Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
MDG is a great site. They have fair prices. The whole application process was easy, and I was approved for a higher line of credit than I expected. Milo was very professional in helping me out through the whole order process. Thanks MDG!
The process was not explained well at all. My order will have arrived almost a month after it was ordered. I paid almost as much in shipping as I did the cost of the product and it will have taken 10 business days just in shipping. I could have gotten a uhaul truck and hot it myself for cheaper. Not to mention the lack of consideration or call backs when the situation was drawn out. The verification process was a complete mess as they did not verify my payment or my address for almost 2 weeks. All around bad experience

I recieved a 40 inch t. V. and a playstation bundle and have been completely satisfied. They have done a great job at getting my question answered and have had no problems with anything. They email me when my bill is ready and i appreciate that. I have recommended this site to my family which my son ordered from there as well. He is happy with the timely manner in which his order had been shipped and he has recieved. Highly recommended
Customer service was very friendly it was a process though getting all the information that they needed and I have been still waiting for my product to ship out and receive a tracking number so far so good but I dont want to end up making 3 or 4 payments before I get it.
Ordered a couple items and have received one of the items. The large item that I ordered which was a tv and was being shipped with ceva has not ever arrived. It apparently got lost in shipping and I'm not getting any answers. So frustrated and tv less!
I wanted to have the package delivered to a different address, so that I could personally sign for it considering it is such a delicate device, and your company was not flexible with this.
I explained to the lady that there were issues with me receiving packages at this address, and she said there was nothing she could do. Now my package is going back and forth...
In the future at least allow me to update my correct address...

Honestly I wish I known about this way before! Super easy process and just flat out AMAZING! They even called me to inform me that I would have my things delivered and made sure someone would be home. I love it!
I placed my order, received a phone call about my order, cleared my first payment, then I set up my deliveries. It was that simple and frustration free for me. MDG gave me hope when I thought there was none. They approved me and gave me what I wanted in a quick timely matter. Their customer service is amazing. Speaking with them was very easy and understandable.

Other than the long process. The delivery could have been better. Could've been quicker. Better communication and timing understanding people have jobs and need things planned to be accommodated and not just show up without warning weekends would be preferred

I have a sofa a love seat and a laptop-all great products-the monthly payments are very affordable-I would not have been able to buy these products without the easy monthly payments provided by MDG financing. Great company!

I was given a delivery date and time which I agreed to because it fit my schedule perfectly. I cleared my furniture out to make room for the new chairs.
On the assigned day I sat and waited for the delivery. I waited until the latest time I was given, plus another half hour. I had to go to work where I received a call 45 minutes after the latest time. I could not go back to get my things and told the person I was talking to that I had no where to sit because I had cleared out my old furniture.
They were going to set me up for a new date a week later. I told them of my situation and we got a new delivery date 2 days later.
My issue is, if you cannot deliver in the promised time frame, don't promise that time frame.
The timing I was offered was perfect down to the minute. If you are going to be late give me a call and we can arrange something else then. Or I could have gotten a hold of someone to be there later.

I bought a Samsung 60" flat screen tv from MDG and I'm a very happy customer. The transaction went smoothly and I never have any problems.The money is taken right out of my account so I don't have to worry about late fees or any other extra charge. MDG is a trustworthy company and I'm looking forward on buying some furniture right after I finish paying my tv.
Had date arranged for delivery as it was supposed to be a surprise. But it came 4 days early. So my surprise was ruined.
You pay so much for these products we should be able to have them delivered when we want them. Not just delivered when ever they decide.

You have to buy with the intention of paying sooner then the end date of contract. Otherwise you'll pay triple the price in interest. As for the items, they are exactly as shown. It a good compagny for people who wants to rebuild their credit.

I have made 3 purchases from MDG, their products are excellent, payments are flexible and their staff are great to work with. Since my first purchase about 7 years ago, my credit rating has improved drasticly. If you do have credit issues, a purchase from MDG can really help your situation.
