I have always an amazing customer experience, they explain everything so I understood got my products shipped swiftly and answered every question I had for them, very kind to talk to.Thank you for the great service
Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Following the delivery of the two sofas I am extremely dissatisfied with the service:
1-The deliverer left only the two boxes, and it was myself who had to develop that.
2-I also had to assemble the pieces.
3- To my surprise the Sofa set I ordered online is not the same as I was delivered and in addition it is defective.
A) The living room set is not reclining we have no possibility to incline it especially since it has no button for this purpose.
B) After assembling the last piece for the back of the chair has three places there is a defect in the clips the pieces do not fit as the clips are too spaced, which means that it is impossible for us sit down, see the pictures for more details.
I want to tell you that I am not at all satisfied with all the disadvantages that it has brought me. I demand from you that the payment be suspended until the problem is solved if not I would be obliged to suspend your payment with my banking institution.

They tell you once you pay them off they will report your good payments to the credit bureaus. But they never do. Then ignore your emails asking them to. Will never use mdg again and I never missed any payments and was always in good standing. Also bought a few thousand worth of products.
I regret ever coming to mdg. Once paid off I will NEVER use you guys again. Big mistake and a waste of time. The customer service people are rude and will not work with anyone if u need to reschedual a payment. One of the worst experiences Ive had. I really regret it signing up with these people

You can't pay on the website or over the phone. Once you sign up, they assign you to a specific person and won't deal with you, unless you talk to that one person. I was having so many problems that I just cancelled my order and went with flexshopper.com I would not recommend MDG to anyone.

Thieves! Stole my Money and refuse to return! They keep drafting my account for merchandise that I do not have. I have revoked my authorization since July 2021 and yet they continue to draft. They will not allow me to remove my payment method from their website. I have 30+ emails demanding my money back have called 100+ times and yet they refuse to return my money. It has cost me money to stop payment with my bank. I have contacted the police about unlawful access to my bank account and will be contacting a lawyer. BUYER BEWARE! If you don't want to keep your cash then they are the company for you!

Not happy with the order at all, no cords, no drives for the windows 10 CD, monitor or driver CD, no Authentic key to activate windows, and i ordered internet security software and didn't get that either. I was supposed to have 4 packages and only received 3. So yeah I an very disappointed and unsatisfied because that's not what I ordered or expected.

I tried to order a laptop for my son starting college in August. I agreed to the down payment and set up the day would come out of my account. Then was told it would be a month before they would ship with another payment. I smelled a scam going on here. I told them I would make more down payment; but, was told the same shipping applied. They lost a potential customer and did not seem to care. I ask to talk to a supervisor, but, none was available or just did not want to talk to me. My observation is that they play with your money and I smell a scam. Buyer beware!

First of all I paid full price for a Deluxe Recliner sofa and received it broken. Must of been how it was delivered or the quality sucks! Get the run around when I call them. They hounded me until they had access to my banking account. Once they got it and took money out of my account, they sent me an email saying they found a discrepancy and would not be able to ship my products. I tried to call them and sent over ten emails. No response, all my calls were sent to an voice mail. And They still have not gotten back with me. Filing an attorney general complaint, BB complaint, banking complaint and speaking to an attorney to see if I can sue for unfair business practices, unethical business practices, theft of money and or anything else that the law will allow me to do.

Was not impressed with the customer service they were very pushy, they called me multiple times to get more and more information, made me uncomfortable considering myself and my daughter deal with your company, my daughter Virginia cochrane has been a customer for approx a year with not 1 late payment.

They do not honor their warranty, that you are charged for, they are over charging. It is a scheme. I'm paying 1600.00 for a TV that cost 479.00 at Best Buy. Customer service agents and supervisor tell you different things. Not worth it!

Ordered a couple items and have received one of the items. The large item that I ordered which was a tv and was being shipped with ceva has not ever arrived. It apparently got lost in shipping and I'm not getting any answers. So frustrated and tv less!
Had date arranged for delivery as it was supposed to be a surprise. But it came 4 days early. So my surprise was ruined.
You pay so much for these products we should be able to have them delivered when we want them. Not just delivered when ever they decide.

Company lost my tv, and when it finally arrived late box was damaged. Mdg couldn't get their story straight and almost a month later of continuous phone calls still have yet to speak to a manager when the customer service folks can not do anything for me. Will never use this company again. Would rather give footrubs on the corner to pay for my goods than finance with these fine people!

Do. Not. Buy. From. Them. Period. You will pay double to TRIPLE the cost of the item that is already marked up absurdly. I went with MDG to help rebuild my credit; I knew I was paying more. However, I bought around a $1,500 television. I have paid off $1,100 of my balance and I still have 47 payments left that equal out to $2600 -- meaning the price of the TV is $4,100 with the bi-weekly payments. The reason people go with MDG is because they afford the payments, but with the interest rate they're charging, they're just taking advantage of people who are trying to do better.
I'm serious. Save up the bi-weekly payments you WOULD'VE paid and you'll be able to afford the item CHEAPER and pay it completely off without bothering with this company that CLEARLY are money hogs who love taking advantage of people. You're disgusting.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. OVERPRICED, RIDICULOUS INTEREST RATES. You'll pay DOUBLE to TRIPLE the value on an already marked up item. Save yourself the money. Do not pay these fools.

I've been a customer for awhile now. There rates are outrageously high, there delievery and wait times are very lengthy, the begining was quite the hassle, I'm paying out the remainder of my balance today and never looking back. I suggest no one uses this company as you can buy the same product in stores for cheaper.

I'm just going to keep this simple. The service that they provide is useful when it comes to getting products, but the customer service is just absolutely horrible. I have tried multiple times reaching out to MDG to get a Windows 10 system restore disc for both the desktop and the MDG Flex 2 in 1. Months and months later, nothing. I have tried sending numerous emails, I contacted their FB page a couple of times which the rep said they would get somebody to contact me, and nothing... Unfortunately, I have to rate them low not for the product service they offer but for this horrible customer service. I still have no system restore discs, and I need to reformat. So, I am going to have to fork out extra money to buy Windows 10 so that I can have an OS because they refuse to answer my request to send the system restore discs.

Make sure you purchase a copy of Windows before getting any type of computer because if anything happens you will need it, and they don't seem to answer requests to send a restore disc.

I was just approved with a $1300. Line of credit from Flex Shopper, no credit check. MDG approved a credit line of $1000. But they want the first (6) payments in advance before I can enjoy the use of my products. NO WAY. (That constitutes a layaway type of program.)
Go through Flex Shopper and first payment is not due until you receive the product. Very disappointed in MDG and advise you to stay away from them.
I sent in everything they ask for and continually requested to speak to someone over the phone in which never happened!
When I called the number and extension for the person that they put a picture on the email for was definitely not that person!
It was one of the voices I've heard continually from scammers that call!
After giving them what they requested they wanted me to answer credit file questions that would give them access to my complete and total social security credit background!
If I was to answer those questions for them I would give them the ability to do whatever they wanted with my credit!
I beg you and I hope none of you make the same mistake or you'll receive some merchandise and then find out your credit is screwed even worse!

I dealt with them a few years back and their customer service was very very bad. Not only they are incompetent but they tried to sell me a broken laptop. I could only see that the hinge was broken when I closed the laptop and it was obvious that there was something very wrong. Other interactions were also bad. They are so rude and condescending I could not believe what I was seeing.
