Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

I was very excited to do business with MDG! I had an irreproachable service, a most human approach so I had never seen on a site that sells on the internet! Even the transport was fast, very inexpensive! As soon as the transport completed I had a call to confirm if all was my expectations! I bought a 55 curved A1 transport and delighted the service a few months later I bought a full set of room. At first for the room set I was septic but no it was perfect nothing to say! Thank you MDG for your excellent service! I recommend to all without discomfort!

Absolutely disappointed with the current shipping rates, to ship basic things have become hundreds and hundreds of dollars nearly doubling the cost of your item. I've been a long-term customer with MGD and I have bought large things like fridges, huge televisions and I've never paid much more than $150 shipping, my current purchase will be my last purchase. Bought two items not very large $600 shipping... definitely not worth it in the end, but i neesed these items, so its almost like they know they got you. I also work in the transportation industry, so I'm very aware of how much it actually costs to ship things and this is astronomical.
The process takes too long! I was approved and connected my bank account, which was required, then they took the first payment and I verified the amount that was deducted from my bank account, but they still needed to verify everything again which took several days. Once my job, income, email and phone numbers were verified, They said another 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for delivery! So the entire process takes about 3 weeks! So, I wanted to cancel, but the representative was being persistent and rude about canceling my order for a queen mattress and she hung up on me!
Nobody emailed me back or gave me a call. I still have the email dates it was sent out as proof. I wanted to price match and kept trying to reach someone but nobody called me back. I overall had a great experience the first time I ordered but this time around it was mediocre.

We have had no problems with MDG. Everything was easy once everything was submitted to the verification department. Financed something else after the initial financing and didnt even need to speak to anyone. Ordered and received during the holidays within a week. This was impressive to say the least. Yes, you are paying more in the long run, but if u want to build your credit, which I think this has then MDG is rly helpful. They're the only ones willing to take the risk we people with bad credit need in order to re establish.

The sales rep was great, however, all the other departments provided dates and missed them, especially shipping. Provided a tracking notification 4 days before the item shipped. Provided tracking number 3 days before the item was even picked up. Giving the excuse that UPS didn't pick up on the day that they were supposed to.

Ordering takes weeks, and delivery takes even longer. The logistics company they use is a joke. By the time you get your order, you've probably already made 3 payments. Use Zebit or Perpay. Much easier to use with quicker fulfillment.

I have received a surface 3 from them and it's a great product. L have paid on it for awhile and it's almost paid off, once I can I will be buying another product from them, because they have very friendly customer service, and try their best to solve any problems that you may have.
When u first came across mdg through a family members recommendation, i wasn't sure I would get approved. I don't have horrible credit, but it's not the best either. I was getting ready to move to another state for work and needed some bigger priced items I couldn't afford to buy outright. The gentleman I worked with helped me get my limit increased a little more than what I was approved for so I could get the few items I needed. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. No other company I have ever dealt with treated me better than mdg and the products are of great quality. Kudos guys, I'll be ordering more in the very near future.
I have order a computer laptop and then last year at Christmas time. I order a55 inch smart TV and play station 4 combo for my husband. I have had one problem with nothing i have order, And as long as there still around i will keep ordering from them. They are cheaper on payments(monthly). Keep up the good work. And. I'm getting a gaming laptop and I have 5 weekly down payments before they'll consider shipping it but when I asked if I could put extra down on the down payment so I could possibly get it sooner I was told I couldn't and that I have to put down only the amount that was agreed upon and no extra even though their site specifically states that I can put extra down.
What kind of company is this? You would think that they would want there money but they make it drawn out and you can't even get your merchandise until you put a large sum of money down first. I have to wait over a month of down payments and then probably another 10 days from that for it to ship, more like almost 2 months if you ask me.

Why do I have to call your company to track down a package? You give me a link to track my package and I put the information in 3 times on my tablet, twice on my home computer and twice on my work computer and each time it came up invalid reference you really need to upgrade your tracking system.

I have not had any issues with my product from MDG so I can not rate or review the call center or customer service;
They take their payments on time and do not pressure you to buy more;
I find the length of term to be excessive n by time im done with payments it will cost more than double one product, but the payment plans do make it faster to get the items you need now n not save up.
I would buy from here again!
I had Isaac M as a rep to work with. This gentleman was very friendly and very helpful. There was a small issue with double charging me, however that was all taken care of and I got my money back and fast. It was a pleasure to work with Isaac. Now it's up to me to keep my payments up

The driver came by late there was only the driver he was very impolite and he did not bring the living room in he left it on the street and my son had to go ask a neighbor to hel him to bring it in. And before that my son ask him to take the old living room set and et sais he did not do that. There was tv in the truck and he was pushing them around i m sure the client that got those tv are not working.
For order wise customers service was terrific. My only concern is with delivery.

I called to arrange scheduled delivery with Same Day Delivery. I found out they only deliver to the ground floor. I have a bad back and not suitable for me to try to move the couch up rest the way. I am not sure why I paid shipping. I thought shipping they deliver to your door. This a big disappointment!
