I have always an amazing customer experience, they explain everything so I understood got my products shipped swiftly and answered every question I had for them, very kind to talk to.Thank you for the great service
Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Applied for credit. Was offered a good amount. Went through the initial process to provide proof of identity and bank information for verification through CCbank and MDG. After 2 days it was all confirmed, payment confirmed and additional dates set up.
Order received a week later, all in perfect condition.
Have recently placed a second order for us to complete are needs until they are paid off and we get the living room set as a third order.
Tip for consumers:
Be patient with initial verification process. Pay attention to emails from your representative, and digital sign and upload needed items. It can take 2-3 days, but after that ordering is easy.

I just feel the service could of been a little for a returning customer and also i order the xbox one x bundle which is great no problems there except it comes a game at random not asking to have every title available to choose but to be able to choose from a few games would've been awesome

Ordering was easy and then……. Phone calls not returned, changing amounts of payment, changing delivery dates, and no answers. Days later after two payments sent finally able to reach "my consultant", we just need one more large payment and then we can process. Ridiculous, was finally able to cancel the order!

Second purchase for me. Bit more of a run around than a few years ago. But on the whole, a satisfying experience. Had a problem with a dead keyboard shortly after receiving the computer. This was quickly resolved with 1 phone call. Good work folks.

I bought a $600 worth of laptop and the balance is $2600 with their interest rate everytime I contact MDG to lower the balance as it what it originally, there is no reply neither any changes done to my account, bad customer service. Stay away.

MDG has been a great experience so far. The ordering process is very simple. I have been a customer for a couple of years. Shipping is great, it really does not take long for you to receive whatever you ordered. I am looking forward in doing more business soon. I highly recommend buying through MSG.
Don't bother, go elsewhere. Extremely easy to get qualified, make purchase and get shipped. $250 for 5 day ground still no word 12 days later. 2 different tracking pages with 2 different routes for same items and tracking number. Call to delivery company was a $#*! show. The rep was a $#*! and refused to answer questions denied having the items and blamed mdg. MDG insist nothing wrong while providing false information. Refusing the order if they ever call for delivery and cancelling the purchase entirely.

I ordered a fridge and dishwasher from mdg! It was fast delivery. I have had no problem with the products they work amazing! The customer service is great! I also had missed 2-3 payments and they were very caring & understanding about my situation! I will def order more in the future from this company!
I received my TV and everything looks awesome, no problems at all, the only thing is the delivery time was not as expected. It didn't get here when it was supposed to, had to wait extra days, but it came finally.

I placed a order over 3 weeks ago. Still no product wont be here to Wednesday nov 27 the day my next payment is due and havent even seen the product. Not very happy at all. And everytime I call in they are no help and always something I call everyday and they just keep saying the same thing im about to cancel the whole purchase.

I bought a surface pro at mdg a couple months ago, the sipping was faster than I expected. Super nice people and great prices. I really love the product and buy another one soon. Definitely recommend this web site for anyone!
All positive even suggested them to friends and family. The only issue i had is it will take almost a month to complete the process and receive your items. If that could speed up a bit it would be simply wonderful.

What a great and seamless experience I have had dealing with MDG Computers. From day one, their customer service team make it extremely easy for me to get approved for a new laptop and tablet. The payments are open and I can pay off my balance at any time with no conditions! I'd highly recommend MDG if you need a computer/tv/tablet but just don't have the extra cash hanging around.
I am normally not an online electronics person but they made it so easy to order complete payments and shipping. I didn't have to wait long at all for my 55 in curve tv and XBox one to arrive and the set up was so simple. It took more time deciding when I was going to mount the item then it was to place the order. The picture and smartness of the tv is what really is a delight. Moved into a new apartment and needed a bed. Hmmm where to go? Found MDG online offering furniture. Applied and got credit, picked out my bed. Super friendly and efficient staff helped me through the process. Received my order and was a good quality bed. I have been back and purchased many other items from them and have had no problems. I recommend you give them a try.
Unit received but not new - it was a returned item, scuffles, missing bolts edge crack etc. When it was received, box collapsed only tape holding on to it. I am keeping it anyway as I didn't want to go through the return process. I had to take care of things in order to work. Being a long time customer I should not be given this type of product.

MDG is an amazing company with great prices and great service. I don't normally go out of my way to give a review but I just had to for MDG because of the great experience that I have had with them. I have bought a t. V., laptop headphones and a couple gaming consoles so far and will be purchasing more in the very near future. Keep up the good work MDG I always refer people. Like the title says they get 5 stars because the deserve 5 stars

The staff were very helpful and took the time to explain how things work. The only problem I have had is their not sure what comes with the bedroom sets, and mattress. Other wise their great. Thank you mdg I now get to rebuild my credit score again.

I bought over 3,000 worth of product and paid it off in less than 5 months. Never missed a payment. They say they update to the credit bureaus, but that is every 3-4 months if you complain. Today my credit score dropped 18 points because they closed my account for no reason. I had a zero balance! I was going to buy something else, but not now. So they dropped my score with a hard inquiry in December and dropped my score again in September because they closed my account. I will never buy from them again.

The prices her for people without perfect credit are amazing. Most company's that lease or rent double ore triple the cost of the item and then on top add high interest.
NOT MDG. The items are the same price in the retail market's. Then toy pay the interest if you don't pay it off quickly.
