I have always an amazing customer experience, they explain everything so I understood got my products shipped swiftly and answered every question I had for them, very kind to talk to.Thank you for the great service
Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
It's hard to tell, we just started doing business. But so far, so good. They seem to be on top of their game, but like I said before, still early. Hoping that their attention so far is a good sign for the future.
So, as you make a payment on your orders, your MDG credit limit goes up. 3 months ago my credit limit was $2000. Last month I checked on my limit and it dropped $800 and no one will give me an answer. I am now done paying off an order and the plan was to order a tv/game console package but nope...they screwed me on my limit.

They got back to me at a reasonable time frame to sort out my plan and shipment and where very friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy again from them and recommend to others. My laptop came fast and works beautifully!

I was super skeptical about this company at the beginning but slowly go through the process and start noticing how thorough they are with their process and had a representative keeping me up to date the whole time which made the process much more comforting. The only thing i wish they were a little quicker on is their verification process. Even with the expedited process it still took about a week just to finish the approval and agreement to financing the laptop and THEN the product was going to be prepared to ship out. Shipping was simple and even though they mention 3 to 10 business days my laptop came in 3 days so it was pretty fast shipment. Overall pretty good experience.

If you are looking for other options to buy laptops then this is your store. I purchase a laptop a few years back and the application process was easy and if you have less than stellar credit this is a good way to improve on your credit score. MDG shows you all the charges before you finalize your order, and if you have any questions you can call and get a answer right away.
The product I ordered arrived a few days early, and that was a welcome surprise. The customer service reps are all very nice and efficient. I will buy from here again. The product itself is just as advertised and we are very happy with it. The price seemed a little expensive at first, but really isn't once I saw all of the accessories that came with it.

The process was fairly seamless. Agents tended to look over some documents submitted and requested them again but before I submitted realized they were submitted. Once order was finalized it took a week to receive my order that was the fastest process. Took about 2 weeks to process everything before finally being submitted to shipment. Overall a good experience. I was weary after reading reviews but my experience was seamless. I hope this helps.

I bought a 55" tv with a free 32" for purchasing. Which is a great great deal to me! In joining and verifying my information and starting an account. I was pleased to see that Customer Service was very helpful because they are nice not just because they wanted a new account. It felt genuine. And they wanted to help me attain the product I was looking for.
I will definitely purchase again as soon as I pay off my first purchase. I don't like purchasing too much at a time although they already gave me an increase in my credit with the company for on time payments.
You can hardly understand the people you talk to. They are 100% outstanding at getting your initial payment then they suddenly play cat and mouse with you, transferring you from one department to the next. They didn't ship my order when promised. My order wasn't delivered when promised. It's floating around somewhere on a truck that no one knows where at. The tracking number takes you to a site that doesn't give any info, just a bunch of codes and dates. When I called to see what was going on they just said it was in Chicago and they didn't know when it would be delivered. They absolutely had no idea and didn't even apologize for the lack of professionalism. It's been almost 2 weeks and my next payment is due but I haven't received my order. I'm almost certain that I'll be delivered a damaged TV if it even comes. Don't fall for their lies!

I had move to Lethbridge 3 months ago. My laptop blow up and I was going to order one from them, Will follow all their steps and when I when to verify who I was found out someone I don't know didn't pay for his items. So they told me until I pay for his stuff they will not send me my order. Like how rude and nice way to scam someone. I have reported them for this scam. Please be careful and find a company that will take care of you

I ordered online the next day ps5 was on sale so I got that instead I told one person I was not interested may I ask why 35 times they still keep calling I literally had to block my number from them and they still won't leave me alone. I didn't sign anything at all. U do realise this is illegal to do u only call 3 or 4 times max not 35 times.

I love their process and their customer service. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because of the shipping. I must say that the shipping times were relatively quick it is the way it was shipped that I have the issue with. I am giving these items as Christmas gifts and they couldnt even put them into a box. Fro example I purchased the Xbox one X bundle and they just stuck a label on the controller and shipped it... my son was home when the package arrived and now knows what hes getting. Very upset and disappointed in the lack of care for my items... next test is to see if it still works properly.

Well let me say I'm a little bit disappointed in this site! I do not know if its cause of my credit score or whatever! But I have made my six payments and still have not got my ps4 and my air fryer! I was told this past Wednesday that it has been shipped out and will be at my place no longer then five business days! I get in a way that its up to who ever the shipping company is. None of them have called me. I have heard of other people I know that have used this site, and they either get their stuff less then two weeks. So why am I any different? I have never used this site before. I was told great things about Mdg. So please call me and email me please as soon as u can please! Sorry if I am being too harsh! I love me new bedroom set perfect color perfect fit, so much storage space! Affordable payments and very happy with this set, everything went off without any issues except on delivery day, had a part that was broken but no issues at all calling MDG and they fix the problem right away! Love my new bedroom set just love it love it!
I had nothing but trouble with my sales guy. He never called back, never replied to emails. It got the point I called and asked specifically to talk to someone else because he certainly wasn't doing his job. I then receive my product after calling back several times as no one contacted me about delivery or anything and I receive the product and it's not even close to what you show on your website. The furniture is so stiff, you sit straight up. It barely allows you to sit your butt on it. It's that narrow. Certainly false pictures online. I certainly won't be recommending to anyone to purchase from MDG.
I received my Xbox One S via UPS. Just waiting on arrival of TV tomorrow. That's when we'll know exactly how I feel overall. Pleased with timeliness of arrival of my Xbox. Process was a lil tedious though. Can't wait to get this 4k experience.

While I haven't had a problem with them other than having a bunch of ads ons sneakily added to my last order but they made that right quickly. My main issue is the selection of what they sell has really tanked over the last couple years. They really need to do something about beefing up their product selection.

They gave me a time frame for a product to be delivered they charged me $150 for that delivery then they didn't honor their delivery that they'd inform me I requested a supervisor to contact me none have a requested the president of the company contact me he hasn't bothered if you plan on having customer service with them don't.

My sales rep was amazing! She went above and beyond, answered all of my questions promptly. My product was shipped and received fast, no damage and was immediately ready to use! I would definitely consider buying from MDG in the future and would recommend them to friends and family as well!
I will pay off my bill and will not order again after my last experience waiting for a queen mattress which never arrived. No one called to explain why I didn't receive it. I had to make three calls to find out. And missed two days of working waiting for it.
