Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
I love how this company works with you with any questions you may have. Easy to apply and you just sit back and shop. My first purchase was a 55 inch smart tv and a Xbox One. Received my merchandise super quick so my family and I could enjoy it. Loved their quick service that I ordered again and got us a PS4! I would totally recommend this to friends and family! Compared to other company I have been blown away with MDG. Not only to they get back to you within minutes but they also contact you to see how you're loving your items ordered. I'm looking to buy a new computer in the next couple of weeks awesome brand name items!
I've been waiting for over two weeks to receive my item and they are about to take my first payment. I have had to go to the BBB. Never have I had this experience with shopping or delivery with any establishment. Various calls are getting no where. They act as if they could care less as long they get their payment. Will see what happens with the BBB.

Buyer beware once you order an item the customer service reps tend to ignore your urgency to receive your item. I had to take them to the BBB.

The first purchase from the was a very long process, which I understand. Although I've never had to give so much information to get a product, but I get they need to know how to get to you if you default. This second time though was super easy. Just picked what I wanted, signed the form, someone called to verify my info and then the product was shipped out. Easy.

While buying a laptop was put through the runaround so many times, was ready to give up when I was transferred to Peter, a supervisor with mdg. Peter went above and beyond and took charge of the situation and helped me through everything and got my ordered shipped in a matter of a couple days. I will be dealing with Peter personally from now on.

Overall satisfied other then having to resign paperwork and recconect my bank twice. But very friendly people and enjoying our new bed now! And also shipping was very expensive but I know I pay extra going through a company like this on credit!

Mgm has shown me why i do not buy online. Not only did i not get my first or second choice of laptop but i had to settle for a third choice and had to go through almost two months of waiting before recieving the computer. The product itself it flawless and normally they have good products but after this experience i question buying from them again. I have been very disappointed and expect more out of this company.
Unlike other reviews(which I'm very surprised) I got the item as described and with the finance terms they promised. To get the item is a process since they ask you for a down payment and the down payment has to be done in a certain amount of split payment. Also have in mind if you have less than average credit things work a little different. Always read the small print and all the paperwork. I just paid off my laptop after a few months and couldn't been any more happier.

It says my purchase date was july 9th, that's wrong I started everything over a month ago. The customer service reps are nice and helpful. The whole approval process was a nightmare, took forever to get things processed. Many many calls to get the answers I needed and several times of we need this, we need this, we need this. I was almost to the point of just saying forget it. Then the shipping process took over a week. My order is now sitting at the delivery company thats less than 10 miles away and has been for almost 2 days but I'm still having to wait 4 more days before its delivered?

The experience was good, I talked with Luka. The only problem was he never called me back to know if they would be able to approve me. I received a call from verification that my order was ship to I assumed they had approved me. The only other problem was shipping they don't explain that the product is coming from Canada which has to go through custom and will take almost a week. Overall I'm happy product arrived new and looks great and runs greats.

Friendly service. Very helpful through the process. Love the products and prices. Delivery was earlier than the estimate. I wouldn't have been able to get all the goodies without the help of their financing. I have been through a divorce and was unable to get credit anywhere, yet didn't have a large sum of money to put out to purchase a TV. This business was a God send for me! The Customer Service Department is so helpful and caring! They didn't make me feel less than and welcomed me with open arms. I felt comfortable talking with them about my situation and they did everything to secure a loan that I could afford. I have a 60" smart tv and a laptop, which are both almost paid off, at which point I'll be getting a 75" tv from them, the flexibility and low payments have always worked for me, and i never really had an issue with, but when there was a situation i was able to get a quick answer by phone, and my emails were always answered. Unfortunately I've messed up my credit over time, but MDG gave me a chance and i never let them down.

I purchased products from MDG in 2016, Everything I purchased( Television, the Stick PC and a laptop) and my family has enjoyed them thoroughly. The process to begin an agreement was painless and billing has been a breeze. I'm happy that I have the option to pay off as quickly or as slowly as I need to. MDG made it easy for me to stay within my budget and provide entertainment for my family. I would do business with them again. Customer Service has been great.
MDG has always gone over and above with the customer service, we went back at Christmas and bought our 2nd item through them and received it 5 days ahead of schedule. Love that I can log into the website at any time and see my available credit and how much I have left owing. I have recommended them to others.

My last order was a complete let down from the get go. Was almost ready to stop dealing with this company. The lack of support when needed was unacceptable and the way in which i was forced to choose another product or face having current balance frozen for six months was totally rude.$50 dollars compensation for order problems was really just a slap in the face as iwas forced to select a higher priced item. When in fact if the order was processed correctly in the first place i would have gotten what i wanted at a fair price.

I have applied for an application for TV's but decided against getting one back in 2017. I logged in for the first time. Hoping I can can get a small loan of $500 for car repairs. Then they tell me first they dont do cash loans, then they tell me to try again in 3 months. I asked them how they decided I do not qualify for a loan. They said they based it back from my 2017 application. My income has doubled since then. But yet they still refuse me. In the end I got my loan from another company and I am only paying $80 monthly. Forget MDG, go somewhere else and save your time and headache.

Hiya, just leaving a review for mdg. As a wary customer myself, I didn't buy anything unless the site was reliable and safe. MDG made it easy to choose and purchase products and helpful service staff to help you out. Also you get a good gift when you order within a certain amount! Payments are easy and affordable, and again. The staff are ready to help when the need arises. MDG is the best in my opinion! Never had any problems!
Omg. Such a very terrible experience over the phone today. The finance department is so very unprofessional. They speak over you continuously and because you choose not to provide a DOB over the phone. They disconnect the call twice. Agents are extremely rude. I requested a supervisor or manager and the guy keep on saying there's non. Am the only one here. Like really? I just want to pay off my account and never deal with them again

First let me say that i got a hefty discount on the laptop i wanted, which is great. But i've had to reach out to them multiple times instead of them reaching out to me for verification... so i'm finally at the end of my order, sent bank statements and all that good stuff... now it's been saying theyre waiting on my bank to approve my payments... like what? Why does my bank have to even approve that lol. I placed my order a couple days ago, I'm sure i'll owe a payment before i even receive my product. Sad.

Hello! I have been a customer of MDG for about a year now & have had zero issues! I purchased a laptop for school (even got a free chromebook with it) and Everything is so simple and my payments are taken directly out of my account when I get paid. They have low payments as well. I'm considering buying another laptop in the very near future from them!
