Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
First of all I paid full price for a Deluxe Recliner sofa and received it broken. Must of been how it was delivered or the quality sucks! Get the run around when I call them. Am not sure how they can fix it. I am frustrated and don't think I would ever buy again. Wish I could return the item! They should offer a discount!
They hounded me until they had access to my banking account. Once they got it and took money out of my account, they sent me an email saying they found a discrepancy and would not be able to ship my products. I tried to call them and sent over ten emails. No response, all my calls were sent to an voice mail. And They still have not gotten back with me. Filing an attorney general complaint, BB complaint, banking complaint and speaking to an attorney to see if I can sue for unfair business practices, unethical business practices, theft of money and or anything else that the law will allow me to do.

Hard to give a complete survey before the merchandise has been recieved, this is why im only giving 3 stars. I think the whole process could be quicker, it took 30 secs to give me credit, took 2 weeks to process my order and I still haven't recieved my purchase. This review could certainly go up or down, depending on the condition of my purchase.

I purchase a Samsung TV with sound bar and the great thing about this company is that there product is familiar brand and not refurbish. I will order something else once I finish paying off what I have

Working with them thought out the financing process very help everything was broken down and all in writing for people that just cant do it all it once their pay plans match better the the rent center that are out there i saved over 1000 dollars thank you MDG
I stumbled upon this site decided to try it out I was looking to get a ps4. I got approved got my ps4 within a week. And pay 8 bucks a week. Only thing that sucks is you must wait 6 months to make another purchase apparently. Definitely would recommend them though.
You have to go through several calls to get stuff delivered. If you need the items soon, DONT! Itll take them 2 weeks just to finish paperwork and then you pay over 50 bucks to "expedite" but you wont get anything at a reasonable time. If I could back out i would
I cant say enough good things about MDG I needed two laptops fast for my children for school. I did not have the funds to purchase them outright and my credit is not perfect. I was able to get what I needed without hassle and the payments are more than affordable.
The products are great. But the process needs to be made to be able to just do it all online instead of online and phone calls. I also changed products so I could get a refund and they said it would take 5 days and it has been almost 3 weeks.

Worst experience ever! Not only did they knowingly let me order what I thought was a computer for my daughter to start college now they want me to pay over a hundred dollars to send it back AND I won't get my money I already put down back! It also took over a month for it to be delivered! They don't care period

Was not impressed with the customer service they were very pushy, they called me multiple times to get more and more information, made me uncomfortable considering myself and my daughter deal with your company, my daughter Virginia cochrane has been a customer for approx a year with not 1 late payment.

They do not honor their warranty, that you are charged for, they are over charging. It is a scheme. I'm paying 1600.00 for a TV that cost 479.00 at Best Buy. Customer service agents and supervisor tell you different things. Not worth it!

Absolutely love my laptop. So convenient and comfortable on my lap. I was quite surprised with this customer service. It was beyond my expectations. As soon as this product is paid, I plan on purchasing a bedroom set or a sofa set. The payments are very convenient as well. I am able to write this review from the comfort of my Sofa with my new Laptop.
Once they confirmed my purchase, they shipped it quickly and it didn't take long to get to me. The only part of the process that seemed to take a good amount of time was creating your profile as a first time user. For me, it was a little over a week from trying to purchase the product and when it went thru processing. It's just them taking extra steps to prove you own your bank accounts for payments. I am satisfied with my overall experience and look forward to my next purchase!
To start i got separated and had to reacquire everything. Yes i did my research ahead of time as i had a very limited amount of money to work. MDG was my choice and it may seem like a lot to go through but like anything else that takes time it's worth it, i got more than i wanted for a whole lot less than any other place i checked out, bonus is that it may help your credit (if you need it that is) too. I love the fact i can get mostly whatever i'm looking for from MDG.
Ordered a 55" Samsung TV and it took like 2 months before it ever got delivered to us even though they got their down payment up front in the beginning!
Also, They are not to take the payment out of our bank account until the 5th of each month! They took it out on the 3rd this month, 2 days before my SSD check goes in the bank and it costed me and extra $35.00 NSF fee by my bank! I can't afford much of that and feel they should refund me that bank charge since they were instructed not to take it out before the 5th of each month! I'm not very happy and will never purchase anything from them again!
And don't even get me started on their ridiculously high shipping fees and charges!

I ordered gifts for my children for christmas and was making timely payments and i had fell short on the payments do to family losses and trouble with job etc. Mdg customer service helped me get back on track and worked with me waving fees etc and the products we recieved were exactly what my children wanted and they had the best Christmas ever as normally I could not afford things like this with my credit thanks mdg keep up the great work
I give you five stars with does satisfaction after everything that I've discussed and talk with the company and over the phone was great had a real good experience delivery was on time and enjoying the computer the laptop that I ordered both are working fine

Id do it again and awesome to get products in a timely fashion. Company was good to work with. The process was kinda hard as I had to get many, many proofs of address and then the phone number wasnt easy either to have as secondary.

We ordered a PS4 Pro and a 50" TV. I had to make 3 monthly down payments which was okay. We received the PS4 like 2 days after it was shipped. However the TV was sent through a different courier and it has so far taken a week to get delivered despite it being in my province. The estimated delivery date was 5 days ago. I like the MDG products however i think they need to fix something with this certain delivery method.

Great service easy to use. Communication is a bit off. Was told my package shipped Friday but it was invoiced and I was told it should be updated Monday but it ended up shipping monday. So many people told me Friday. I ended up spending most of the weekend trying to track my package and on the phone trying to figure out. All in all I'm happy just wish it went smoother..

I've ordered 2 items from MDG in the last few years and have never had any issue with then or their customer service. All staff that I have spoken with have been friendly and very helpful. There have never been any problems if I had to postpone a payment or had any issue concerning billing. I would highly recommend this company to any one.
I have purchased a home pc, blu ray theater system, ps4 bundle and I have not had an issue with any of these products. I find the products to be solid products and the payments are affordable. When you need to contact customer service, they are also usually able to answer almost all of the questions you have about anything. I would, and will purchase from MDG Canada again
