This is finally a company who care about customer and know customer service. Once your approve it's go and they do not loose one minute to get your product on the way 4 days and everything was at my door. What a awesome service. MDG is defenetevelly the place to shop.

This has to be the most easy company to get items. By that I mean as long as you send all the required documents that are asked of you, it's hassle free and very easy. I have recommended MDG to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

A company that does nothing but help out there clients get the merchandise they need in record time. The staff is very knowledgable on the products. Price match is respected and honoured. A company you can call FAMILY.

I can say I had excellent customer service from start to finish and once I submitted my proper documentation my order shipped right away! I can't say anything on how my merchandise is as of yet as I don't receive it til Friday but I'm sure it will be perfect

Resonable price but longer wait for shipping and always signature required. Flexible weekly payments for easy pay automatic payment for convenience. Customer service always answers and solves any question or issue you may have.

I purchased a laptop/notebook a while back and am almost done my lease. I have had no issues with it and can not wait to make another purchase thru MDG! My next purchase will be a table and chair set. Great service and great products!

My product and the mdg customer service rep are always answer your question at any time, and the product i order is great and still working, now i got approved for another load of 1700$ to spent in any product that mdg has to offer.

The personnel at MDG are very professional and courteous. However, the process is somewhat burdening to customers as there is so much documentation that needs to be sent and even after that a delay in the review process which in my opinion should be done as soon as required documents are received.

I thought this was going to be a fast and easy process but I was wrong. I ordered a 3 piece livingroom set almost a month ago. Took 3 weeks to get a tracking number that doesn't even tell me where it is. I just wish it would hurry up and get here so I can see what I'm paying for.

I accidentally ordered the wrong items and had to call in. The person I talked to was very professional and helped me get my order right. Once that happened my order was at my house within 4 days. Very satisfied. This is my third contract with MDG and I would recommend them to anyone

Submitting my order was hard. You guys would call to verify while I was at work. Leave a msg then when I called back I would get passed around to non English speaking people. It took a week to verify. The package was almost late as I was buying it for my daughters birthday.

My sales agent as well as a few others that I had the pleasure to deal with were polite, respectful and professonal. They answered my calls within a reasonable time frame and with satisfaction. I am looking forward to being a returning customer and have mention my good experience with MDG so far. I would like to mention that my brother also purchased an item from MDG about a month before I did and pleased as well with his experience.

I am very impressed with the fast and courteous service i received when I called into place my new order... my usual rep was out of the office so another jumped in and took care of me! The online process was easy and no hassles. Received approval right away and was able to process my order right away. Once I sent the necessary documents, my items were shipped within a few days. You can get the state of the art right at M D G and finacing is. Really easy my son. Came from Africa. To study here in Canada I got him a tablet with detachable keyboboard. It's been over two years. Since I got him that and he use it every day for his school

The experience was easy. Custimer friendly with quick service. I have made 3 purchases over the last 2 years and plan to do so again soon. They offer ease of acces with a nice finance option that you cannot get with other online retailers.

Company lost my tv, and when it finally arrived late box was damaged. Mdg couldn't get their story straight and almost a month later of continuous phone calls still have yet to speak to a manager when the customer service folks can not do anything for me. Will never use this company again. Would rather give footrubs on the corner to pay for my goods than finance with these fine people!

Ordered a bed, foundation, mattress protector and sheet set. It was all sent seperately and that wasn't made clear. No emails or follow ups from mdg or my mdg rep despite me calling and leaving messages asking for clarification. Items are delivered "by end of day" so unless you are home all day it is easy to miss delivery. In total it's taken over a week from receiving he first item to being able to pick up my waiting parcels at the ups store (since I left the house for a whole 30 minutes on the second delivery day. I'm quite dissatisfied.

I wanted one of their gaming laptops but my credit limit wasn't high enough. After telling them that I could'nt put down a 500$ deposit, they said they'd call me back. They did call me back and gave me a credit limit increase since my account is in good order. My credit limit was still not high enough to be able to get it shipped immediately, however instead of putting down 500$, I only need to put around half that.
