Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
I'm first time user and like the site. Its cheap and help when you have bad credit or poor credit. I saw it on facebook and have a special offer with the review. So I am gonna take advance of the site. I will advise other to check out the site too.

I purchased furniture and electronic from MDG and I love both products. The shipping was good. There customer service is top notch. I can complain about anything. I can't Waite to shop with MDG again.
I thought this was a scam for sure but it's honestly really easy and everything showed up this morning intact and brand new. That was another one of my concerns was what kind of products would I be receiving and they are brand new right out of the stockroom. I repeat it is 100% legit. About to unbox it all now.
I have made a couple of purchases through MDG. The first a computer. I though I was only ordering a computer tower, but when it arrived, I had a complete system, including a great little speaker system, DVD burner, and a 19" flat screen monitor. The second purchase was a mattress/box spring combo. It is a king size bed, made in Canada, and it is by far, the most comfortable bed my wife and I have ever slept in. I highly recommend MDG. I absolutely will make other purchases through MDG. Their customer service is warm and welcoming, as well as understanding when issues arrise.
I have had an account with MDG for almost two years now and have never missed a payment. I now try to buy something else (i have a credit limit and the website says hassle free) and am told i cannot get it because I have moved and they need verification. The first person I talked to said a drivers license would work. Then I am told by a second person that I need something that was mailed to me. I live in an apartment where everything is included so therefore no bills come to my mailing address. Everything else is emailed to me so I gave them a copy of my pay stub which gives the address of where I live and also my place of employments address. Yet I am told this is not good enough either. What gives? I repeat I have been making bi-weekly payments on a loan with this company for almost two years and have not missed a payment. Does that not have anything to do with my credit with this company. Not impressed with the way things are handled. May never deal with this company again.
This isn't my first order and it won't be my last. The prices are always fair, it always arrives before they say, and the one time I had an issue with a damaged product they had it replaced immediately no questions asked (and this was a large dresser no small feat). Would recommend to anyone who maybe doesnt have the perfect credit but still wants a fair deal.

They tell you once you pay them off they will report your good payments to the credit bureaus. But they never do. Then ignore your emails asking them to. Will never use mdg again and I never missed any payments and was always in good standing. Also bought a few thousand worth of products.
My ps4 controller was damaged and wet received the damaged box from ups. Driver told me it got wet but thought you would still want it. Said I needed to call mdg. I have no time to be on hold with you guys.

I was hesitant to join the program but Aaron was very kind & patient with me; he explained things fully so that I understood everything. I don't think I would've joined had I talked with anyone else! I hope he hears about this compliment!
It was a little back and forth at first but I received my product in the mail, brand new, in perfect condition and my children are loving it. Thank you MDG and my account manager she helped out a lot too during the process

No recourse for this situation and the sales associates know and act like it's no big deal. Also they always promise shipping to go out on a certain day and out of 3 different orders none of those items shipped on the promised day.

Love the fact I can finance my Christmas gift. Hated the fact that I paid extra for faster shipping and processing. I was told it would ship one day and didn't actually ship for another 2 day's. Expedited was a complete waste of money.
We needed another computer for our kids and were quickly through the process and received our new computer and tablet. The service so far has been great and I would recommend them for people who may have had credit trouble in the past :)
My feelings on MDG are, neutral. Customer service reps were nice enough. The process is entirely to long and played out. The shipping process is a disaster. For the cost of shipping paid, shipping through my UPS account would have been cheaper and quicker.

Delivery is not quick enough. Waiting too long for something that should take days. My last order was a laptop and it came in a few days. This time a TV and stand and is delivered tomorrow when I ordered it a while ago.

I regret ever coming to mdg. Once paid off I will NEVER use you guys again. Big mistake and a waste of time. The customer service people are rude and will not work with anyone if u need to reschedual a payment. One of the worst experiences Ive had. I really regret it signing up with these people

My product was undamaged but it came in the original box with no protective outer box with packing for safety. Also, coming in the original box, someone walking by could see it was an electronic and could've been more enticed to steal it. I'm happy with the product but please don't cheap out on shipping supplies.

You can't pay on the website or over the phone. Once you sign up, they assign you to a specific person and won't deal with you, unless you talk to that one person. I was having so many problems that I just cancelled my order and went with flexshopper.com I would not recommend MDG to anyone.

I went to the MDG website on the advice of a friend who has been a client. I submitted my credit application and in seconds was approved for $2395. 00.
I then ordered a 40" Samsung smart TV and a Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
Milena the sales representative that I had was wonderful. She guided me through the process painlessly. Always on top of my order.
I had a glitch with the shipping department initially. I couldn't be home on the delivery date offered for medical reasons. The man i spoke to was very brisk with me.
Now every company and every person makes mistakes and has the occasional bad day. But the proof of a company is how they deal with the problem.
I contacted Milena and she sorted it out very quickly and got me a delivery date that was perfect for me.
The woman from shipping who contacted me to confirm the details was very pleasant, efficient and polite.
I have no problem recommending MDG to anyone!

This has been the greatest experience from the get go! I was so happy to see the fabulous price for the items especially the 75 TV and then the biweekly price is so awesome! The rental places are double the price for their charges then MDG. There was two weeks time in between my order I placed and receiving my item but its well worth it!
