Have bought a few things through MDG now and really enjoyed the experience. However this last purchase, a mattress, said on the site limited time free shipping if completed solely online. I did, everything completed online and was still charged a $250 shipping charge, I don't know why, I have yet to call and ask as I work 60+ hours a week. I just think that was a bit meh. I'll get to the bottom it eventually, but the fact that it happened in the first place kinda grinds my gears.

All the reps from every department from sales and finance to verification were extremely helpful and polite. The only complaint I could possibly have were that they sometimes left me on hold for quite awhile but honestly that was a non issue and I am very satisfied with my experience and purchase. Thank you MDG!

So, I placed an order in 2018 had it paid off in 2020. Was good. Well here we are in 2023 and i get harassed over 17.90 that I had no idea I owed. Oh they have been taking 8.50 a month for the last 3 years to be in there "CLUB". Fine print crap to keep making money. If there had not have been a glitch i never would have found out. Complete scammers...

Endlessly searching on Google of course, I came across this company. So, I decided to check it out. The application process was simple. They cut all the bull$#*! out, and you know your answer on the spot. Excellent customer service, excellent products/prices. People, there is a reason your interest is high. Look at your credit score. Be thankful you are getting credit in the first place ;). A+++

Payments allow easy pay back with automatic payments drafted from checking account. Order arrived... to my disappointment one of the packages completely sealed was empty. Contacted customer service and the sales team and did not hear anything back. Does Spotify still awaiting any form a phone call or email back on my account. I don't want a refund I only want the product that I had ordered.

Ive never had so many issues proving my place of residence. Why would someone order something ( and pay for it) to have it sent so someone elses address? You think people are going to lie about their shipping address? Let be realistic about this. MDG made what should have been a simple process turn into a very difficult and lengthy process

I really can't complain a whole lot. Main complaints consist of not getting the game that I was told would come in the One X bundle... but hey... its just a game. It got replaced by 2 games I'll probably never play. Only other complaint was that the verification process took a little while. Maybe there's a way to streamline that. But other than that, I made the initial payment, waited a few days for verification, got my One X bundle 9 days later. Overall pretty happy with this deal. Happy enough to purchase again once I get this transaction out of the way.

MDG is the best thing I have discovered. I love my products and haven't had any issues with them at all. The customer service is great, the whole process to get signed up is fast and easy. I would buy another tablet from them because my family loves the size that we got. We are currently thinking of getting an XBOX One to match our other gaming systems from MDG. They have total meet my exceptions and then some. Thank you MDG.

I work 12-14 hours a day. They call me over and over while I am working even after I have answered and explained that they need to call later. If I don't answer I get a voice message from a woman whom I can hardly understand due to her accent, and she sounds painfully bored.
Maybe add something with a "best time to call". And also, why on earth would a company ask for my online banking username and password? Seems odd.

This entire experience from the moment I visited their website through receiving my order this week (just about 2 weeks from application to receive orders) was absolutely excellent. I had wonderful and thorough service from experienced and polite staff. Incredibly professional company with a great business model. You have to link your bank account which I dont like at all. I also dont like that I couldnt set up my payments on a credit card. From start to finish it took give or take 2 weeks to get my item. The product was in excellent condition when it arrived and works just like it should. So Im satisfied.

This company is exactly as advertised. You get pre approved for a certain amount. Once you give your first payment, they process the shipping for whatever item you are getting. My only nit picky issue is how long standard shipping takes. Pretty much 2 weeks before I get what I ordered.

This is a fabulous place of business they all have patience not angry tone in their voice. They don't get frustrated with you asking questions or changing your mind few times. That the way every place that deals with the public should be.

I used this service to purchase a TV for my living room. I was pleased with the quick approval process, and was impressed with how quickly it arrived in the mail. The only drawback was the amount of phone calls I got to verify different pieces of information. There were quite a few phone calls and I was at work, which made it difficult to get back in touch with my assigned representatives. It can be a little expensive too, but if you're building or have bad credit, your options are limited anyway. Other than those things, the process was super simple. My TV works beautifully, and I have never had any payment issues or other complaints.

Every thing was great until it came time for delivery. They said it would take 5-7 days but now its going to be Dec. 5 before it gets here. 13 days from the day the order went through. Not to pleased with that.

Customer service was there every step of the way and met our expectations way beyond than what we expected! We will definitely be buying more from MDG in the near future! We highly recommend MDG as they are an awesome company to deal with for anything. Get that electronic you have been wanting from them! You won't regret it!

Best Customer Service and Products around

I accidentally put the wrong transit code and the staff at MDG we're diligent in contacting me to see if my initial payment went through so they could ship my products. Once we realized the error my purchases were sent immediately. Great service

This is not the first time I bought something through MDG but it might be my last... the customer service was unhelpful and failed to provide basic customer service. Failed to keep his promise of returned calls etc. He seemed very demanding and lacked basic listening skills and seemed only interested in his customer when he was passing them off to someone else

After speaking with Amelia and reviewing my experience I believe that she took my concerns seriously and will share with those that can implement changes

From the beginning, everything was presented straightforward.

The deposit was doubled from approximately $400.00 to $800.00 though, yet that was expected, as I went over my limit, so not a surprise.

Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous and worked with me until my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Have not received items yet, 11 days after payment, though they are en-route and should be here next week according to the tracking data. When the items arrive, I may update this review.

This place is trying to charge me $4000. For a $1200. Tv and when I ask about what my pay off is they say over $2000. Which includes interest after pay off. Don't waste your money I will be going to better business in US and Canada!

I bought a couch from here. Huge mistake. I have made payments of 200 a month to try to keep the interest down. Its almost impossible. Never missed a payment. They will do nothing to help. So unless you want to pay on a item for a very long time and pay thre or four times what its worth. I would stay away. HUGE RIP OFF

I've been dealing with MDG for a few years and never had an issue with anything. Products are top of the line, customer service is A++ and delivery is seamless. I would, and probably will use them again in the very near future. Expectations were totally met, with both products and services. Highly recommended.
