Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
I was in desperate need of a new mattress, but didn't have the money up front. Found mdg and was instantly approved. My experience has been mediocre at best. I also purchased a Samsung tablet, as well as an Xbox. For spending a certain amount, we also received one of their flex tabs for free. The electronics arrived relatively quickly, but it took almost 2 months for my bed to come. It's not even a year later, the Xbox won't turn on, the tablet shuts on and off by itself, and that flex tab of theirs? It's a hunk of junk. Stopped taking a charge 2 months after we got it. Called customer service and they told me to make sure I'm pushing the plug in all the way. Gee, thanks. Not to mention, your biweekly payments mostly go to interest and fees. I pay roughly $130/month and I haven't even paid off $600 of what I owe, and it's been a year. I'm thankful for my mattress, but damn. I'm going to be stuck paying it off for the next 5 years. If you can avoid it, shop somewhere else
First of all... $#*! them... I Ordered my laptop and paid 90 a month with 2 separate payments. Sometimes they would steal another of $43 along with the $90. I have an outstanding balance that barely dropped. I called customer service. And they hung up on me. It's been nearly 2 years now. So they stole a little bit more from me than what I paid for including their high interest rates. I bet all the good reviews are from their peoples. And they will answer back to my review with a "oh I'm sorry that this happened to you". That's pretty much an automated reply that they stole from some where elses. I canceled my monthly payments since they stole from me. And lastly, crime don't pay $#*! heads.

Customer service people are there to help you and give you all the information of your purchase and the process.
I'd buy again from MDG as it's helped me when i was in a tight spot.
I really recommend MDG to anyone who is in need of electronics or household items.
I recently purchased a 2 piece living room set and a 65in tv the process was somewhat drawn out nevertheless my delivery is scheduled for this Tuesday I will be sure to add more to the review at that point or shortly after

They told me delivery will be around 25 August. I have been waiting then I called my self to know if there is a tracking # guess what my package never been ordered or verify and shipping delivery date between the 31st and 7 September. One full month

Submitted an order and when emailed it said I needed an extra down payment not realizing this meant they would take two payments at once I agreed to it. Then after their customer rep calls to tell me they need more information and wanted me send a photo of my social security card, my ID, and proof of address. They advertise not needing credit so there was no need for my social. They should have asked for any prior info before taking the money. I have in fact received my refund. Just be cautious there's alot of mixed here.

I got approve for 1000 withouy giving permission to run my credit. I paid 3 payments were told I need to pay 6 before my table ship. Call ny rep Saturday. Guy promise me he would call its Wednesday still no call. Thinking in have my bank cancel all the chargers and get a new card.

I needed a new computer because my old one was, quite frankly, going to hell. So i started searching online and came across MDG. I was skeptical because of my credit and issues I've had in the past with companies such as this, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got a computer with everything i needed for it, and was immediately approved. Bad credit and all. I received the computer within a week and still 2 years later, it's working like a charm. I would definitely recommend them to others, and have, and would definitely buy from them again.
I'm not someone that usually finances things I need because of the annual interest rate but I decided to make an exception here. I plan to pay if off sooner and reduce interest, I'm using this as way to build my credit a little all while getting something I need.
MDG's process was good, if I had questions they got back to me in a timely manner. The process wasn't too lengthy but it was thorough. My laptop was delivered to my door very quickly after everything was complete and I am very happy with the product! I have recommended MDG to many people since ordering. I think if it's used wisely it's great, order within your means and pay for your product. Once I'm done renovating my house I plan on ordering a piece of furniture for my family to enjoy!
My credit is $#*! from my first marriage and I'm not very responsible with my money, but MDG gave me the opportunity to purchase a large screen smart tv with credit! It wad awesome name brand easy app process samsung baby! Tv is awesome hey i got a free 2n1 laptop/tablet for free as well! I use the tablet at work every day didn't know I needed something like that so much. Thank you MDG I will be buying from you again. Oh ya there payment plans are scheduled at payday so as soon as my money hits the bank the payment is made. If only all bills were like that i might have better credit.
Customer service was great just paperwork was a little bit of a headache to get had to make alot of calls and bank info took awhile but was worth it kids are excited for their Nintendo switch have plenty of credit available thinking about getting a tv as well for my living room once I pay off merchandise thanks mdg!

I ordered 3 items from MDG. I read some complaints and think most of the people are upset because they did not recieve their order in a timely manner. Impatient maybe, I was beginning to feel the same way, but give it some time, the items will show with shipping status. Now I cannot rate the quality of the products, but for my 4 k tv I have insurance on it just in case. I should recieve my orders all on Friday so I'm pretty stoked! So don't get overly heated so fast for nothing patience is a virtue!

It's a extremely extensive process in which when you give them what they require they'll ask for something else at the last minute to delay they process a complete waste of time. Very disastrous experience. Totally running you around for no reason. I would never do business or recommend this company

Quick and easy to deal with, shipping took a little while because it came out of Canada but well worth it. The bed is extremely comfortable and was a great price. Great to use for financing and very affordable, currently renovating an 1800's Victorian that's quite large and couldn't afford to buy a bed out right these guys got us what we needed and got me approved within minutes. I would give them a shot ill be buying again from them

What a nightmare! To have to get verified numerous times, send 3 months of statements and all the other hoops requested to jump thru prior to continuing service with MDG, it wasn't worth changing banking info!

I have been a customer with MDG for several years and have purchased 3 products from them during this time. The credit approval process is relatively simple and the products have been mostly high quality and functional. My only complaints or issues with my experiences would be that some items tend to be quite overpriced and that customer service reps can be difficult to get in touch with or take a long time to reply to inquiries.
I have had a very good experience with MDG since opening my account with them in the last 6 months. My only complaint would be the seemingly tedious and/or drawn out approval process that happens with the first order. That seemed to take much longer than necessary but there may be reasons I'm unaware of. The quality of the merchandise has been good enough that I've just placed a 2nd order, and because my payments are all set up automatically, my credit is very good with them. I was able to do an instant order type transaction, but I had to change my bank account listed so that took an extra day. Other than that, I can only say good things!

There has to be a few different phone conversations to get the deal done, so by speaking to the same agent really makes the service prompt, personal and a great sense of security. I recieved my orders after some confusion. Disappointed in the computer that was sent. The processor cant run the games my son plays. Is originally ordered a computer that was twice as fast but when it came to shipping, they were out of stock. Not ok with what I'm paying for.

I have really bad credit and MDG let me purchase my first laptop through them and build up my credit. I was than able to get a T. V through them and other appliances, plus a free TV. I recommend them to all my friends and family.The payment plan is great for me and any problems I've had they've fixed or did what they could to help me out. I will not go anywhere else again.
Everything was great but the shipping. Mdg called to verify my order. Once verified she told me the shipping dates of monday or tuesday. I arranged those 2 days off work. O received a call from the delivery people that delivery will be Wednesday or friday. If i cannot find a person to be there for the delivery i may have to cancel my order.

It was a very long process I thought they were gonna ask for my blood type too. But I do understand that they are in the business to make money not lose it so verifying all info is a must in today's society. Product came pretty quick after verifying and was exactly what was ordered and the price wasn't bad either. Just wish they had better game options
