Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Very unsatisfied still haven't received my 65 Tv... Why email just send it to my home or call me... I will never buy another this from MDG
The sales rep i have is a joke never gets back to u when you leave a message plus they will not stand but their warranty

We do this for security purposes and there is a reason behind every request. Income needs to be verified so that we can set up a customized payment plan with the customer, and our terms and conditions state that we may ask for more detail at any time. Information is not requested with the intent to cause such frustrations, and we do apologize. Well, I wish I got in-depth with the reviews before going to bed with these guys cause all I have is regrets for even getting myself involved with this company that will scam the heck outta you, blindsided.
So I was getting concerned about my balance being so much besides me religiously paying 49.65 biweekly. Well to be precise my initial cost was $2109. 04 on 09/07/2019. People, it's 01/05/2021 why is my balance $1127. 80 you wonder? Well I got really curious too because my efforts of trying to get them to send me a statement with all my payment was impossible well until yesterday when I decided to make it my life goal to let everybody out there know to STAY TF AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
I got my statements, finally & the hidden charges almost made me barf. Like wouldn't you think that if you're stipulated to pay a certain amount that was agreed between y'all that it would be inclusive of everything like every other normal company then you're mistaken, every week I have an extra $19-28 in interest charges oh oh, and as if that's not enough you're paying $8.95 biweekly for ‘CLUB SUBSCRIPTION' that nobody thought of mentioning.
Well, I made my bed. Signed a contract with these daylight scammers & like I said I'm making it my goal to reach out to hopefully lots of people out there to avoid this company. Go to that mainstream company because at the LEAST they're somewhat noble & upfront with such important detail. Checking my bank account with $1,000, no savings, and because I am out of work at this moment, I make 16,500. Yearly. And I do not qualify Ummm

I ordered a Tv and like normal it takes a while to receive. Which I'm good with. What I'm not good with is that they sent me a tv that was programmed for Canada and when I called them they treated me like I was stupid. Told me to get a ticket number from manufacture when I did again I got the run around they sent me YouTube videos to try and reprogram the tv after I told them the manufacturer said it was programmed that way and it would have to be fixed by them. Then after that I had to send pictures of the screen and side of the tv like I was lying and I took it apart. Now mind you this happened around the 10th they finally agreed to have the Tv picked up but not till the 29th and I won't receive a new tv until the other tv gets picked up and gets a ticket number. But yet they have taken their payment for a tv I have not been able to use. I'm very disappointed with this company this is not my first order but unfortunately once I pay my account off it will be my last. I have never been late nor missed a payment and to be treated the way I was is unacceptable. Now to see how long it will take to get a new tv. I will definitely come back and update when that happens if it happens let's see if they show up tomorrow 11/29/21 to pick it up.
Update TV was picked up on 11/29/21 they said they sent a new tv on 12/02/21 and here it is the 12/12/21 and no tv yet. I guess it was supposed to be delivered on 12/15/21 and again I'm still paying for the TV been paying my payments since I purchased but don't have a TV. Yeah to say they lost a loyal customer is putting it mildly.

Hello- So, on 2021-01-20 I made a purchase on MDG.ca, after weeks of my roommate convincing me that it'd be a quick process to set-up an account, and that he'd buy it himself if he hadn't already spent the balance on his MDG.ca account, AND that he'd send me the $ for payments each month - Fast forward to a year and a half later, we are no longer roommates, he never sent me a single cent for the couch, and my credit got GBed for months on top of months because I was too ignorant to pay attention, and by the time I was paying attention the interest has skyrocketed- I've been making regular payments every month for the passed 6-7 months but the balance has yet to budge? Now I'm finding out that the interest rate is so high that it essentially means I'll never be able pay it off unless its all at once? I don't have that kind of money, or I wouldn't have even considered using the site in the first place? It hurts my head the more I learn about just how hard I $#*!ed myself, any help at all would be great

I bought a 65" incurved samsung tv, and Playstation 4, paid 350.00 shipping and handling, sameday went To a wrong adress then gave it To transport pelber, the shipping was extremely long, the 3 agents To whom ive spoken, werent very accommodating and one of them even hung up on me, then the delivery man was alone and transported the 65" tv draging it in thesnow and beating it like it was 5 pounds, in the stairs, then threathening me To take it back if i did not sign for eveything ok. All i got from MDG agents is à sorry and a 50$ credit, on a 2000$ bill!

Everyone COULD be approved but credit scores are not the only deciding factor in an application there is other information that goes into the formula/decision-making process. MDG does finance to plenty of clients who don't necessarily have the best credit or zero credit. If you haven't been approved at the moment, you should receive an email stating the reason and we encourage you to try again in 3-6 months.
