Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
Very rude customer service company don't address your concerns lack of phone courtesy rude and hangs up on you with out addressing your concerns. I will not recommend this company to anyone lol coming to finance through this company.

Mdg has terrible service, they wasted my time for several days and then they canceled my order after the funds for the down payment cleared successfully from my account because of a mistake they made. The account we originally had on file couldn't make ACH Transactions so we changed it to one that could and I was told everything was successful and I'd be receiving my order within 2 weeks. Not only did they cancel my order but they never reached out to me. I would highly recommend avoid doing business with mdg.

The beginning process wasn't too bad. They did upsell me at the end sticking me with an extra $900 in junk I didn't need. Which also hurt my credit score because the account shows up like a credit card and that pretty much max out my usage. Got the products and they are working out great. Its been approx. 4 months now and even tho I've made every payment on time they have failed to report this to the credit bureaus leaving my credit report to still show a higher amount owed than actually is. I understand there's no legal obligation but this is the first business I have ever purchased from that didn't report monthly. I never would have made a purchase with this company knowing that.

Absolutely disappointed with the current shipping rates, to ship basic things have become hundreds and hundreds of dollars nearly doubling the cost of your item. I've been a long-term customer with MGD and I have bought large things like fridges, huge televisions and I've never paid much more than $150 shipping, my current purchase will be my last purchase. Bought two items not very large $600 shipping... definitely not worth it in the end, but i neesed these items, so its almost like they know they got you. I also work in the transportation industry, so I'm very aware of how much it actually costs to ship things and this is astronomical.
The process takes too long! I was approved and connected my bank account, which was required, then they took the first payment and I verified the amount that was deducted from my bank account, but they still needed to verify everything again which took several days. Once my job, income, email and phone numbers were verified, They said another 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for delivery! So the entire process takes about 3 weeks! So, I wanted to cancel, but the representative was being persistent and rude about canceling my order for a queen mattress and she hung up on me!

Ordering takes weeks, and delivery takes even longer. The logistics company they use is a joke. By the time you get your order, you've probably already made 3 payments. Use Zebit or Perpay. Much easier to use with quicker fulfillment.

The driver came by late there was only the driver he was very impolite and he did not bring the living room in he left it on the street and my son had to go ask a neighbor to hel him to bring it in. And before that my son ask him to take the old living room set and et sais he did not do that. There was tv in the truck and he was pushing them around i m sure the client that got those tv are not working.
For order wise customers service was terrific. My only concern is with delivery.

I called to arrange scheduled delivery with Same Day Delivery. I found out they only deliver to the ground floor. I have a bad back and not suitable for me to try to move the couch up rest the way. I am not sure why I paid shipping. I thought shipping they deliver to your door. This a big disappointment!

It takes forever to receive products from these people. I added something to my order a week ago and they still haven't sent it out. Once they do send it out it will take about 9 days to receive. I wont be ordering from them again.

I purchased a tv and a Nintendo switch my first tv quit after 3 months they did not have the tv brand I ordered so they sent me another which was 600 dollars cheaper than the one I had but will not credit me for the difference. I made another purchase all totaled about 2400 dollars I have paid in 3,923 dollars and they say I owe 1200 yet. Called to discuss and got no where also was told that I can't get a credit for a 3 month old tv that was defective. Don't buy anything from these people they are a rip off and trust me I am not done

Don't even think about trying to order from here if you happen to have a Google apparently they don't see that as a legitimate phone company and phone number so let me save you guys some trouble if you have service through Google no we can't accept that give us another number if you're like me it's your only freaking number so then you spend all this time verifying and getting things sorted and figuring out payments just to find out that no you don't get that cool new thing you want to because hey they don't accept Google.

I have to say MDG are a bunch of thieves. I missed one payment and they said they wouldn't report it to the credit bureau because I had lost my job to Covid and was supposed to be on a relief plan yeah that didn't happen. Instead they reported my payment 30 days late and haven't held there end I've asked nicely many times for these no intelligent ppl to delete it off my credit and have had zero help. Instead I get letters in the mail saying that I have $2500 credits to use like you seriously think I'm going to use your company that ppl can't even speak proper English and customer service is rude af. You ppl must be out of your mind and should really get out of America because you don't belong here if you can't speak English. Don't ever do any business with these ppl or you will regret it!

