Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

Still took my money and wouldn't accept my fiancees void cheque even though it is joint with my account! Just because it doesn't say my name! Worst finance company I've ever heard of! Will harass you and argue with you about your banking information and your void cheque information! DO NOT FINANCE FROM THEM OR BORROW MONEY! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

On March 3rd I ordered a 48 inch television. When came the screen was broken with cracks all through it. They stated they would have a new TV sent out when they got this one back. Another TV was shipped and when it arrived the screen was broken even more than first one. MDG told me they would not send me a 48 inch TV again. I asked that they send one by one or 2 day delivery so it did not have to bang against truck for 10 day. They refused to do it. They wanted me to take a smaller TV which I agreed to do if they send it in a different shipping mode. They have refused to do it. I would still go for the 48 inch TV if they would ship it overnight or find a closer location to ship it from. The last one was shipped out of Canada to Arizona. TV's are not built to be sent cross in a UPS truck. In actuality they should not be selling televisions. I tried to get a refund and was told by Amina in customer service that I had to take a smaller TV and if it came broken they would consider giving my money back. I think I would suggest not buying from these people. They answer a few emails but most go unanswered. I know am taking a television that was on a trip 7-11 days. I am going to look into the legal ramifications on this. My bank has suggested that I dispute the charges already taken and stop payment on future charges. If this is not resolved by the first of the month I will do that. I sent them an email last month asking not to take a payment until I have a working television. Of course that email was ignored. I have filled a BBB complaint and will decide what I do from there.

I purchased an Apton HX-S, which was supposed to include an Intel Core i7-7700 processor. I received the Vision 7G MX, with the Core i5-7500 processor. Disappointed that the only option that I had to have it fixed was to send it back to the service centre to have it replaced as it would void my warranty if I did it myself. Because my hard drive from my old computer had already been migrated to the new one, I did not want to send it back; however the service agent told me I could remove the hard drive without voiding my warranty (somehow I doubt that). Here it sits with the wrong chip. Next time I'll be buying elsewhere.

I have upper 400s and they still wouldn't get me credit.So very disappointed. I need a laptop to work at home to make money and now I'm just going to have to wait. Thanks mdg for helping not!

Thanks for the feedback Shannon! Credit scores are not the only deciding factor in an application there is other information that goes into the formula/decision-making process. MDG does finance to plenty of clients who don't necessarily have the best credit or zero credit. If you're not approved this time around, we encourage you to submit a new application in 3-6 months as it will be based on a new credit assessment.

Never more, I order for MDG. The company system is bad I know. They robbery my money, I never will order nathing else. They always change my payment, that is the reasons never finish to pay

MDG is a bunch of crooks, I bought a laptop from them and then I had awaited until my current laptop that I've had for a long time to break down and it did then I opened my new one from MDG and the damn thing won't stay charged. No one at MDG wants to own up to selling a product that's faulty, I even contacted the ASUS company and they think it should go in for repair but of course cause it's been a year and the warranty went out as the laptop was in the box. They want me to pay money to get it fixed and that's outrageous when I'm still paying the laptop at MDG and they sold me a laptop that wont stay charged and it's brand freaking new. MDG has this rep talk to me telling me well then you should of bought a protection plan. WHAT? I didn't damage the freaking thing. That's how MDG does to people, make you pay for a protection plan because they know you are going to need it cause they don't sell new or even good laptops that actually work so bravo MDG on your scams. So stay away from MDG people. They will just take your hard earned money and screw you over.

So I called yesterday had a1200 credit I have direct deposit and they accessed my bank account and said they couldn't verify the funds I contacted wells Fargo to be told they had access to see my account number and my online banking the agent at mdg told me I needed to make 5 weekly payments before sending item guys beware these people are scammers I'm a report this to bbb and we need then to be shut down

I was given $2500 credit, BUT before shipping they need access to my bank account and a payment. FOLKS, it isn't credit. It's a scam. These $#*!s can hardly speak ENGLISH. BUY BEWARE!

