Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Experience was good wasnt pleased with how they do there price match when they say authorized dealer and only list a couple stores but go on the manufacturer website and none of them are listed as a dealer and the one that is sells the product cheaper but wont do anything about that. Wasnt happy about that at all
I had to take 3 days off cause i was told my 5 packages were going to be delivered. When i finally received my packages instead 5 items there was only 4 items. I now have PlayStation controllers with no game console. It's unfortunate that my kids are only getting half there gift on time. I spent over $200 in shipping and they wouldn't even give me a discount on shipping. What happened to companies that care about there customers

I have been using MDG for a few years now. I have always found their agents very friendly. If a problem arosed they took care of it right over the phone and corrected any errors or misunderstanding of any part of your contract with them. I will keep buying products from MDG. Today I received my order and I was glad it came within the 3-10 business days.
I love my bed/bedframe and the two free pillows. However, the UPS shipping method was extremely off putting. The employee delivering refused to come to my home, and because i was at work, my parents had to go to town to meet him in order to pick up my bed, where he continued to be extremely rude, and rough not only on my purchases, but on my parents vehicle. To the point that we were worried about damages. I don't think ill order from MDG again just because id rather not deal with another UPS worker delivery. Unless you change your method of delivery.

I've had nothing less than perfect 5 star products & service from here. They automatically take their payments on the agreed on dates, and I don't even notice. Everything is simple and painless. We made a 2nd purchase recently with 0 issue. The couple times i had to speak on the phone they were amazingly pleasant and eager to help. I have not a bad word to say.

I was a little unsure at first if this was real. It seemed to good to be true. I currently use another place for a rent to own but they did not have gaming laptops. I was shocked at the deals and prices. The process was very straight forward and the customer services was great. The product it self is prefect. And was delivered very fast. My son is going to be super happy for Christmas

Like to see better understanding between MDG and UPS for delivery. Got 3 emails from UPS on delivery dates and never showed up stayed at home them 4 days. To day makes the 4th day still waiting. Very disappointing on their part.

I made the choice to buy in mdg then in the same day, the representativ called me to start the different step to go through. After completing all the stuff, i received my tv only 5 days after. Very easy to do and fast service. That one of the best way to shop directly from your house. The description of the items was exactly what i get so for the people who wants to buy there, just go ahead, thats simply a AAA++++ experience!
The whole process was easy. They are have great customer service. They answered all my questions. I even like the fact that I never have to worry about having any late payments. I would encourage everyone to use this company.
I had not heard anything after verifying my order. When I called to inquire on the shipping, 10 days later, I was told that he didn't know anything and he'd have the the verification department call me. They never did. My order is now in the shipping process thankfully

I ordered a tv the first payment was taken out of my account the 4th of the month it is now the 20th still have not received have made about 10 calls to mdg and ceva trucking nobody can tell me when it will be here

So far the products are good. The customer service was also helpful and patient. Didn't really know what to expect, but it has been good so far, and I probably will use them again. I really like how i can pay everything off in one shot if I want.
When you say up to 3200 in credit you should state including taxes and delivery fees. I have been affected by this before and as a former customer I was baffled to see another credit inquiry on my credit monitor

I noticed i had a fee charged even after i was done paying off my items. Was told that if i tried to dispute it i would have my entire account terminated. It makes no sense to have a club fee for nothing. I would like my 8.95 back. I told them I'm making a Better business complaint and alexander didn't care. I would think that after i have paid $17.95 bi weekly for over 2 and a half years. My debt has been taken care of for a Nintendo switch.
They are good if you really cant afford the item but be ready to pay triple what the item is worth and then continue to pay a fee for absolutely nothing.

What happens is, that when the Account is paid for in full the monthly charge for MDG Purchase Benefits Club Subscription is still applied, therefore a balance/payment is still processed until a new order is invoiced and then the monthly charges are transferred to the new order, or until the Club Subscription is cancelled. I had been looking to purchase bedroom furnishings but was never approved... heard about MDG thru Facebook... so i took a chance applied and was approved for $1000. 00... with that amount of approval i order a bedroom set after verification of my bank account... i received my set within a week... 6 months later i had available credit and ordered a laptop with no problem... great customer service... i am one very happy customer... as of today 5/4/17 i have more available credit and order a home system and wireless Bluetooth speaker... my payments come out of my account monthly and with this company my credit is getting so much better... i have been referring family and friends to MDG to apply and purchase items without so much hassle... I LOVE MDG
We bought a home computer with monitor and LOVE the product we received! The shopping experience was easy and stress free and setting up your payments so you don't have to worry about sending in monthly has been great. We had an issue with our bankcard and with just a phone call our issue was resolved and a new form of payment was accepted. The customer service is top notch.

Mdg is the. I when to the email address. I got approve I 10 second, they give me $1700 just like that. I order a Microsoft pro 3 and got 2 week later from ups to my door. Thank mag to give the chance I was waiting for. U guys need to try this
Customer care was great, easy to call and speak with and they explained everything that was going to happen and when. Getting approved was a few clicks, and I was off shopping. Very painless and I saved about $600.00 rather than buying up the street. I would recommend this site to all my friends.