Scam! Request the purchase of a TV and a Nintendo. I never received what I requested, however I had a withdrawal from my account for 100 dollars from them. And they refused to take them back from me. I came out losing

I cancelled my order because of questions that were unanswered. The company is a scam. I asked for confirmation of my order cancellation to be sent to my email. I have nothing. I had to contact my bank to ensure no money will be taken out since my order was cancelled. The company wont answer or call back.
This company no doubt takes advantage of the poor like michael mosley did. They operate out of greed. They do not care that you are trying to better your financial situation after making a HORRIBLE mistake by using them to begin with. The % of interest you pay is ungodly. When i purchased a laptop they didnt have a chart that laid it all out for you. I had no idea i would be paying almost tripple what the item actually cost on the market. I believe this is unfair and would like to talk to a class action lawyer. Although they are happy to defer, they will not let $100 out of almost $3000 go. The laptop was $900 retail, ive paid them almost $3000 and they will not let me pay only $200 of the remainder $300. I am uneducated financially and didnt realize the mistake i was making. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you are only doing it to build credit, then its just a price you pay. These people are amongst the most greedy.

I have excellent credit and the lender could have given me 3000 instead of 2500 as I made it clear to them that I was only joining for the purposes of credit repair. Instead I was denied and only allowed the 2500. And it was too late because the inquiry had already been completed.
Also, all the items online to purchase are very high priced, not much room for frugal spending for the purposes of building credit since I was forced to purchase items I don't need anyway

I ordered something with mdg the asked me to send them bank statement to verify my bank and if it belonged to me they debit the money days before and refused to send me the item and would not give me my money back what the are doing is against the law proof look at these pictures I sighed the agreement in April don't want to give me my item or a refund if u want to loose money and took advantage of do not shop here

Order shipped with the worlds worst logistics company and overall process is way harder than it has to be I received and email saying my items shipped 4 days before they actually did Everything with this company involves 100 emails and phone calls and a 24-48 hour wait period between all steps of the buying process just all in all this is a terrible company to order anything from and I'll never buy anything from here again
I could buy a home or a car quicker than this! I places my first order 7 days ago. In the last 7 days I have had to take verification call after verification call. I've sent documents and the worst part is, they needed another contact number because they wouldn't allow my second line phone number. I am 36 years old but they had to call my mom. Embarrassing! It has been 7 days and, although they have taken my payment from my account, it's still saying waiting on bank to clear funds. What have I been verifying over and over and over again? The last person I spoke to said I was good to go and my products will be shipped out. The only reason I use this site is because all over stores were sold out. I want to cancel butim afraid they will keep charging me. By the time I get the items, I'll probably gave it nearly paid off.
Bottom line, I would not recommend this company. The process is extreme. If you have 2 months to waste, go for it!

It took almost 2 weeks maybe even 3 weeks to get approved and to get them numerous pieces of personal information they kept asking for more info and took my first payment with out even shippIng my the computer worst company ever and will never ever buy from them and will never recommend them to anyone in fact I will tell people they are the worst company ever
I changed my name back to my maiden name after being divorced for 40 years. I sent MDG a copy of my birth certificate and new drivers license. According to them this is not good enough. They wanted my divorce decree and I explained it was long gone since I have been divorced 40 years. Then they wanted government issued documentation on the name change. A drivers license and birth certificate are government issued documentation. When I asked which type of government issued documentation they require I go no answer. So I now have to leave my name at MDG as my married name (which is not my legal name). I wish I had never dealt with this company as they do not seem to know what they are doing. I spoke with 3 people there and Mila was the only person who tried to help. It was taken out of her hands so she cannot assist me on this issue. People think twice before you sign up with MDG as I would no like these people to deal with anything to do with my money.

I ordered 3 items the women's Cuban link the initial iced out necklace with chain and and name necklace with a crown all of the items I got look and feel very poor quality. And It took over 2 months to get my items
