I have always an amazing customer experience, they explain everything so I understood got my products shipped swiftly and answered every question I had for them, very kind to talk to.Thank you for the great service
Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
When I first called MDG it was hard to figure out there process... but once everything got settled and worked out how to pay and when to pay it was great. Smooth sailing. I got an awesome couch and chair set... what was interesting was they came in boxes at first I thought that was weird but then I thought wow for all those people who can't get a couch through there door this is excellent. Im very happy with MDG I'm also happy that they are willing to work with your schedule of when to pay. Thank you MDG
Careful dealing with these people, been making payments for two months now on nothing, that's right on nothing. When it first started I told her I'd it takes week I'm not interested well here we are… still have nothing and once they've got you and taking your money You are no longer a priority to them. They will not answer you anymore, they're a sales only type of customer service. Avoid Deena p, she has no interest in helping anyone except herself. Like I said once the "sales" are made your done

I Bought a bed and tv from mdg, both are excellent quality. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Low bi-weekly payments. Service staff are very helpful. If your on a fixed income like me, and can't afford to buy items outright, this service is great.

Never was qualified for stuff, until 1 day browsing the web came across this site,, great quality of merchandise, execellent customer service with 24 hour online help... would recommend to all my friends, just a lil weekly payments gets you good quality merchandise.
Im normally not big on doing reviews, but this is definitely an exception. Where do I start? No hidden fees, very low payments, prompt delivery and absolutely no complaints; at all! Im extremely happy with my laptop, exactly what I wanted. Cant wait for my next purchase.

Ive been giving offer after offer when i applied there was always some hidden part of the contract outrageous interest rates or they say pre approved but ask for a co signer... MGD did what they said approved me let me shop and delivered on time quality merchandise...

I haven't received my product yet (will be here in 2 days), but as far as the customer service experience, it was phenomenal. The APR is fairly high, but I wasn't expecting much less due to the fact they accept low credit scores. It's a good way to finance something that you want/need, without having past mistakes fall heavy on their decision to finance you or not. I give this company 5 stars for being so loyal and helpful during the process.

After recieving my pillows and sheets it took another 2 days to get my bed. It just seemed like company was not dependable to deliver on time. Maybe Im being a little hard but vehicle trouble does happen. They did communicate very well and delivered packages in great condition.

I overpaid for second-rate Smart television, it's a DUMB TV! Nice picture but crappy casting, UTube loses signal continuously and it's right beside my wireless router. Netflix freezes all the time. I am not happy. I'm sending it back!
With my poor credit I didn't think I'd be able to buy anything online but I really wanted a playstation 4 and the folks of MDG made it super easy and quick as well. After filling out my online application and talking to an account rep. I received my playstation 4 and the box was in perfect shape and I got the unit in just a couple of weeks. Thanks to people at MDG for an easy purchase and no hassles at all. Hats off to them.

Lol been approved for almost a year, I tried to buy a TV first, they lost that sale because they just asked for way too much information, ended up buying a 65" Sony at best buy paid cash $ 2300
But they have kept sending texts and emails and calling to use my approval, so I decided to order a $650. Item less than half of what I'm apparently approved for
At the last stage of the online agreement it says we'll take 6 payments before we ship. Lol. I think not if I wanted a layaway service I'd go to best buy or Walmart and pay zero interest, to top it off I offer the deposit in full they have refused it,
The item is overpriced to begin with, and then to ask me to pay them without the item being shipped. I think not..
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you read that last stage of your agreement.
6 payments before being shipped. That's a layaway program that your paying high interest on.

Never a single issue with MDG... They made it happen for us as simple as possible. We bought a playstation 4 and a tablet through MDG, and could never have been happier. The products are still working great. I cannot say enough about my great experience with MDG. We will definitely be buying more through them.
I purchased a TV Playstation and tablet from MDG almost a year ago and the service is great. Fast shipping and the customer service is excellent with any questions. They were very helpful in tracking my order while it was being shipped and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely order again.
This my second purchase through MDG and the experience was quite pleasant. Ian still waiting for my couch and chair and this is where my issue is tracking my merchandise as it is being shipped is very difficult to do. And there is no real way of finding out why merchandise will stay in one location so long my furniture has bin in Woodstock for 3 days and I have bin without a couch and chair just as long as I got rid of the old furniture

I love MDG as they helped me get a new computer when I most needed one after my previous laptop died. The only thing that I found after the fact is that they don't report the credit report with Equifax or TransUnion, but they will help you get it on your file once your order has been paid, a minor inconvenience for the help though. Could not get straight answers from anyone until I actually talked to the finance department. Finally someone there spoke English well enough to explain member benefits And how it will impact your total costs. Also delivery was supposed to take place on May 12 2020. I had to schedule a day off work as well as enlist help to move my items into the house because due to corona the shipping company will not bring anything inside. Yet today on the 11th of May they contact me and tell me my items are still in Chicago and they have no idea when they will get them to the warehouse located near me to actually deliver said items. So far I am unimpressed by this company and tempted to not continue to do business with them

Hi, I'd just like to tell you about my experience with MDG.ca. The process was an absolute breeze. Just enter your information, wait for your approval and bam! You're done. The 60" Samsung television I ordered is A1, and it was shipped with VIP service. It arrived with no issues, quickly and in perfect condition. Also impressive was was the personal service from the sales manager. Very courteous, prompt and professional. He even threw in two small mdg windows8 tablets, for Free! With Free shipping!
I can definitely say that I will be a returning customer next time I need to make a large electronics purchase.

I purchased the nintendo switch for the entire family to use... unfortunately... it hasn't been a family deal- mainly just Wesley playing it all the time by himself. I'm glad he enjoys it and we'll probably try it out as a family around Thanksgiving. Other than that- shipping was prompt as well as the condition of the packaging and equipment being excellent! Kudos to you all. I was a little unsure of the payment plan, having to sign more than one payment agreement with different amounts; however the website doesn't explain a down-payment in the initial agreement. You guys should fix that before you go asking for peoples checking account numbers and changing the price- other than that... awesome!

When i first saw the ad on Facebook I thought it was too good to be true. I didn't click right away either but after a couple of weeks I decided to check it out. I was amazed that I could buy the new computer we needed. I went ahead and got my father in law a new television for Christmas. It's now almost five years later and I have paid my balances and bought two more PlayStation and a giant screen television. Outfitting my home with electronics has saved us a ton of money on recreation costs. I am already have way through my repayment plan. My credit rating jumped 40 points. They are awesome to work with, even helped me when I had to miss a payment and let me slide on the fee.its a process to sign up but once your done: You are done.
Would recommend to anyone.
