Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
I got approve for 1000 withouy giving permission to run my credit. I paid 3 payments were told I need to pay 6 before my table ship. Call ny rep Saturday. Guy promise me he would call its Wednesday still no call. Thinking in have my bank cancel all the chargers and get a new card.
Placed an order just to wait two weeks after they started redrawing the payments from my bank account to tell me the item was out of stock, after choosing another item to replace, it was shipped open and half the order was missing, now I'm waiting who knows how long for that order!

Well I got 500 pounds in furniture last week live in apartment I am disabled and you sent one guy to drop it off. And he put it one the ground outside of my building. He told me that is what you guys told him was what I requested. So I am pissed off big time had to pay people walking by cash to bring it up for me.

Had 2 accounts at one time. Paid the first one to term. Than looking to see how much many more payments were left. Got a surprise I had 1001 payments left on a 716.00 order. Find out why they had me pay 16.01 for almost a year. When the contract was made I would pay little over 900.00 for it. Now I will be paying over 1100 for a 716.00. Will no longer do business. They expect the customer to pay for there mess up. So dont do it

You can check your payment history, balance etc online, through your MDG account. Furthermore, MDG carries an open term loan, which means you can pay minimum payments, make extra payments, increase your payment or pay your balance in full anytime.

After two verifications, a down payment, and two payments still no merchandise. Was told the items were shipping from Buffalo, NY. Actually comes from Canada and the products are Canadian. That is how they can charge more, and offer the price match guarantee, because I can not find the Canadian models here.
Still have not received. Delivery date keeps changing on UPS website. Now it is up to 12 days before arrival. I did not even know there was 12 days shipping.
If you are walking, you need to run from this company. Now that I have left a negative review, who knows if my items will ever show up.

I made the mistake of applying for credit before researching them. In a span of 3 hours and 15 min, I received two emails AND a phone call. I sent an email stating not to contact me again. Yesterday I got another call, so I rang up the sales person. In a ten minute conversation (slightly less, actually), I lost track of how many times I asked with whom I needed to speak to close my account.
He actually told me it wasn't possible. Utter bs--EVERY creditor retains the ability to close out accounts. Finally he called his supervisor who told him whom to email to close my account. It's closed, now.

If you did like I did and made the mistake of applying, and now have a nightmare on your hands, call your ales rep--their name and extension are in all the email you get.
Tell them to contact their supervisor for information on how to close your account. You will very likely be told:
1. they cannot close your account. While the sales rep cannot, the company can.
2. there's no need to cancel it; there's an expiry date after which your account closes automatically. Don't settle for
I placed an order with this company back in 2018. After 4 years of biweekly payments I emailed to ask why they were still taking money out and when the last payment would be. I received nothing but deflection and corporate malpractice. Avoid this company at all costs! Not only were they taking money, they were pulling my credit every month which I DID NOT agree too. Now, 5 years later all of a sudden a ding shows up on my credit saying I am 120 days late on a payment for them….but I have no payments left! I will be suing them for their blatant violations of the law.

I was approved for $2500 in credit. Picked some things out and got a call from them to see if I was ready to order. Spoke with them and everything was good so I placed my order and connected my bank account so they could take out their payments. After I put in my banking account log in info and connected it I get a message saying that I'm no longer approved. I'm employed. I make decent money and I have several credit cards with good payment history. There's no reason for it to be denied. I'd be willing to bet that they have never fulfilled an order and any review that says they've had a good experience is a shill. Waiting to see if money is missing from my account in the next few weeks now

I've been paying $89.00 for 4-5 years now, on an $1100. 00 laptop.
That's thousands more than it's worth.
What they do, they try to take money out whenever they feel like it.
Instead of agreed upon day.
Oh don't worry, they take money on that day too!
They told me they will send it to the collection bureau if I don't keep paying.
Whenever I call them, they offer me a "buy out", for more thousands of dollars.
One day I'm gonna find a way to make the shareholders pay!
What else can I do?
On a scale of 1-10, the stress they have caused over the many years is about 1000!
Their like a bully who steals your lunch money. They just took it again!

I purchased a computer which offers a free tablet if I complete my order online. The computer arrived without a tablet. I am leaving on April 22 for an overseas vacation and I was hoping to carry the tablet with me. The tracking system indicates tat delivery will be on April 23 which is not acceptable. Can you do something?
Bought something that they said was back ordered. After months of getting the go around I cancelled my order, (bought it on eBay and had it in less than a week lol) but here it is a month after I've cancelled and still haven't received a refund.

