MDG

Company seems good but the delivery service they use UPS is slower then anyone else taking them two weeks to ship something the post office could have done in 5 days need to find a faster way to ship.

I am a young student and with rising costs of schooling, getting the gear I need for back to school each year feels further and further from reach. I appreciate MDG with their flexible financing options, no penalty early repayment policy and responsive Support Team on standby to answer questions, concerns and resolving billing problems if they arose.

I would without a doubt recommend MDG to my colleagues and peers.

I am not satisfied with my last experience with MDG.

I bought a sofa and a reclining chair.

These were delivered to my house but the driver left the complete order on the ground.

He was not allowed to take the furniture in, because he said the shipping costs did not include the complete delivery of the furniture.

It was my children who had to put the furniture inside. It was very heavy, especially for a young woman.

A charge of more than $ 500 of delivery was charged to me and we had to take our furniture in the house ourselves.

I do not think I will buying furniture again at MDG.

There was a lot of calls and emails back and forth to confirm my purchase but as soon as everything was finalized, my order came quicker than expected.
Customer service was excellent and friendly. No issues with MDG. This was my first big online purchase as well, so it was definitely a good first experience.

I purchased a Windows tablet. I found that the price was in line with other retailers and financing was very reasonable. The various customer agents who helped process my order were pleasant and great to work with. Mdg is a great place to shop if you have no credit or bad credit. They give you a chance to buy stuff that you really want without all of the hassle. There customer service is great, I haven't had any problems with the merchandise that I got from them. I recommend you give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a new bed and I absolutely love it. It was a two in one memory foam mattress and box spring. The delivery was a little late but not too bad and the guys bringing the bed were very friendly and helpful. I recommend MDG to anyone that needs to buy something on credit

The application process was quick and simple, there was a fast verification process and my products were on the way. After building more credit I went back for more. Their customer service is fast, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Haven't let me down yet, easy to order. Very Informative on payments and how it works. The only thing I don't like is UPS because UPS doesn't give you a time of day when they're actually coming to drop off your order and that's what happened to me I have to wait until the following week to go get my item

I have purchases many items in the past and hopefully in the future with great experience from MDG. They are great to deal with and there customer service is wonderful. They shipped with shipping codes so you are able to track items and my things arrive perfectly and in a timely fashion. I recommend them 100 %

I purchased two products eight and nine years ago and each those keep on breaking. Financing cost sure wasn't worth! Although they made inquiries each time on my credit report, all payments were paid and did nothing increase my credit score! Shame!

I have had an excellent customer experience dealing with MDG. The approval process for my purchases was quick. Equally as fast was the delivery of each item I purchased.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. I only have two issues that I need resolved. First, I cannot track my package. I put my order number in and my birthday in and I get a error message "invalid reference number" Secondlty, oli have sent two emails about this, and no one has replied. Not Cool. I need to know when my package is, so I can be home to sign for it. Otherwise I would have given a 5 Star rating.

I made my first payment a month ago and still haven't received the product. Calls and emails have not been responded to. Luckily, my dad is a lawyer. I think we're going to do a class-action lawsuit against them and shut them down.

I had no issues with signing up, proving my income and purchasing my item. It was a bit lengthy of a process, but that is to be expected with the nature of the business. Thank you for the financing and service you provide!

I have been a customer of mdg over 5 years now. I've purchased everything from computers to couches. I've never been disappointed. I would highly recommend especially if your trying to rebuild your credit.

The service was great and fast. My product was delivered on time as promised. I am very happy with the products I ordered. MDG makes it very easy to order on line and they are very prompt with any questions you may have.

I ordered a Samsung Note 10 plus and received it within 3 days after all of the verifying of my income and bank account completed. It came new in the box unlocked so I was able to add to Metro PCS easily. The customer service rep I had was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently ordered a PS4 pro and the process was even easier since everything had already been verified. I am happy to have an account with MDG and plan on ordering again once I pay off these 2 orders. The only complaint I have is the expensive shipping costs and would like to see more product offerings.
