Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
I have never had such a great experience as I did with MDG. Everyone I talked with was always very friendly and helpful. No one was ever pushy. When they said a time they were calling back they were always on time. I am so I will deal with MDG in the future
The whole ordering process was quick and efficient. I received exactly what I ordered and everything worked well. So far I have ordered 2 tv's, an xbox 360 and a laptop. I have ordered on 3 different occasions because of the positive experiences and quality of merchandise.

I received my order from MDG about a month after originally contacting them. The order arrived as expected with the merchandise in good order. I would do business with them again, I would suggest that the delay is communicated up front since that is part of the ongoing policy.

I had to get a laptop for my daughter and did not have the money to buy it and I found this site and they extended credit to me and I was able to get my daughter the laptop she needed for school. Customer service is great and they ship the products fast. I tell all my friends about it!
If i would have based my decision of not purchasing my tablet/laptop with mdg computers, it would have been a great loss. With my credit history mdg gave me the opportunity to prove to them my commitment of rebuilding my credit. They gave me this opportunity. The service the quick response of processing my application and receiving my desired laptop was a fantastic experience. I will for sure order from them again

I ordered a laptop and the approval process with smooth and very easy to work with. Customer Service worked to answer any questions I had and the product arrived with no damage and in proper working order. I look forward to working with them again on my next purchase
I was told my items would be shipped on a specific day. When they day come I am told they are a hour away. Then 15 minutes later I get a call driver says "oh we only have the hdmi cords not the tv" now the shipment will be delayed. Just very disappointed in all the miscommunication when it comes to shipping. Especially with how much the shipping cost is.
Shipping company sucks and makes the whole process of buying from this company suck. Only have 1 day for delivery option and it's pretty much the whole day. Some of us work. Needs to be more consideration for the customer

Order shipped with the worlds worst logistics company and overall process is way harder than it has to be I received and email saying my items shipped 4 days before they actually did Everything with this company involves 100 emails and phone calls and a 24-48 hour wait period between all steps of the buying process just all in all this is a terrible company to order anything from and I'll never buy anything from here again
Made my order and then saw the horrid reviews so I called to confront the issue. My sales rep sucked and was proving the reviews to be true so I ask for her manager who heard my concerns with grace and humility and so far everything had been good.

I could buy a home or a car quicker than this! I places my first order 7 days ago. In the last 7 days I have had to take verification call after verification call. I've sent documents and the worst part is, they needed another contact number because they wouldn't allow my second line phone number. I am 36 years old but they had to call my mom. Embarrassing! It has been 7 days and, although they have taken my payment from my account, it's still saying waiting on bank to clear funds. What have I been verifying over and over and over again? The last person I spoke to said I was good to go and my products will be shipped out. The only reason I use this site is because all over stores were sold out. I want to cancel butim afraid they will keep charging me. By the time I get the items, I'll probably gave it nearly paid off.
Bottom line, I would not recommend this company. The process is extreme. If you have 2 months to waste, go for it!

First of all, I had several issues with the computer. I had to activate my Windows 10 copy on the hard drive, then I had to buy a wireless wifi because your system did not include wifi, another thing is there is no camera with the pc, therefore I will have buy one myself and finally there is no sound coming from the pc for some unexplained reasons. I will have to hire a tech specialist to fix the problems.

I have been with mdg for 6 years now
Starting off with a tv. Paid that off than got a tablet and desktop. But this time I wanted another tv and Nintendo switch and it took for ever. So many problems different things having to send it. It was frustrating this time around. But glad I finally got them and love the new tv and the kids love the switch so thank u

Took about 6 months to finally get my order in. Online site is horrible. Tried singing my info in and somehow wasn't taking it until months later. Prices change to worse once added in cart. Shipping price is horrible. Delivery as well. Paying 200 to receive in 2 weeks. That's horrible for that price.

I've been dealing with MDG Canada for almost a year. I didn't have to send any money before getting my items. I will continue to deal with them, I never had any issues with them and payments come out on time. There customer service is great. MDG Canada is a great company to deal with.
I had bad credit when I came here. I was not turned away, and I was not judged. Their electronic products, such as their computers and tablets are awesome. You have easy monthly payments that come right out of your account I recommend this company..

It was a horrible experience attempting to make my first purchase through the company. I understand that there has to be a verification process and all that but I feel like y'all needed so much information that I should've provided a blood sample. One person that I spoke to argued with me and that's a no no in customer service. I almost canceled my business with the company based on just that experience.

It took 2 weeks to even order my products and in the end had to pay 3x more for the first payment, but they showed up right on time. I'm not sure if I would recommend MDG or not. If your fine with trying to send multiple files and wait for responses then you should definitely use mdg. Otherwise, I am happy with the laptop I recieved and the prices they have.

I live that they shipped to me in a day and a half but it took over 15 days after my first payment for the items to actually be sent. I was given a lot of excuses and the customer representative who was helping me went on vacation. Twice. Without telling me. Horrible customer serivice, but the oriducts are great and the payments are very reasonable. Overall, pretty happy. So far lol.
