Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Customer service is above and beyond, Easy to apply and fast processing with great communication every step of the way.
Even let me change my payment to monthly instead of bi-weekly.
Will buy again and again!
I ordered an Ashley 3pc couch set that was available online. I paid my deposit, then a few days later I get a call saying it wasnt available anymore and they won't be getting it back in. One of the few that were available at the time should have been put on hold for me.
I thought this was a scam type site, until we bought our first product. After seeing how easy it was, how hassle free it was, yet secure, fast delivery, easy affordable payments, quality items. We're hooked!

I love mdg I went online and signed up and right away got approved I have a 60" television with an awesome surround sound and bluray player. I paid a few payments upfront and two weeks later it was delivered to my apartment.

I've been hesitant to place an order considering some bad reviews of the company. I gave it a try nonetheless. The process was quick and easy. I placed an order, and I got my order in a week. They're responsive to all my questions. Payment plan is affordable. Will purchase a living room set in the near future.
I love the fact I can shop for great products online and not have to leave my home. Everything I have purchased has been outstanding quality. The professionalism I receive by the employees has been great they are willing to answer any questions I may have wether it's on the phone or three email. Two thumbs up MDG.
They lure you in with free shipping on the first order. The next one they try to squeeze insane shipping costs. Was going to get a phone for $214, saw the total would be $350. $45 to ship within the same province? $20 for a mandatory signature at the door? That's almost half the cost of the phone! Can get the same items on Amazon or NewEgg for cheaper and free shipping.

I'm happy with the laptop, it's exactly what I had hoped it would be. The whole process took a little longer than I would have liked but it was worth the wait. My only real complaint is that the carry bag that I ordered for it was absolutely nothing like the picture showed, and didn't come with a shoulder strap, but it has clips for a strap to connect to.
Overall experience was great. Product I ordered is fantastic. The free tablet that came with it is not great kind of a letdown. Basically doesn't work. Shipping did have a bit of a delay but the delivery staff was great. Over would recommend MDG. Just don't recommend the free tablets as they seem not to work due to processing power.

Mdg site is easy to use and it's easy to order, but delivery company is joke. Especially since we paid a ridiculous amount for shipping. Only delivers to our area one day out of the week. Took of work that day because they couldn't do any others. Then they never showed up during time frame, only to call at 6pm that evening to say they couldn't find one of our items. Still without our purchase.

I bought a desktop computer through MDG. I was unsure at first and the customer service rep was patient with me and answered all my many questions. I decided to go forward with the purchase and it was delivered within days of finalizing my order. I got exactly what I ordered and have never had any problems either with the product or the service. I fully recommend MDG.
Everything went smoothly when ordering and with verifying my order with my account Representative, all my products received are in great physical condition and great working conditions as well and they do work with you as well would highly recommend them!

Delivery was quick as always no complaints. Only complaint I have was when we set up the soundbar with the wireless back speakers they would not work, we went through Samsung site and tried multiple suggestions, after 2 days we managed to get them working but they tend to cut in and out which is annoying. But no other complaints with the company, we have always had no issues with any of our past orders.
Using UPS standard after paying extra for expedited process is wrong. The service should include faster shipping with better tracking. I have to waste a whole day waiting for a package to sign because they wont give me a fair time frame the package will be delivered because after paying extra i still have standard shipping. Its wrong, either include faster shipping with the processing time or dont do it at all.

They were good... quick with getting the shipment out. The guy, Ivan could have been better. He didn't speak proper English in his letters. One letter he asked why I called and cancelled. But then the payment went thru. They also didn't ask if it was the correct account before they billed it, overdrawing my ALREADY overdrawn account. Also the rules were not clear on what account had to be used before they billed it.

Firstly you guys have a wide selection of different things and items that grab the eye. You also offer a credit and bank option which is amazing for those who don't have the money to afford things right then and there. I purchased a tv bundle that came with the commit stick. I also purchased a laptop. I am very impressed and love them. I am currently looking into buying a dining room set as well. I have been a customer of MDG for over 3 years now. Purchased laptop, flat screen TV, computer, living room furniture and now my kitchen set and new phone. It took me a bit to decide to order something, but I eventually did. I would get a few calls daily from MDG to get me to place an order. Once I finally placed it and made my first payment, uploading proof it drafted from my account, it took almost 6 days for it to show up on their end. I sent multiple emails to my "rep" regarding this, but never once got a response. I am still waiting for the item to get here, but it seems that they will do everything to get a hold of you when you are approved, and want you to buy something, but as soon as that happens, they cut off communication and go to the next person. We will see how their communication is when I need something else, but since my order was placed, no one has responded to me or tried to contact me.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with MDG. I ordered a gaming laptop for my son for Christmas last year and he loves it. The quality is great and the payment option is superb. I would go through MDG again. I hope you will as well.
The item had no shipping packaging. It was the original package with a shipment sticker slapped on it. And a thin box at that. I have touch screen problems and tablet turns off by itself. Not pleased at all with this purchase or the way it was shipped.
