“You will pay forever”

Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

This was my first experience with mdg. Overall it was good. Verification took awhile. But, I get why. They are just making sure you are who you say you are. Shipping costs were a little outrageous though. I am satisfied with the experience I've had with mdg and would purchase from them in the future.

When you order the products it works for 2 months to 90 days then it breaks i got no resolution from staff after the sale they are elusive. It does nothing for my credit I will never order again and hope this helps someone because its the truth. I referred a friend and the same thing happened. Its a no for me.

Purchased an LG 65 inch 4 K TV and right out of the box it had a flaw or
Manufacture defect. It was not put together correctly. At the top of the screen the led lights were showing on the outside of the screen. The wait time for both receiving the tv and shipping it back was ridiculous to say the least. Though the monthly payments are reasonable the rest of it is somewhat disappointing.

* MDG attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

When looking for a new laptop I wanted quality, enough space to hold my drawings and affordability. I am an engineer and needed a laptop for my work. I found MDG online and with their great financing options was able to get exactly what I was looking for. After my wife saw the value we picked out a laptop for her at an even better deal than mine! My recent purchase with MDG was great. The TV I bought came via a private shipping company. I expected it to be delivered by UPS or some other company. They called me 30 minutes before it was delivered to allow time for me to get back to my home and meet the driver. He also offered to bring it inside. Delivered on time and bring it inside. The TV is great and this is my second order from this company. Both times have been a great experience I will definately be using this site again. Ordering was easy and customer service was outstanding! Good job MDG you have exceeded my expectations once again

I've received two of three items. The two I did receive the boxes were mangled. One of the packages literally had stuff falling out not to mention it was just left on my porch and no one has got back to me about the third part of my order. The delivery service sameday is terrible. No customer service what so ever. I urge you mdg do not use sameday they are going to discredit your name every time.

Horrible costumer service, horrible business!

They have been taking money out of my account for over a month! Was supposed to ship my item but instead they cancel it and say I'm no longer approved? Like what is that $#*!! This is the second time this company has taken money from me and cancelled my order last minute!
I recommended someone to this company and will never do that again!

I've paid three payments now and there has been excuse after excuse as the why it hasn't shown up.So now I've advised my bank not to pay them anymore payments, till what I ordered shows up at my house undamaged. Thinkin this whole deal maybe a scam and wondering how to get my money back.

Aim just want a tv I see this company mdg So aim tried. And wow the give me a 2600 credit in all mdg store. Then everything comes easy. They check my bank history
Then ask for a bill under my name. Finally they call to my boss job. And that's it. I have my new tv 58 inch's. Delivery fast at my home. 4 days. Aim from Laredo Texas. Awesome services. I purchased a tv and surround sound from MDG customer service was very helpful and helped me though all the way and made sure that I understood everything application was soo easy. TV arrived fast through shipping nothing damaged and exactly what i ordered they even set up monthly payments exactly how i need it so no worrying about making sure payments made. I also received email updates of when payments come out with dates and the amount. So easy all i had to do was apply and done MDG did all the rest no running to the store setting up delivery etz. MDG did it all for me they are truly amazing.

While I've been a customer of MDG for years, i will no longer be giving them my hard earned money. I was not only treated like some delinquent who was trying to avoid paying what i owe, but was also treated as though my business was not important in the least. I received an accusing email after i had already resolved the issue at hand, 10 days after i had done my part i received an email accusing me of not doing anything to bring my account current etc. Not professional at all considering i had already paid the one back payment i had missed during the time i switched bank accounts. The whole situation was handled poorly, and as a result they wiped the almost $2000 credit i had, down to almost nothing. There are many online lease companies that dont have 2 year agreements, and even some that don't charge interest at all (i. E. Zebit) so for customer service to act as though they have no desire to keep long time customers, is a bit ridiculous and arrogant.

Msg Canada has great customer service. I have been financing with then for a couple of years without any issues. I had a few troubles and they were cooperative in assisting with rescheduling my payments to suit my paydays to avoid any additional charges. I would definately buy from them again!

When I had no where else to turn to in order to get a new laptop, MDG was there to help, especially if your credit isn't good. If you do things right, MDG will help boost up your credit score and you'll have that item you need without too much fuss. Nicely done!

A few years ago I decided to apply to Mdg. I wanted s new computer but low payments as I could not just go out and buy a new computer due to money. They were very helpful and understanding and answered all my questions. If I needed to put a payment off they were kind enough to do so. Since finding them I have gotten 2 computers, 2 tablets and a huge $#*! tv. They were shipped fast and all working like new to this day. They have been kind and helpful and I am in the process of deciding what to buy next with them. All I can say is thank you and keep up the good work.

The payments are affordable even though the interest rate is high, but if you are looking to establish credit or rebuild it, this is great. Did have to go through a lot of time consuming and multiple phone calls for verification but worth it in the end. You also have to have 2 verifiable phone numbers though which could be a problem for some.

MDG happens to have very great products, almost exactly as advertised. Well maintained, very friendly staff and brand name products, a wonderful place to shop. The only downside is the billing, you'll be paying for your selection for years to come, but that part is simple, you just need to be extremely patient! All in all, a great place to get electronics for less!

So because I have lower credit I had make some payments before the item was shipped to me, this worked out really well because I got a few months to make sure I was actually going to be able to budget for the payments, and now its helping me build my credit score. Once the order went through it arrived very quickly and they use UPS, I knew what day and time window to wait for and it was right on time. Fantastic! Super happy with the product and it's already helping me be more productive at work and home.

I was just approved for MDG financing a couple months ago and my experience with them has been great, they have very knowledgeable friendly staff that met all my expectations and the application process was fast and simple, I would buy from them again and definitely recommend them to a friend because of the fast simple process. I got a 65 inch tv in 2013 still works great 100$ payments that I find very fair, delivery service is amazing. And costumer service is good no waiting on phone for ever. My option I would give them a 5 star rating
