I have always an amazing customer experience, they explain everything so I understood got my products shipped swiftly and answered every question I had for them, very kind to talk to.Thank you for the great service
Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
From the sales rep to the delivery everyone was so nice and helpful. I love my new television and bed and so happy I am able to make payments. What a great company to work with. All I can say is thank you. I would highly recommend MDG.
As somebody who doesn't have excellent credit MDG made it possible for me to purchase a new laptop and a new diningroom set for my family. I haven't had any problems at all. MDG is a very reliable company. I would recommend it to anyone in my situation.
I was expecting the delivery of my orders last week now no one knows where is the shipment even the tracking number does not help I phoned ups and until now they received nothing from mdg I am about to make the payments and nothing received so far
I've been waiting since April for what I've ordered. I've finished the entire process and taken the money from me and they just have not shipped it. I've sent a total of 7 emails and Everytime I call I get transfered and on hold for way too long.

Would give it a better score if departments would actually talk to each other, it would have avoided confusion with my order. I spoke to three different people, two that made me feel confident about my choice to go with MDG and one that was abrasive and would care less about your business.
I have not a problem with the financial part of my transaction, but when it came to servicing my sofa that ripped, I got the run around and then ignored. I had the sofa only 4-5 months before it ripped at seam but I didn't get no help fixing issue. I gave up
Received a credit of 1900$ pre-qualification. I have an account specified for bills. He wanted another account. I assured him it would be paid on time and because I have already given access to this one I didn't want to give access to another. What should matter is me paying my bills on time not which one my checks go too. Seems scammish. Never had an issue before, this is a sign to jus forget the interest and just buy it in full.

You are required to use your primary account so that your income can be verified and we can set up a payment plan. My LG tv arrived with the picture all screwed up... horizontal and vertical lines, as well as a Starburst pattern, upon powering up for the first time. They take NO responsibility for sending me damaged goods... tell me I have to call LG. They were the ones who sent me a damaged product!

Reasonable experience, easy enough to order. Lacking communication strength on the companies part. Generic emails sent out claiming they have attempted to contact me multiple times. This was not the case. At the end of the day the process is easy enough if your willing to do the majority of the leg work.

Great review give a 5 star on point very professional cant complain about it I will say one thing it would be great if they will have a ceva company near by so people could see how could the company is. The only thing I could say is it would of been nice if there was more worker to delivered the TV because there was only one person working and is very sad how he had to do it on his own but yea more workers and a near by ceva company

I am currently going to school online and the laptop that I had for a little over four years finally went on me. I had heard about MDG before and had decided to try it out. Jasmin, the gentleman who was working with me to get my laptop to me was even patient with me when I had moved and had to have the merchandise shipped to a different address. I ordered this back in September and it is now April. It is still running great and once I have this paid off am looking forward to purchasing another item from them. Maybe the television/XBox combo. I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys to anyone who does not want to pay outrageous amounts of money at rent to own companies. Just my thoughts.

MDG is a great company and has excellent products. My only problem has to do with shipping and ordering. Twice this has happened. The last time i was suppose to get a $50 credit because of the mix up. That never happened. Now this. MDG needs to monitor what is going on before its too late. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed the headset, i would send them back.