I place a order in time to be recieved by Christmas but one of the items where not in stock which I did not notice until I checked the status of the order and it was on hold so I called and that's when I was notified of the back ordered item but them item would be in soon and i should receive it in time I called back a couple days later when the process seemed to not be moving only to be told the item had not come in and I wouldn't receive my order in time however I do understand that it nothing they could have done about the stock level of the item however there shipping process is extremely slow they should offer different shipping options and considering I have multiple others orders with them they should have had the courtesy to calling or emailing me letting me know that one item was not in stock when they first recieved my order and gave me the option of changing my order to receive in time

I've been dealing with mdg for a little bit over two months. Don't and I repeat don't look at an item and add it to your cart to see how much it will cost you because if you leave the item in the cart they will charge you for the item and make you wait to get your refund. I had multiple agents tell me that they do not take money with out us signing something but then I spoke to another agent who actually admitted that if you leave an item in your cart that they are not like other online shopping sites and that they assume that you want the product. Funny thing is I never received an email saying that the order was placed! When I asked for my money back they told me that they will give me my money back but I won't get it till February 11th because they need to verify the checking account, what is there to verify especially when it's the same account that you take out my payment for the other item that I lease with them. If I could cancel my account I would but unfortunately I can't because I still owe on my item! WORST COMPANY EVER! They don't care if they left you with no money. They're quick to take it but want to be tough in giving it back!

I bought a Microsoft Surfce Duo 2 months ago. Phone was great at first. Last night, it did an update from Microsoft. Today I have not been able to connect to any data. I called my carrier and we tried to troubleshoot the phone with no results. I called MDG and was told that I was covered under warranty for a year from the date I purchased it. I was given several different numbers to call in which there was no way to speak to someone, just to go online to a paid site to get assistance. I had to call MDG several times in order to get yet another number to call. This number I did manage to get someone. This person at Microsoft told me that I was not under warranty for a year and that he would have to issue me a refurbished phone. When I explained that the phone I had was a brand new out-of-the-box phone, he did not care. I called MDG back with the case number liked they asked as was hung up on several times before I got someone that actually took the case number. Then I was told that I had to send him pictures and video of the phone not connecting to the internet. I explained to him that I didn't understand how I was expected to pay for a brand new phone that didn't work to no fault of my own. "It's the procedure", was his reply. I asked if I could just send the phone back and they keep the money that I had already paid and I would not have to pay for it anymore. The response was that they did not accept mailing returns. Now I am stuck with a phone that will not do internet. Customer service is extremely poor. Do Not buy a phone from them!

I received the Nintedo Switch bundle opened it, set it up and it could not be turned on. Thought it needed to be charged so charged it overnight. Checked it in the morning still the same thing. It sat on the dock flashing and still could not be charged. So called mdg and the person I spoke with told me that it couldn't be returned and a different one be sent to me. She also made me feel as though I was asking for it to be free. I tried to explain to her that I am not pleased to be paying for a purchase that arrived broken. Also, asked her that in question form. She told me it had a 1 year warranty and to call Nintendo. I made the call to Nintendo was told the Nintendo Switch did not have any warranty on it. Which tells me that anyone ordering a Nintedo Switch bundle has no warranty on it whatsoever. So here I am stuck with a broken Nintendo Switch that I already have to start paying for. If I could give 0 stars for this purchase I certainly would have. Will not recommend this company to anyone and once my purchases are paid I will never be doing business with this company again.

On 4/7 I placed an order with MDG for payment to be taken from my Savings account went through all the Verification's only for the payment to be drafted from my Checking account an account I never used. Due to the return of payment I had to jump through 1000 hoops including having the bank write a letter advising MDG they drafted it improperly. My order was reprocessed and on May 25th the payment was reran (The delay of a month + was due to MDG verifying everything with my bank). So when my order was redone they were advertising the TV package I ordered on their site for $1149. Yet the representative that processed my order is charging the order at $1489. He can not and has not explained why the price jumped $300 nor will he correct it. As of today my order still has not shipped and I have been told countless times we will correct the price of the order, we will be doing free priority shipping due to the delays, and I will add a free tablet as well as the free camera that was set to be included already. Yet again they call me today to say your order will ship on Monday I am sure of it. The same lines I have heard for weeks now... Disappointing to say the least

I applied for credit and was given credit to start with I was on unemployment with direct deposit and they looked at my account and saw the deposit so I placed my order and set up for the first payment well that day comes and they take my down payment money then I see that my order has been placed on hold so I call and they said that they cant send my order as they noticed a drop in unemployment deposited into my account so I tell them that I am now back to work. So they ask if I can send them a copy of my pay stub on Friday I said ok why they said they have to have verification that I'm back to work so I asked once I do this then they will ship my order I said ok. So Friday comes and I sent them the pay stub and they said they have to send it to the verification team and they will call me as soon as they hear back. I called them back later and they said that I will hear back tomorrow. Saturday came and so I called and they said they haven't heard anything but they will send my request to the person in charge of my file. I call back on Monday and now they want a second pay stub well that's not what I was told on Friday they said I'm sorry but they wont approve my order till they see another pay stub which means another week and nothing to show for my down payment. As far as I'm concerned they cant be trusted stories always changing stories.
