Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
You can hardly understand the people you talk to. They are 100% outstanding at getting your initial payment then they suddenly play cat and mouse with you, transferring you from one department to the next. They didn't ship my order when promised. My order wasn't delivered when promised. It's floating around somewhere on a truck that no one knows where at. The tracking number takes you to a site that doesn't give any info, just a bunch of codes and dates. When I called to see what was going on they just said it was in Chicago and they didn't know when it would be delivered. They absolutely had no idea and didn't even apologize for the lack of professionalism. It's been almost 2 weeks and my next payment is due but I haven't received my order. I'm almost certain that I'll be delivered a damaged TV if it even comes. Don't fall for their lies!
I had move to Lethbridge 3 months ago. My laptop blow up and I was going to order one from them, Will follow all their steps and when I when to verify who I was found out someone I don't know didn't pay for his items. So they told me until I pay for his stuff they will not send me my order. Like how rude and nice way to scam someone. I have reported them for this scam. Please be careful and find a company that will take care of you

I ordered online the next day ps5 was on sale so I got that instead I told one person I was not interested may I ask why 35 times they still keep calling I literally had to block my number from them and they still won't leave me alone. I didn't sign anything at all. U do realise this is illegal to do u only call 3 or 4 times max not 35 times.

I had nothing but trouble with my sales guy. He never called back, never replied to emails. It got the point I called and asked specifically to talk to someone else because he certainly wasn't doing his job. I then receive my product after calling back several times as no one contacted me about delivery or anything and I receive the product and it's not even close to what you show on your website. The furniture is so stiff, you sit straight up. It barely allows you to sit your butt on it. It's that narrow. Certainly false pictures online. I certainly won't be recommending to anyone to purchase from MDG.
They gave me a time frame for a product to be delivered they charged me $150 for that delivery then they didn't honor their delivery that they'd inform me I requested a supervisor to contact me none have a requested the president of the company contact me he hasn't bothered if you plan on having customer service with them don't.

I will pay off my bill and will not order again after my last experience waiting for a queen mattress which never arrived. No one called to explain why I didn't receive it. I had to make three calls to find out. And missed two days of working waiting for it.

I ordered an Ashley 3pc couch set that was available online. I paid my deposit, then a few days later I get a call saying it wasnt available anymore and they won't be getting it back in. One of the few that were available at the time should have been put on hold for me.

They lure you in with free shipping on the first order. The next one they try to squeeze insane shipping costs. Was going to get a phone for $214, saw the total would be $350. $45 to ship within the same province? $20 for a mandatory signature at the door? That's almost half the cost of the phone! Can get the same items on Amazon or NewEgg for cheaper and free shipping.

The item had no shipping packaging. It was the original package with a shipment sticker slapped on it. And a thin box at that. I have touch screen problems and tablet turns off by itself. Not pleased at all with this purchase or the way it was shipped.

I was expecting the delivery of my orders last week now no one knows where is the shipment even the tracking number does not help I phoned ups and until now they received nothing from mdg I am about to make the payments and nothing received so far
I've been waiting since April for what I've ordered. I've finished the entire process and taken the money from me and they just have not shipped it. I've sent a total of 7 emails and Everytime I call I get transfered and on hold for way too long.

Received a credit of 1900$ pre-qualification. I have an account specified for bills. He wanted another account. I assured him it would be paid on time and because I have already given access to this one I didn't want to give access to another. What should matter is me paying my bills on time not which one my checks go too. Seems scammish. Never had an issue before, this is a sign to jus forget the interest and just buy it in full.

My LG tv arrived with the picture all screwed up... horizontal and vertical lines, as well as a Starburst pattern, upon powering up for the first time. They take NO responsibility for sending me damaged goods... tell me I have to call LG. They were the ones who sent me a damaged product!
MDG is a great company and has excellent products. My only problem has to do with shipping and ordering. Twice this has happened. The last time i was suppose to get a $50 credit because of the mix up. That never happened. Now this. MDG needs to monitor what is going on before its too late. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed the headset, i would send them back.

No thank you con artist. Con me into the down payment and then say they won't ship without my SIN card. That made me angry so I said cancel the order and delete me account. Went straight to the bank and placed a stop payment order on this company MDG. I recommend to just save a couple pay checks and buy your computer from Best Buy.

I ordered the king mattress set. This includes foundation. Yet only the mattress arrived. When I contacted customer service I spoke to IGOR who argued incessantly that I didn't order a foundation. He said yes the photo shows it but my order didn't include one. He asked me to send him a screenshot of my order. I did... he again said. No you don't get a foundation... I asked him. Then why does my order say set he said no foundation comes with this. He argued my point over 20 minutes. I asked for a manager. I was thinking hung up on. I called again on Monday and low and behold I did order a set and it was an error that my foundation didn't arrive... IM still waiting for my foundation! Igor needs some lessons in customer service

Stay away from dealing with this company. I ordered the Nintendo Swith bundle, did all the necessary things they required: proof of address, bank statement, down payment, etc. After a week called to see the status of my order, they told me there was insufficient funds in my checking for the down payment, when it was in fact withdrawn from my checking, and I have the statement to prove it. Right then and there i told them to cancel my order. Do yourself a favor, if there is something you really want and can't afford it right now, put some cash away each pay and save up for it. DO NOT deal with these shyster's.

These are the rudest most unprofessional unhelpful people ever! Emma was so nasty and rude! We canceled our order and got nothing so not to ever have to deal with this rude company again! She repeatedly hung up on us.

First off, I have shopped with them previously. They never value you as a returning customer. They are insensitive. Yet, when you don't have great credit, they have You over a barrel. I ordered products, they sent the wrong items. I told them that I didn't think that it was fair to charge me anyway. I stopped payment because they didn't make adjustments to payment. They froze my account because I wouldn't go with their program. Now, they refuse to send the corrected product. They are over charging interest bi-weekly! Awful!

The customer service is awful
The customer service is awful, you say you're having trouble with COVID they don't care. It took me 4 months to get on a payment plan. After reporting it late and apparently they can't do anything. Bunch of crooks don't recommend using them. No one speaks English well and it's just awful. I'm so close to saying come pick up your stuff and get off my account. And I hope you guys read this I'll be posting it on fb to. Terrible service if I could give it a zero star I would.
