I have always an amazing customer experience, they explain everything so I understood got my products shipped swiftly and answered every question I had for them, very kind to talk to.Thank you for the great service
Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
I was extremely frustrated when applying for MDG because my rep Edina did not tell me I needed proof of my address, she emailed me to confirm the payment date, not to ask for residency proof until the first payment had been taken out of my account. I feel to better assist further customers, your website should be more clear incase the reps miss mentioning the proof of residency. I finally had this rectified after sending several documents all with the same address. Your website should be clear so people know what will and wont be accepted.
Many products on the internet are not what they claim to be, some are from countries that do not respect copyright infringement laws to protect consumers from counterfeit products. I have made three purchases over the last three years from MDG, a company that has proven itself time and time again. The products are top of the line and identical to what you find at Best Buy or another retail outlet in the country. Even the prices are comparable. When ever I have spoken to representative, for example I had to delay a payment around Christmas one year, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. If MDG was listed on the stock exchange I would buy shares as I expect their business to increase as more people learn about their excellent business practices.
Placing my order was very simple and straight forward. The TV and game system arrived in great shape and I have had zero issues since installing them. I am very happy with the service and my payments come out every other week just as agreed upon. A+ Service from start to finish. I will buy from them again!

I have read online reviews of MDG and have to say that they are very good so far and that I haven't had any negative things happen to me. The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable about their services, and nice to me. I have purchased several items from the online store and am very pleased with all items. High quality and very nice and knowledge personnel. They are also willing to give you credit and do work with you if a payment problems arises. I would say this is one of the better businesses that I have dealt with. I definitely will be purchasing again.
I started the process to do this and the person who helped me was hard to understand, rude and every other day he needed some different information I went back and forth for weeks with them and I ended up saying I don't even wanna start business. I'm glad I chose not to. If I can rate this a negative stars I would.

I used MDG to get Christmas presents on pretty short notice. They approved me as got me the products by Christmas. There is always a representative available to talk to and answer your questions. Use them they are great.
It was great aside from taking a little under a month to finally get my product shipped. The game they give you for free is extremely outdated. The customer service was very friendly and they did everything they could.

A few years ago I was in the middle of completing my BS and my home computer went down for the count. Not having stellar credit my options were limited and in my search I came across MDG. They we very easy to work with! Got me approved in minutes and I had my new computer within days. Needless to say I did finish my degree on time with the help of MDG. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
It's just way to many phone calls. I dont have terrible credit, if you want to finance things do it in a timely manner and don't drag your customers... however everyone I talked to was very polite and helpful.
I have placed a few orders with Mdg and have always been happy with the whole deal. This time it took me 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to place my order, and unfortunately this time my order are both Christmas presents and they are going to be late. One of them is a Santa present for a 6 year old little boy and he will be getting a picture of his toy instead of the toy on Christmas morning.

When I needed a new dishwasher I went to mdg in order to get quick and easy financing. Overall my experience was great and my dishwasher was delivered in less than 10 days. I can pay as much as I want on my account and have it paid off in no time with no penalty. If you need something for your home and don't have the cash then msg is the easy way to go without having to go in store to apply for credit.
I placed an order which I paid for expedited processing as it was supposed to take the 7-10 days processing down to 3-5 days. It still took 11 days to process my order. I then paid $500 in shipping cost, which seems exceedingly high, only to find out that not only was it for economy shipping ($500 for economy?) but also was going to take an additional 8 days for items coming from Atlanta to Ohio which is a 1 day trip. Items still have not arrived yet (order placed on 12/19) and according to the shippers website will not be here for another week. Hopefully they will be correct and undamaged as this has already not been a great experience.

This company is great until you have a issue with payments i was switching bank accounts and i went online to update my banking info. They still processed the payment for the old account so that put my payment late and they decreased my available credit.

Everything i have ordered which is 4 items now came quickly and was as described. Happy with all products i have ordered. Would definitely get another item. Customer service is great and haven't had any problems. You wont regret ordering from mdg. I know i dont!
At first everything was fine but when it comes to "verifying" and shipping they drag their feet so bad. I was told that my package would be shipped on Monday and i follow up with UPS and they said that they never got the package! Horrible service and will never go through this company again.

We apologize if this left you with a negative experience but it takes 5-7 business days to receive the order after 1st payment is received and cleared. Also, It takes 24-48 hours to UPS to update tracking number so you can track and follow the order.
Overall I was quite impressed with this company and how easy it was to get a credit line. The staff were very helpful and quick to help anyway they could. They made the process simple. Products arrived exactly on time and we're just what we wanted.

I was a little disappointed when I ordered an item and got it verified and then get an email saying they had none. I was pretty much forced into getting something that was more expensive. If u cancel an order ur account gets frozen for 6 months. Other then that they have very quick delivery.
