Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Easy online payments and quick application would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade. The price might be a bit high but its a business and they get you the things you need without breaking the bank all at once.
Terrible company, they will lie to you and tell you one thing then the next day they need another personal document,
I gave them my banking information, my car insurance, my drivers license,
I drew the line when they asked me for my SIN card.
This was after I had placed the "down payment"
No thank you con artist. Con me into the down payment and then say they won't ship without my SIN card. That made me angry so I said cancel the order and delete me account. Went straight to the bank and placed a stop payment order on this company MDG. I recommend to just save a couple pay checks and buy your computer from Best Buy.
Did I mention my agent was manipulating liar?

I needed goos Laptop for school but did not have the full money to buy a new one, and as a student my credit is not great. MDG friendly staff approved me and they worked with me to make easy payments I could afford.
The time took nothing! The online form was a breeze!
I wanted a new Smart Television and they gave me a chance to build my self esteem back buy getting some new Tech. I love Tech. So My 50" Smart screen is loved by the whole family. My Samsung made me feel real smart! MDG You guys Rock!

I ordered the king mattress set. This includes foundation. Yet only the mattress arrived. When I contacted customer service I spoke to IGOR who argued incessantly that I didn't order a foundation. He said yes the photo shows it but my order didn't include one. He asked me to send him a screenshot of my order. I did... he again said. No you don't get a foundation... I asked him. Then why does my order say set he said no foundation comes with this. He argued my point over 20 minutes. I asked for a manager. I was thinking hung up on. I called again on Monday and low and behold I did order a set and it was an error that my foundation didn't arrive... IM still waiting for my foundation! Igor needs some lessons in customer service

Shipping is horrible my laptop is help up in customs I was under the impression it was shipped from the US and when I call customer service they don't have any answers. My delivery day is 5/12 but it won't be here

I am very pleased with the PlayStation 4 I ordered from MDG. They have great customer service and I received my console within a week of ordering. Stay away from dealing with this company. I ordered the Nintendo Swith bundle, did all the necessary things they required: proof of address, bank statement, down payment, etc. After a week called to see the status of my order, they told me there was insufficient funds in my checking for the down payment, when it was in fact withdrawn from my checking, and I have the statement to prove it. Right then and there i told them to cancel my order. Do yourself a favor, if there is something you really want and can't afford it right now, put some cash away each pay and save up for it. DO NOT deal with these shyster's.

Good customer service, but it takes way to long to recieved ordered product after first down payment. I will have made two payments before I receive my shipment. If they can fix this issue I will be a returning customer.

The bed is awesome amazing sleeps for the first time in 13 yrs. The sheets make.me feel at peace when I crawl in. The electronics are helping with healthy diet and my PTSD to connect with others through xbox live.

Had Good Customer service and fast delivery but my 1 HUGE gripe is I ordered the 17 HP Omen. It was shipped in just its original Manufacturer box with Handle and delivered by UPS that way... No protective outer box or bubble wrap... Totally unacceptable for item of that price. Everyone can see what is ordered and UPS just throws boxes and items around in the truck... It was literally in the box as if you went to a store and picked it off the shelf yourself... Also was shipped the wrong model number Omen laptop and not the one pictured on the website I ordered...

Ordered my laptop about 15 days ago and still have not gotten it. I kept being told it will ship tomorrow and of course it didn't $#*!. Who knows when I will get it but at this point I think I'll just sent it back and go to best but.
I ordered a laptop through here before and it is great. Love the product. Love the service. I have ordered a Super Nintendo system but since it requires a signature, I have tried to redirect the package to my place of work so I can sign for it. I have called both MDG, and UPS and neither will let me do that. So now I have to wait for a delivery to be attempted, then go pick up my parcel from the depot. Not very convenient at all.

I have been a customer for more then 2 years and have been pretty happy. All the hoops are getting crazy. I changed my bank and here comes all the problems. I closed my account and me and my wife got a joint account. Well because her name is on the bank account apparently they can not change over my payment method. They have already charged my old bank resulting in so many fees I can not even name them all. Now they want me to call to verbally say this is my account. I work more then 12 hours a day and they are closed when I get out of work. They want me to call on my break at work. I work in a canning factory and told them they won't even hear me. Apparently they won't talk to my wife. I sent bank statements showing my name address and account number yet I still have to jump more. They are making it harder and harder and right now with the world the way it is nobody needs this kind of stress. I will be paying this off asap and never using them again.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure there are no other options to use. They will make you jump through hoops. Even sending in bank accounts they do not let you change banks
