Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
My overall experience was amazing. Very friendly staff on the other end. Will answer all your questions and concerns. I will definitely be coming back. And recommending to family and friends.

Got my product very quick. Already referred people. They were very knowledgeable about their products. Being able to pick the free product would have been nice. Also having a bigger selection of product
When I ordered my products I got the products quickly, they arrived in good working order. I had received Excellent customer service, no questions left unanswered. Low monthly payments. Great warranty terms. I will defiantly be ordering again

I have purchased several items through MDG, varying from HDTV's to appliances. In every case, they have been very courteous and thorough with their service to assure that my items were delivered on time and as early as possible. They were always accommodating with the documentation required and went above and beyond to make sure I was supplying the correct information and properly to avoid any delays. I would definitely buy from them again and am currently preparing for another purchas in the near future
Very friendly, helpful staff that will help you from beginning to end! We bought a flat screen tv, a video game system, and even a couch! Payments are affordable! Delivery was fast. Will definitely buy from MDG again!
I had no problem with the whole process. They did exactly as advertised and my stuff arrived promptly after paying the required down payment. They were out of the bed I originally had picked and they upgraded my order and even got me a better price for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's credit is not the best. Low weekly payments.
I have had a wonderful experience with MDG. I did look online at the Better Business Bureau and there were some terrible reviews. But I have had personal hands on experience with my representative and he personally handled every aspect of my purchase. I'd wish other companies would take these same kinds of steps towards customer service.

I am happy with the product price but not the process. I ordered and received the notice that the item had shipped. It's been over a week since the expected delivery, they have started to charge me even though I dont have the item. I've called three times to find out what is going on, three people have just casually said "I dont know" and "I'm not sure where your shipment is"
Not an ideal way to handle a customer and certainly incredibly not helpful.

Very efficient and kept to promises in site. One problem is length of delivery. Which I haven't received yet, of my order. It isn't suppose to be here in Tacoma, Washington! Price was good. Customer service was super.

I have bought a few products ( 42"Lg tv, xbox one, Samsung 3D blue player.)And I didn't have any issue with the products. I love the payment price, very reasonable and affordable don't have to worry bout payments since they automatically taken it out of my bank account. I also love the e-mails letting me know bout my up coming payments. I had no issue with getting the products shipped, got them before Christmas time. All of my questions where answer right then and there over the phone
My order was on delay for a long time and my agent didn't even update me of what is happening with my order. She will only give me updates if I will shoot an email first. The Finance department even deducted a large amount in my bank account without letting me know and I even end up paying a fee due to insufficient funding. In the end, they told me that the item I ordered was already out of stock. Isn't that great? I ended up ordering another item that I preferably don't like. So whatever happened, it sucks!

My experience was neither great nor horrible. It took almost two weeks to receive my order and I was a little bit weary of making so many payments before I had an item in my hand. It's definitely a more cost effective option but I really think there has to be a better way for the company to guarantee payment other than making 6 payments before it's shipped.

Thank you for your review. As per the notes on file, your order was invoiced on July 17th and delivered on July 21st which is the correct time frame for local deliveries.
I was very sceptical about shopping online. MDG made it an easy process. Simple to understand. Easy to work with. I was able to pick my table set up instead of waiting an extra week for it to be delivered. Delivery for my other items canes 3 days sooner then expected. I would absolutely buy through them again. And would tell anyone unsure to do so as well. Great company to deal with.
So far everything has gone well. It takes a bit of time to complete but I understand that. My last package is due to arrive in two days. The only thing is the shipping cost are extreme! I'm sure they pad the cost to minimize the risk they take on with giving credit to people with low scores but It really is extreme. Almost $500 for a TV, Sound Bar and mounting rack!

The customer Service was pretty good, until your Order come in late, i Feel that i was lied to about when to get my item by UPS. Over all a 4 Star for the finance dept and others but the Ordering part needs to improve better. I ordered an item on the 1st and now its taking my time to get here. Ill stick with Amazon.com gets here in 3 days or less.

Overall, the experience was good. I did feel that the process took too long to complete. Information was gathered over several days when I feel it could have all been done within a day. Nevertheless, I am very happy with my purchase. Customer Service was excellent.

One of the worst! Please stay away from. Their cheaper prices are made up in their bank accounts by selling as new and not backing up! Horrible! Heading to the courthouse tomorrow to try and file a small claims suit against them!

While it was easy enough to get approved, the placing of the order involved so many extra steps. Several phone calls to confirm information repeatedly and then zero confirmation or communication in regard to shipping and was never given a tracking number. All the representatives I spoke to were very helpful and pleasant.

I order my stuff and waited for approval. It was finally done after a few glitches and back and forth with CS. Then the ship part took a little longer than usual.and UPS lost one box and it's been replaced. So now we wait for the replace part and see how that goes.
