I have always an amazing customer experience, they explain everything so I understood got my products shipped swiftly and answered every question I had for them, very kind to talk to.Thank you for the great service
Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
I could not get any information on my purchase and it's been two weeks and still have not received phone call on delivery date. But yet my payments are still coming out but no reward for those payments.
I am very impressed with MDG and its services and products. Everything happened exactly as promised through the whole process. Emma was very proactive and responsive in keeping me informed. I love the smart tv I purchased and am sure to make additional purchases in the future.

The experience was not great from start to finish. After the point of the sale, up until getting the laptop was a struggle. Worst, the laptop is horribly slow and not very good. I'll be contacting MDG tomorrow.
This company no doubt takes advantage of the poor like michael mosley did. They operate out of greed. They do not care that you are trying to better your financial situation after making a HORRIBLE mistake by using them to begin with. The % of interest you pay is ungodly. When i purchased a laptop they didnt have a chart that laid it all out for you. I had no idea i would be paying almost tripple what the item actually cost on the market. I believe this is unfair and would like to talk to a class action lawyer. Although they are happy to defer, they will not let $100 out of almost $3000 go. The laptop was $900 retail, ive paid them almost $3000 and they will not let me pay only $200 of the remainder $300. I am uneducated financially and didnt realize the mistake i was making. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you are only doing it to build credit, then its just a price you pay. These people are amongst the most greedy.
Tip for consumers:
Do not make the same mistake i did. I ended up paying almost triple the retail amount because i am financially uneducated. They take advantage of the poor people. I look to see a class action suit on them soon.

I have been waiting and waiting to get a tracking number and never have! My payment went through and cleared a few days ago. I called and spoke with someone today and they told me they see where it cleared that she was going to send me a link for tracking and still haven't received anything
I have excellent credit and the lender could have given me 3000 instead of 2500 as I made it clear to them that I was only joining for the purposes of credit repair. Instead I was denied and only allowed the 2500. And it was too late because the inquiry had already been completed.
Also, all the items online to purchase are very high priced, not much room for frugal spending for the purposes of building credit since I was forced to purchase items I don't need anyway

I ordered something with mdg the asked me to send them bank statement to verify my bank and if it belonged to me they debit the money days before and refused to send me the item and would not give me my money back what the are doing is against the law proof look at these pictures I sighed the agreement in April don't want to give me my item or a refund if u want to loose money and took advantage of do not shop here

I was in desperate need for some furniture and decided to go with a rent-to-own company. I remember seeing the flyers growing up so I decided to go with a business that has been around for many years. The approval and delivery was fast and the items arrived with no damage. I will continue to use MDG in the future as I have had no issues to date!
The accepting part of this experience was long an drawn out! The delivery of the mattress was fast an on point. Though you broke up my order so half my delivery wont be here till this coming friday. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress set. So i had to call to cancel it. Then i called back to place another order and the customer service rep helped me not only order the right size but she was absolutely amazing and gave me excellent news. The mattress i wanted online didn't have but she said theres a better one just like the one I really wanted so i got to order the one I really wanted in the first place! I must admit I was skeptical of a company that offered customers to buy things on payments, I reserved my opinion until I actually received my purchase. They requested proof of income and proof of address, which was understandable, and after my first payment, I was still unsure, I became a little more trusting when they provided me with a tracking number. The movement of items is very slow. It's been almost a month if not over and still waiting on one item. Why couldn't all items come at once if you order a combo package deal it shouldn't come at two different times.
