Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Bad I never to call every single time to get my account update because they will never update or submit my orders
To be told the product I purchased was refurbished was very disappointing. Figured I was buy something brand new.

I was supposed to get my tv on Saturday. I was scheduled to get it by 9:00 to 1:00. No one showed up. Mad as hell.

From the start this process has been hard, it was exceptionally easy to speak to someone when asking questions about purchasing the laptop, however I tried calling back a few times to discuss "verification process" and I was told someone would call me back and didn't... so I called again, and it was an accident but I was hung up... so I called back again to have someone tell me it's in the verification dept and someone will call me back the next day, they did not I called back.
During the verification process they asked me when I want the payment to come out of my account, I said Thursday... they took the pmt everything was fine! Then verification dept told me that my due date had to be on the day my pay chq comes into my account? Which is every Tuesday? Why in the beginning I am allowed to pick my date when the payment is coming out and when everything is said it done, it's now change to what you want? I didn't appreciate that as I never made my due date the date I get paid ever!
Sometimes I have delays on my pay, and that's why I put it on a different day. I find that really inconvenient. And I wish I was told about this right in the beginning. I felt this was a bit "shady" then after verification a UPS was sent, I didn't know about a UPS I got an email from them saying that they are coming the next day! I took the day off work and no one showed up at my house? I wish I would of known someone was coming... I have to make arrangements with my work and my dogs who don't take kindly to people and I felt like this whole process there was many things that could of been handled differently. I am thoroughly disappointed... I don't write a google review because I am not that kind of person, I know first hand what it does to a company...

When you have to go pick up your flat screen tv from the courier as then do not deliver after 5 pm. There should be compensation

I have previous orders im just finishing to pay. However I ordered 2 tablets that I really didnt want but was pressured by sales person to go with them, within 24hrs I cancelled my order and wanted a different item i actually thought about before going ahead this is where the company got real fishy. Because I cancelled order Im no longer eligible to order anything else. Funny thing same lady who approved cancellation and said there would be no problem only problem is she hung up on me while doing this and then she also is one who has flagged my account saying theres fraudulent activity on my account(denying it was her-michelle i believe). That i have to reevaluated before reorder and was denied, flagged, credit limit removed and unable to purchase anything. Ive made and continue to make ontime payments with no funny business on my side. Honestly this might not even make all that much sense but I could go on and on as was a complete nightmare and run around and waste of my time on many occasions and just gave up and am finishing up on the payments. Ive spent countless hours on phone in circles. This is just a little piece of issues with this company. Because they offer you the loan, its up to them if you get accepted or approved. Wat they say. Prob is cancel one within reasonable time and will be your worst nightmare if you ever want more items you are out of luck. Also dont get on any supervisors bad side also as i believe this maybe real problem.
