yesterday once I opened up the boxes I noticed there was no gaming headphones set that was part of the bundle also after opened up the TV box there was no mounting hardware for the stand the TV works fine I just cannot set it up on a countertop nor can I mounted on the wall with the bracket I purchased because it does not have any of the mounting hardware which specifically states in the users manual it should've came with on top of not receiving my headphone set on the Xbox bundle I spent a lot of money especially with black Friday right around the corner a lot of these items were considerably discounted the main reason I went this route is for the financing my banker advised me I needed to open another line of credit which is why I purchased the items from MDG set up a direct withdrawal so all of my payments are made on time my first experience is not the best the ordering process was great but since I've received the items I am not happy!

Was told I would receive shipping info the 26th and it would ship out the 24th. I received shipping infor the 25th of December. Have been emailing on 4 different occasions and received one reply with more erroneous information. I have tracked it and it still shows that the facility is awaiting for the package to ship and it is now the 31st and still not actually shipped. Once I verified my information last week, depending in when I was told that it would ship, I asked when it would be so that I can make a decision to cancel my order. When we calculated on the phone I should have received it around the 30th-31st. But yet it shows that it hasn't shipped. I also emailed asking to apply a coupon code that I have had and there is no response there either. I will be placing a fraud report with my bank because this appears to be a scam. No one has responded to me in days on 2 separate topics. This is the WORST customer "service" that I have experienced.

This company is full of $#*! I done everything they asked my card got locked so I received a new card everything still the same I just have a new card now there asking me to complete the process over that is incompetent if you ask me then I asked let's call make bank to verify we can't do that but then I keep receiving emails you have an account with this much approval who wants it if I have to go through all this $#*! you have all my information once again it's a new card all the information is the same you guys lost a customer and I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog would have been a loyal customer Eric Williams

Beware if you are going to order a smaller item like a laptop, phone, or anything not a TV. They use UPS to ship, and after the first item was stolen by a UPS employee, the 2nd has gone missing. Not only do they only have UPS for a shipping option, they put the same of the item in the reference number. The UPS rep I spoke with pointed that out and said "everybody at UPS can see what is in that box".

The reference number for my package included "/SAMSUNG BLACK GALAXY S21 "

Not only that, but after I was assured payments were on hold, they debited my account anyways for an order I canceled.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Tip for consumers:
If you cannot get a phone from a carrier, apply for an installment loan instead of these guys. It will be the same monthly payment, but you can buy a phone from whoever you like, and you will actually receive it.

Products used:
None, as they weren't delivered, but I was charged anyways.

We had a house fire back in June and lost a lot. Insurance barely covered the minimum. So while contractors were fixing up our loft area, we started ordering things so when they were done we could get our lives back to normal. I ordered a TV back in September because they were about done, but couldn't do anything with the room until the county inspector passed it. Well with a few issues here and there, we didn't pass inspection until the first week in December. So when we passed, we unboxed our TV and turned it on and guess what? TV was damaged. It had a line in the screen and a black mark. I call MDG this week, explaining the circumstances and they flat out tell me, "The TV is damaged, and there is nothing we can do, sorry". So they want me to continue to pay for a TV that was sent to us damaged. I sent another email and they are not responding to me. Mind you, we are a returning customer and this is the second TV we've purchased from them! I understand these TV's come straight from the manufacturer, but we weren't the only ones to touch this TV. There were quite a few people with this TV before I received it. So they are forcing my hand now and I will have to file suit in order to either get a replacement TV or be refunded. It's a shame because my family and I spend a lot of time in this room and now we have to deal with this! Beware!

I've been through mdg for a long time and ordered a TV and they wouldn't approve me but I got approved on the online website.and I had over 1000 in credit and still had 5 bucks after i ordered the TV. I wont be a returning customer. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

I spent almost a month they took my money on top of extra and I call waiting to get my item and they tell me I need a phone number that sows them it's mine i use wifi they should tell people that so I spent literally 2 weeks on these people just to get screwed bit lucky for me I get my ps5 800 cheaper I would not recommend and I dont have proof because they said they would not give it to me what a joke of a company

This service is by far most the most unprofessional... My time frame for my delivery was suppose to be 10:00am-14:00 and my package never came ontime and as we speak I still don't have it. There was no phone call and the business phones are closed on weekends. I was suppose to originally get my package by Friday the 13. That was the original delivery date when I first made my purchase. Then it was changed to Saturday the 14th ok fine I'll settle one inconvience for another. I waited 4 hours and my package never came. I had to take off work to wait for this package this is so inconsiderate. I most likely will be filing a higher complaint. As of 04/15/2018 I still haven't received my TV.
I CALLED MDG CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE WITH SOME GUY AND HE GAVE ME THE WHOLE "THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO SPEECH" SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY IN THR FUTURE.

I applied got approved, told to make my first payment I did that within 24 hours of approval has now been 5 days and still they apperintly are waiting on a second verification. All documents where sent. I was informed they would call me within 72 hours ( 3 days) to confirm. Shipping details ect. No calls so I have now called 5 times to figure out what's going on only to be told multiple things as well to first it was getting shipped Monday then was changed to Tuesday then changed to thursday. I keep calling to figure out why the hell I made my first payment almost a week ago and yet my order is still pending to be approved for a second time. Now I am reading reviews that people where also put into my position then forced to pay multiple payments plus shipping befor receiving there products. That being said If I'm.not called Monday and my order is not sent out I will be canceling getting a refund ( legally they are obligated to refund you) and being done. But if Monday comes I get a call and my order is shipped this review will be changed. Until then I feel like I have been shamed.