I would love not to have to even click a star. I was more interested in rebuilding my credit, of course, I could buy a tv off a truck for a couple of hundred bucks why pay 2000 after it said and done with MDG.
I send in all kinds of documents, I'd, they were taking all kinds of money for 6 weeks, and then I find out I don't qualify, why waste my time, giving messed up excuses asking for documents and more stuff, this should be done at the beginning, if u qualify u qualify. Done deal. And the first payment higher then the rest...

Placed and order, gave my down payment. Then randomly without advising me my order was cancelled and no one is answering my phone calls or my emails. Havent gotten a reimbursement for my down payment either. I have been left with no choice but to file a complaint with the consumer protection board of Ontario.
When I first applied, I was immediately contacted by the sales representative to try to finalize the order. I had no intention on proceeding with the order due to an exuberant shipping fee. The salesman advised that he would try to work something out and would be contacting me again. I did not hear from him again. I logged in my account three days later and there was the order showing as pending. I never agreed to processing an order. Well, I decided to give it another shot with a laptop and requested that the current item in my account be removed. It has been over a week I have been attempting to finalizing an order. Communication is extremely poor to say the least. My salesperson does not professionally respond to my emails. I have had to call in and speak to other people to get answers. At this time, my order is in limbo and I'm looking elsewhere. This process has been horribly disappointing.

When you order the products it works for 2 months to 90 days then it breaks i got no resolution from staff after the sale they are elusive. It does nothing for my credit I will never order again and hope this helps someone because its the truth. I referred a friend and the same thing happened. Its a no for me.

I've received two of three items. The two I did receive the boxes were mangled. One of the packages literally had stuff falling out not to mention it was just left on my porch and no one has got back to me about the third part of my order. The delivery service sameday is terrible. No customer service what so ever. I urge you mdg do not use sameday they are going to discredit your name every time.

They have been taking money out of my account for over a month! Was supposed to ship my item but instead they cancel it and say I'm no longer approved? Like what is that $#*!! This is the second time this company has taken money from me and cancelled my order last minute!

While I've been a customer of MDG for years, i will no longer be giving them my hard earned money. I was not only treated like some delinquent who was trying to avoid paying what i owe, but was also treated as though my business was not important in the least. I received an accusing email after i had already resolved the issue at hand, 10 days after i had done my part i received an email accusing me of not doing anything to bring my account current etc. Not professional at all considering i had already paid the one back payment i had missed during the time i switched bank accounts. The whole situation was handled poorly, and as a result they wiped the almost $2000 credit i had, down to almost nothing. There are many online lease companies that dont have 2 year agreements, and even some that don't charge interest at all (i. E. Zebit) so for customer service to act as though they have no desire to keep long time customers, is a bit ridiculous and arrogant.

I've been waiting for over two weeks to receive my item and they are about to take my first payment. I have had to go to the BBB. Never have I had this experience with shopping or delivery with any establishment. Various calls are getting no where. They act as if they could care less as long they get their payment. Will see what happens with the BBB.

I have applied for an application for TV's but decided against getting one back in 2017. I logged in for the first time. Hoping I can can get a small loan of $500 for car repairs. Then they tell me first they dont do cash loans, then they tell me to try again in 3 months. I asked them how they decided I do not qualify for a loan. They said they based it back from my 2017 application. My income has doubled since then. But yet they still refuse me. In the end I got my loan from another company and I am only paying $80 monthly. Forget MDG, go somewhere else and save your time and headache.

Omg. Such a very terrible experience over the phone today. The finance department is so very unprofessional. They speak over you continuously and because you choose not to provide a DOB over the phone. They disconnect the call twice. Agents are extremely rude. I requested a supervisor or manager and the guy keep on saying there's non. Am the only one here. Like really? I just want to pay off my account and never deal with them again

I had to take 3 days off cause i was told my 5 packages were going to be delivered. When i finally received my packages instead 5 items there was only 4 items. I now have PlayStation controllers with no game console. It's unfortunate that my kids are only getting half there gift on time. I spent over $200 in shipping and they wouldn't even give me a discount on shipping. What happened to companies that care about there customers
