Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

Too long to process no real feedback or communication letting us know about the application process.To long to get product still waiting for it. It took a whole month and still waiting for it to be delivered yet you have taken my money and have it for over two weeks but no product yet. I'm going to get it in the new year not before Christmas it will be a month and a week

Very unhappy with seeing all the ads free shipping and I have to pay the interest on the 199.99 shipping charge. It's says no minimum! Unhappy when I email and tell you I saw the same TV at the source for 50.00 cheaper and no response!

I bought a 70 tv and its tilted by almost 2 to one side on the stand. I called and sent pics like they asked and the response from you guys was that its expected wen you buy a tv that big like I did and thats the email I got 3 days a go from you guys!

I ordered on Tuesday and finalized the order on Wednesday to have a delivery that costs $75 and we are waiting until Thursday evening for me to receive it with standard delivery only.
UPS tells me that my package will arrive on Monday, why pay if Amazon sends free if good client?
Wait waiting, long week to pay too much
Very slow, 3 day push shipping and 3 day for ship=5 day open for 75$ WOW very fun.

Customer service was great honest the gentleman was great with providing all the answers. But when it comes tp deliver the product im waiting for it and got 2 payments out already first time I see any compagny pull money way faster then delivering a product the free shipping aint worth it if you have the chance to pay for faster by fedex ask for it and demand it! Everyone and thing there sucks they tell you one thing then they do another. You never get the product you actually ordered and if you do it takes forever to get it. You are better off shopping any place else. Will never shop here again. Worst experience ever

I know this is for people with bad credit. But, instead of selling a $700 tv for $700, plus interest, they took a tv I. E. the RU7300 Samsung curved tv 65", that costs 699.99 on Samsung's website to buy for $1149. 00 PLUS interest. So, you pay $1800 for a $700 tv. I did not buy from them, please, do some research. Don't let them screw you for $1100 on a tv.

I thought they were back on tracked. Sending stuff back waiting them to take off my account. These past 3 weeks have been hell. Not only did they send a tv that I couldn't use,. Trying to get stuff taken off account and get refund is a Hassel. Will not recommend this company to any one. Had a friend that was going to order,. Told him stay away.

Was going to order a new computer and some living room furniture. They said free shipping no minimum. So I put my order in and then they add on 200.00+ for shipping fees. Uhhh No thanks. I didn't complete the order but the order still sits as pending on my account and even after 5 calls its still there on my account. The "customer service" agent all but tried shoving this order down my throat to take it.
So a month later I have decided to adopt a family who have 2 kids and I bought them new clothes, shoes backpacks with supplies etc. and I was going to get them each a laptop. BUT... Cant even put anything into my cart... ORDER PENDING... I'm better off getting something from one of my other retail credit accouts. Just a waste of my time.

I had to cancel my order with mdg due to a company wide level of incompetence. After 2 weeks of argument with mdg to deliver to my actual address and not the made up one they wanted to deliver too. I just simply gave up.

My wife got a AC and a laptop and they said all is great we will take the money then send the stuff. Then took the money and then said she didn't do all the paper work properly and the supervisor needed to go over it... so I asked for our money back and it took 10 days to return my money and they kept $1 on top of that. When they messed up

So bottom line MDG did not offer me a defferal. They promised they would not take money out as I asked with more than enough time. Supervisors said sorry and would not happen it did over $300 in nsf charges and I have to. Hide from bank. So I send it for consolidation and after the supervisor told me they would drop it to me owing $120. If I had it I would have paid it but I have NSF charges and have to pay that. So I figured $120. Well the put it back up to $360 now I'm paying $14 a month for the next 2 or 3 years which means over 5 years to pay this bill.
So yes they are loan sharks and thieves. Is it really worth the chance that MDG will do the same to you don't do it. It's all automated you can't stop it once they start. I asked for help now they respond like they did nothing wrong well you did. I asked I have emails of being assured that payment would not go through. It did.

Was approved for a TV but had to phone in for confirmation but was given the run around and rudely informed I need 2 phone numbers. My work cell and personal cell are the same. Who ever I was talking to could not grasp that I do not have a home phone because I am always out of town working and only telemarketers were phoning the home phone anyways!

They lie and tell you that you are approved and you provide everything to them that they ask and then just turn around and deny you after going through the whole process. They are fraud and overpriced. I would not recommend them. My credit score has now been affected and did not even get my product.

They sent me a used ps5, I called them and they said all they're merchandise is new and factory sealed. They sent me another box that was destroyed and ps5 is not factory sealed. I'm going to report them in the morning. Worst experience ever!

Horrible! After many phone calls, many errors on my forms on their behalf and taking all my downpayments, the called the day they were to schedule my shipment to say I'm not approved and would be getting refunded in a week. Such a bizarre business! Why would you have an account signs all the documents, the website state you have a credit line of 1700, take all down payments only to call and say you weren't approved?! I've never heard of business having people sign all documents and taking your money for downpayments without approval. I wasted two months thinking I was receiving the order! I even turned away an offer to purchase the products out right from someone else. Don't waste your time!

When I started the ordering process on December 9th I was hopeful that it would be here around Christmas time. Unfortunately the price inflation and the lengthy process will most certainly prevent me from ordering with MDG again. My order was not shipped out until January 6th and still hasn't arrived so I can not comment on the quality of the product.

I keep getting the run around between MDG and Ceva. MDG claims my order was shipped out on 09/26/22 but here it is 10/19/22 and still no answers on when I will receive my order plus my account was hit twice for payments and I don't have my order. This is not right and someone should make this right. Plus calling Ceva is a dead end they claiming they have no record of my order.

I financed an Oculus Quest 2 off of MDG. When I received it, it had a manufacturer damaged lens. I immediately contacted mdg. Gina the customer service representative says screw you. We are not going to replace it. It's up to you to get a good one. Good or bad mdg supplied the system. Now me the customer has the hassle of trying to get a good one. Until I have a good working non damaged Oculus in my hand MDG will never see a payment from me. BILL Shortridge
