Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
I'm struggling to find anything good to say about this company outside of the fact that they extended me credit. Which really means nothing but an extra bill for a product that I have yet to receive or be able to enjoy.
Let's see your shipping company lost a $600 box that's costing me close to $1000 with interest and rather than help me get another one sent you give me the run around saying you haven't received any emails, I've called about 7 times and been dealing with this for over a week I get being busy but you guys should be a little more proactive about resolving customers issues rather than playing a waiting game forever and expecting them to just sit around and wait.

At this time I am very frustrated with the laptop which I purchased. Screen has a weird lol, and will nit connect to wi hi, but everything else in my home does. I will be returning the Leo top, as I've had it roughly a month.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I've paid almost 1,000 dollars and these idiots only put 214 towards my account. They claim the rest in interest. The furniture was damage when arrived and they never did anything about it well I'm closing my account since they don't want to own up to fair service.

I played hell jumping through there hoops trying to get approved. Then got approved and tried getting payments set and they double charged my bank. Then my order was missing pieces and I still haven't heard if they are gonna send out my missing stuff. Then, then one of the items (alfred lock) quit working already and its only been 5 days since I've had it. I definitely will not buy from here again.

Terrible customer service... parts don't match - contacted MDG by phone and email with pictures within 2 hours of receiving furniture to tell them that pieces don't fit - no one could understand what I was talking about and this continued on for a week - was sent to new pieces yesterday which again don't match - unbelievable!

They're never clear in my terms, they sound like I'm always an inconvenience, they make excuses for one another as in "oh I'm sorry to hear that he may have been having a bad day" like ok? Leave that at the door before you clock in. Rude. Just all around rude. Can't wait to get my things then I won't have to speak with them as much. Cause god damn they're the worst. I have been dealing with mdg for a little over a year now and since my account balance has never changed, when asked about this they say I've missed 8 payments. Not true. This whole time that I've done business with them my account balance has never ever differed. Not to mention if you do the math for a game console with their interest rate you'll be paying for two consoles after your done. If they're going to charge that much interest for their items it should at least be helping build your credit rating but it isn't.

As for the interest rate, it is based on your credit assessment and is different for everyone. The faster the balance decreases, the less interest you pay and the more money you can save. In addition, all payments are reported as long as we have your social insurance number on file. My agent, Milena, made the entries process way too excruciating and long. It took over 2 weeks from the start of the process to closing to get it to ship. Whenever any complaints were made relating to the amount of time, she just shrugged them off and constantly sighed in frustration if anything negative was said. When I asked to have a manager call me back, I never received a call. Your company has terrible customer service.

I've paid Thousands of dollars for $1200. 00 laptop. Still paying!
I can't get them to stop taking my money, or they threaten to put me through the credit bureau.
Years ago. (At least 3, maybe 4!).
I missed a couple payments. I told them don't try to take money out of my bank mid-month, because there isn't any there. Just charge me a late payment fee and add to the end of my contract.
That's exactly what they would do though. Just do they could charge me NSF fee's, and whatever other fee's their lawyers can find a name for.
Of course my bank charged me NSF fee's as well.
I spoke to an East Indian guy this spring and he said..."Don't worry, you won't have to pay past November".
Now I see they've scheduled the next 5 months of more payments through my bank.
You know what they want?
More and more and more!
It's never going to stop.

3 months ago my rate was a lot lower, today its 10 - 15 points higher but my credit is better! I dont get it! Product was damaged on the way out to me. MDG would not send a replacement overnight, so i cancelled the order completely. They just seem sneaky to me.

MDG is a total scam. Overcharge and bait n switch. Cheap crap parts. Cheap power supply cable keeps losing power.
They do not honor warranties. Everything about this company is shady.

They are carp paid for a TV today and after paying having to go through another verification process... which literally every step of the way is been like this... I had to pay 299 for shipping and handling and having to wait 9 days maybe longer on my TV. On top of that it could take 3-5 business days before the verification department will contact me its a complete scam I feel like at this point all this after taking the money out of my account. Benjamin. And Andy... no help at all I don't even know if this company is in this country at this point

Response from the company as a whole is lacking. Have asked several times what the total would be to pay off the debt with zero response to this specific debt. Lost my job due to COVID and was met with zero helpful alternatives to defer payment in my time of need. Despite my perfect record with payments prior to this time. Unless you are desperate for poor quality furniture at horrendous interest rates, i would absolutely avoid at all costs.

So, I placed an order in 2018 had it paid off in 2020. Was good. Well here we are in 2023 and i get harassed over 17.90 that I had no idea I owed. Oh they have been taking 8.50 a month for the last 3 years to be in there "CLUB". Fine print crap to keep making money. If there had not have been a glitch i never would have found out. Complete scammers...

Ive never had so many issues proving my place of residence. Why would someone order something ( and pay for it) to have it sent so someone elses address? You think people are going to lie about their shipping address? Let be realistic about this. MDG made what should have been a simple process turn into a very difficult and lengthy process

I bought a couch from here. Huge mistake. I have made payments of 200 a month to try to keep the interest down. Its almost impossible. Never missed a payment. They will do nothing to help. So unless you want to pay on a item for a very long time and pay thre or four times what its worth. I would stay away. HUGE RIP OFF

My order was on delay for a long time and my agent didn't even update me of what is happening with my order. She will only give me updates if I will shoot an email first. The Finance department even deducted a large amount in my bank account without letting me know and I even end up paying a fee due to insufficient funding. In the end, they told me that the item I ordered was already out of stock. Isn't that great? I ended up ordering another item that I preferably don't like. So whatever happened, it sucks!

The customer Service was pretty good, until your Order come in late, i Feel that i was lied to about when to get my item by UPS. Over all a 4 Star for the finance dept and others but the Ordering part needs to improve better. I ordered an item on the 1st and now its taking my time to get here. Ill stick with Amazon.com gets here in 3 days or less.

One of the worst! Please stay away from. Their cheaper prices are made up in their bank accounts by selling as new and not backing up! Horrible! Heading to the courthouse tomorrow to try and file a small claims suit against them!

I've been dealing with them for 3 and a half years! Spent thousands with them! Ordered at least 5 different items, some were good, some were total useless crap (like mattresses) that they wouldn't take back even if unused so I had to sell it for half of what I paid for it...but all of a sudden one day I go to order "another" tv, I have more money going through my account than ever...just got a $4500 credit card too, and they won't accept me for the $1200 tv? I had the credit with them, but they wouldn't let me use it, even though in 3 and a half years I NEVER missed one single payment, I payed off everything even the crap I didn't want! Been one of their best customers, and they won't let me get the damn tv? After the thousands I spent with them? And the ridiculous costs and interest? What a joke! They are a joke! Worst company ever! Save your time and money and dignity and go ANYWHERE else but there!

They wanted $1200 for a $500 Xbox S!!! $1200 for a $800 tv plus the hundreds in shipping plus the interest....I paid $60 a month for for 2 years for a laptop! Do the math! It's a crappy laptop too! Then one day they say even though you have $1500 in credit you aren't allowed using it even though you paid off several things and never ever once missed a single payment! Save up, go to a store or put on layaway, don't use them!

Ordering was easy and then……. Phone calls not returned, changing amounts of payment, changing delivery dates, and no answers. Days later after two payments sent finally able to reach "my consultant", we just need one more large payment and then we can process. Ridiculous, was finally able to cancel the order!

I bought a $600 worth of laptop and the balance is $2600 with their interest rate everytime I contact MDG to lower the balance as it what it originally, there is no reply neither any changes done to my account, bad customer service. Stay away.
