Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

We bought a washer and dryer from these people. At the end of Sept 2021. We started paying for the washer/dryer on Sept 30 was our first payment. We do not have a washer and dryer here in the house so every time we need to do laundry it costs upwards of 708$ they gave us a couple $50 credits but really... that is a joke compared to what we are spending on the laundromat. MDG told us the machines are coming from the brick. We happen to have one of the best run Bricks in all of Canada. The man there is very nice, has helped us with another matter in the past, whole process was painless. Now the laundry team... the man from the brick went thru the entire inventory that the brick has, he found 40 sets of machines that are equivalent to the set we bought, sitting in a warehouse less than an hour from where we are. I emailed a Steve Stikovic and an Ivana V. (whose name shows up in MDG's bad reviews,). But Steve and Ivana are not responding to me at all. We are paying for this set of washer and dryer since Sept 30 twice a month with delivery date that keeps getting pushed. First it was 2 weeks, then 3, then 5, then 9, now they are telling us we won't have them until the 3rd week of January 2022. We paid for express shipping which I think they refunded I'm not sure because this is taking so long. We pay at least 70$ a week at the laundromat sometimes more depending on IF we have the money to spare. They are saying these machines won't be here until 3rd week of January. How many times have you washed your clothes since September 27th? I have added the order number in the space provided and took a screenshot so you can't say I didn't include it to prolong this nightmare any longer. All we have for proof is loads of emails back and forth.

Tip for consumers:
Don't. Just don't use them. They are chicken hawks. Praying on people who are having a hard time already.

The sales rep that was assigned to me doesn't know how to speak English properly and his emails are equivalent to that of a child's. I can't understand a god damn thing that is said, not to mention the voicemails which are complete incoherent gibberish. TWO sales reps with ZERO communication skills! Way to run a business in sales... (Miles Memovic & Gary Mitrovic)
I can only assume that they were "offended" because I couldn't understand emails that looked like they were written by a 6 year old,
NOT TO MENTION the fact that these Sales Reps COMPLETELY IGNORED the issues I was trying to have resolved, and instead redirected the conversation to the items in my online cart and trying to push for a sale -- COMPLETELY IGNORED!
Now my emails asking for different sales reps are being COMPLETELY IGNORED! NO RESPONSES WHATSOEVER!
As shown in the image, absolutely nothing mentioned about my previous emails, only the push to make a sale. Not to mention how unprofessional and child like his typing is. Had to read several times to make out what he was saying. This level of poor communication should not be in a sales department.

Update: Even after getting a THIRD sales rep to try and move forward with my purchase, they tried to push a sale without applying a partial discount on a laptop I was looking at! WTF! ARE YOU ALL COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT?!?!?!
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

None. Their lack of customer service is pathetic and being incapable of following through their offers will forever stop me from purchasing ANYTHING from these D*******s.

You get "approved" but once u decide to checkout the fun begins. Nothing they asked for was unreasonable I guess, as long as you dont mind giving complete strangers your banking information but whatever. My wife works at the bank we use and our down payment was originally 32 dollars and change. After sending them our last two months statements it became 161 dollars down. U must be thinking we were overdrawn all the time or had very little income right? Wrong! Our account has never been in the negative for even one night in the seven years we banked there, and in those two months we had deposits totaling over ******* dollars. I live in arkansas btw so cost of living is very cheap. Brand new 1600sq ft house with 2 car garage cost us 1000 a month. Explanation i was given was that our daily ending balances were low. DUH! My wife keeps everything in savings unless we need to pay something. And to also help prevent someone from getting several thousand through fraud and use having to wait days or weeks to get it back. Did they ask why the balances were low in their opinion? Nope they just multiplied the down payment by six and that was that. The reps were rude and acted as if I shouldve expected such a decision. Do yourself a favor and use Progressive leasing, the approval took less than 15 mins and I went right to my local best buy and purchased my products that day. Didnt even mention that shipping on an xbox one s, a switch lite, and a kitchen mixer was... wait for it 150 dollars and that was regular 7 to 10 day ground. These guys have no clue what criteria to consider whatsoever. Thanks for wasting my time today and i would love to compare bank statements with anyone of the rude $#*! people i dealt with. Stay away, better options and way less hassle

En traitant avec une compagnie de livraison comme sameday worldwide qui a une note de 1,2 etoile, MDG ne se soucis pas de la satisfaction de ses clients. Moi je considere cela comme un manque de respect notoire,
Cette compagnie de livraison offre un service minable, au telephone ils te parlemt mal, te font savoir que c'est a prendre ou ils retournent la marchandise.
Le bureau de montreal qui avait en charge de ma livraison est irespectueux. Ils sont joignables seulement quand cela les arrange. Ils mettent des mises a jour mensongers sur leur site en rapport avec le suivi de ma commande. Ils repoussent les dates de livraison a leur gout. Pire encore, pour attendre ma livraison j'ai du prendre une journee de conges parce qu'il m'ont impose une plage horraire qui va de 09h a 17h. C'est leur politique.

Chez MDG on me fais savoir qu'ils pas mal de problemes avec cette compagnie mais n'empeche ils continuent a leur donner du travail et faire souffrir leurs clients.
C'est vraiment irrespectueux.
