Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
First off I got an email out of the blue for WWW.MDG.COM so I opened it and read all about it from the first word to the very last so that I would know what I was getting into which was a heck of a lot better than other companies. So I started talking to a representative and the next I know my 55" inch curved tv was on its way. I received it on time with no problems I set it up immediately. I have my payments coming straight out of my account and the correspond with me constantly. Then I got an email saying that my credit limit was raised and since I have had a great experience I ordered a Microsoft surface pro 3 and I got a free tablet too. That went just as smooth as before. Well when I got them the computer screen was cracked so I called and at that point they set up for ups to pick it up and as soon as they got the broken one they sent a new one. So hell yes I'll keep going back because they had faith in me when nobody else would. So don't forget WWW.MDG.COM
I had a low-end & archaic lap top I bought about five years back.
But I wanted to upgrade to an all-in-one desktop. However, I could not afford paying a lump sum for it. Internet search lead me to MDG and it was what I was looking for.
I could pay in $50 biweekly installments for a high end 23.8" all-in-one Acer.
Everything was done online and over the phone. I was approved for it very quickly and in one week got a brand new marvelous product.The deal also came with a laptop for free!(except for the shipping and handling) and all-in-all it was well worth it.
I had a great experience and wonderful customer service.
I Highly recommend it especially if you can't afford paying cash for a pricey gadget or any big ticket items you want to purchase.
A couple years ago I was in need of a new laptop and had bad credit and didn't no where to turn. I saw an add for MDG financing and thought I'd try it but did not think I'd be approved. I was approved right away and in no time I had an awesome new lap top. Better yet, 2 years later I now have good credit again. Thanks MDG for the great service.

I love my new laptop that I got through mdg a week ago. They have realy good service fast delivery and they promise that you will get your product on time I have nothing to say bad about them at all but by far the best company to deal with and looking to deal with in the near future.
I have made a few different orders from MDG, every time I deal them it is a painless transaction. When I call it is quick and they help you with all of your questions if they don't know the answer they find out and get back to you in a timely manner. When you call in, you don't have to wait on hold for a long time either which is a huge bonus no time is wasted. They also answer very efficiently with e-mails if you are at work or just busy you still get looked after. Very happy with the service they have provided me.
First off, I have shopped with them previously. They never value you as a returning customer. They are insensitive. Yet, when you don't have great credit, they have You over a barrel. I ordered products, they sent the wrong items. I told them that I didn't think that it was fair to charge me anyway. I stopped payment because they didn't make adjustments to payment. They froze my account because I wouldn't go with their program. Now, they refuse to send the corrected product. They are over charging interest bi-weekly! Awful!

They sent me a defective laptop they won't let exchange it or return it.None of the browsers work.Everytime I call them they give me a different number every time.I'll never purchase anything from them again

They harassed me by calling me several times a day to finish purchasing the laptop but now that i'm having issues with it they have been ignoring my emails and phone calls.I will be sending the laptop back and getting a refund back doing it my way

The customer service is awful
The customer service is awful, you say you're having trouble with COVID they don't care. It took me 4 months to get on a payment plan. After reporting it late and apparently they can't do anything. Bunch of crooks don't recommend using them. No one speaks English well and it's just awful. I'm so close to saying come pick up your stuff and get off my account. And I hope you guys read this I'll be posting it on fb to. Terrible service if I could give it a zero star I would.

MDG is great! Communications by phone and email are always answered by an agent. The only caveat I experienced was due to the handling of my 55" smart tv and that was in the delivery persons. Huge hole in the boxes exterior on the side. Checking it this weekend and MGD said they would replace it.

I was very pleased with my overall experience.The ease of the application process was greatly appreciated. Customer service agents were polite and courteous and followed through with returning calls.
My products arrived on the date and time agreed apon. I would definitely use MDG again and recommend it to anyone.
Following the delivery of the two sofas I am extremely dissatisfied with the service:
1-The deliverer left only the two boxes, and it was myself who had to develop that.
2-I also had to assemble the pieces.
3- To my surprise the Sofa set I ordered online is not the same as I was delivered and in addition it is defective.
A) The living room set is not reclining we have no possibility to incline it especially since it has no button for this purpose.
B) After assembling the last piece for the back of the chair has three places there is a defect in the clips the pieces do not fit as the clips are too spaced, which means that it is impossible for us sit down, see the pictures for more details.
I want to tell you that I am not at all satisfied with all the disadvantages that it has brought me. I demand from you that the payment be suspended until the problem is solved if not I would be obliged to suspend your payment with my banking institution.

Customer service was easy to contact and work with. Verification process is long but that's understandable. Ran into an issue with shipping, I contact them and they actually called me back like they said they would to make sure the issue was resolved. I was impressed. Will definitely order from them again.

I'm grateful to have had the option to buy my daughter a laptop through this service. However, I also know I will be paying much more for one this way - but when you're out of other options, it's a really great service. I couldn't give a 5 star because honestly, the payment setup was a MAJOR hassle. It took several phone calls, emails, etc before I was finally approved. I am not a person who likes talking on the phone, so I was really annoyed by all of it. I was approved in the end though, and as I said, I am grateful for the option.

I have a tv from mdg. I would have not been able to get it otherwise. Payments are very low and every time i've called they have always helped me out with my questions polite and fast. I will recommend mdg and have already to many people...
The experiences I had with the agents were great. However upon opening one of my boxes, on e installed the screen was black and there was a tiny hole. This television is unusable. I tried to contact someone today concerning the issue but, no one answered and I haven't received a callback yet.

No problems placing my order. The experience was pleasing to me. The site is user-friendly and easy to navigate through. The price for the 3 air conditioners was great, considering the BTU rating, these pieces are the same price as an 8000 BTU unit from other stores.
