Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.
So I ordered stuff and my payment is 144 but they are reporting my payment is 65.00 a month when I called and ask the manager said that the credit bureau changed my payment so I called the credit bureau they said they didn't change anything that 65.00 is was is being reported so somebody is keeping some money
Was so happy when i got approved for some sofas, but very disappointed when they got here in horrible condition, and then they broke within 2 months and it gets worse.
The sofas started coming apart from the seams and i had to use clear tape to hold them together. Ive been asking for about 4 months now to have the sofas picked up and no one will listen and to make matters worse my bank account is being charged double monthly payment every week causing me to ha INSF. This is horrible and i wont be recommending them to anyone. Fyi the persons who delivered my sofas say that they were sorry but that there were worse items that were damaged where they picked up the merchandise and stated to me that they still make them delivery the damaged items.

I waited over a month for a prosuct to come up for purchase and i caught it 2 hrs after it went on. Put my card number in for said product and you took my money out of my account for said product and then call me to say you sold them on me after i paid for it. And i still havent got my money back for it. You told me you would hold it til it came if it ever does. And my month fee went down 4 bucks from you taking off 500 dont make sense. Im so disappointed and i would recommend a site that takes your money just cause. Thats not how you do business

I was approved, I placed an order approximately December 11,2018. I was purchasing a gift for someone out of state so I called to switch the address which started another process! They asked for two months of bank statements which then was October and November, I sent the needed documents and did not hear from them. I contracted them on January 3 just to be told that I did not complete the process and they required December bank statements as well. Which when I submitted and my order said processing December bank statements was not available. I believe this company is a scam and I will contact the BBB on this company! Very sketchy to me!

I've been trying to get a laptop for over a month now. I've sent in everything they wanted. Spoke to the rep. They took out my down payment of course. I still am in the process of getting approved. I make over $2500 a week take home. This is ridicules. I've canceled my order. Let's see how long it takes to get my down payment back. I went and purchased a nice laptop on my own. This company is a rip off.

First I call about my order I spoke with someone with the ext 892 she put me on hold then hanged up the phone on me, because I placed an order a week ago n still haven't received it. I then had to call back and spoke with Ivan, who transferred me to customer service. Finally, she contacted the company to open an investigation about the parcel which will take up to 8 days, but she said she would resend the item again but she will send an email with tracking number let's see how long this will take. I am already started paying for this item n still cannot have in my hands let's see how long this will take the second time around to get the item...
I purchased 3 items! I am happy with the tablet! The phone I purchased freedom mobile wont hook it up they say I wont be happy with there service with that phone and the computer I got well the tablet is better and more useful

This is a bad company. 90% of the people can't speak English, let alone understand it. The customer service people... Andy & Hannah to be specific, love to run their mouth & not LISTEN to the customer, which is what they are supposed to do. The supervisor I spoke to is really fricking stupid. Beware all possible customers. This company will try to rip you off, which is what they tried to do to me.

I was approved from them and placed an order from them back in April since then, I have had to deal with 4 different people and I sent them the paperwork they required since them all i get told is you need to send in more and more paperwork, I guess they don't want my money and I'm tired of playing the games., beginning to sound like a scam and maybe I'd stealers since they keep wanting more information then should be required

I was online looking for a new desktop set up and I found MDG. Everything looked legit and i found what i wanted. I applied for the finance option and got approved for $3,000. I created my cart and submitted all the info they needed. My banking info, i uploaded the docs they wanted and was told it will take 24-48 hours. I have never heard back from anyone. Whenever i go to check it, it gives me an option to "track my order" when i click on it and says call dennis. I've called dennis multiple times and left messages with no reply. At this point, If my order doesn't get approved and shipped by tomorrow, I'd like my acccount shut down and my info deleted. It's ridiculous that a bad review is the only way i can contact this company.

One of the worst service I have used website lies to get u roped in and then they tell u they need more and more and more stuff from you I have been dealing with my order for over week and half then even after I gave them screen shots of my bank was told they would ship it out that same day we will be foing on almost 2 weeks still no stuff was told 3 to 5 days

Want to much private information from you to buy. When you call and tell them not happy with what they want have some sort of stupid response. When I told them to cancel order, then it's lots of questions why. Already told you the reason why. DUH.

I ordered a 75 inch TV from MDG. I received a non working TV. I'm in to my 2nd payment now and still dont recieve a new one they supposedly shipped out to me. I'm disgusted with their customer service. Horrible!

These guys are a complete scam theyve been harrasing me for over a year now first time i tried with em it just seemed like too much of a hassle and second time no matter how much info they wanted they were still asking for more and then my gfs account too! I am happy with the service I recieved but not happy how you guys handle logistic and delivery, mdg expects a client to stay home by giving them an 8 hour window and in the 8 hour window they can show up any time they like it has to be Mon to fri and it has to be between the hours of 9-5. Most of us work this time it's impossible to take out time for delivery also I received my tv damaged now I have to take another day out which I have no idea how I will wait another 15+ days and then i have to take another day out in the weekday to get a tv delivered at my place this delivery experience is a pain.
Everything else was good it's the delivery / logistics you guys have to fix

Called in upon approval. I wasn't given any details regarding the payment process. I was told to upload my bank info and wait for approval. Rep was unable to provide any answers to my questions. I felt like I had to impress the rep instead of her impress me to but into their highninterst with 30% APR. Anyway all I can say is dont waist your time or pockets. How can you trust a product you never saw and have a merchant gain access to your bank account? It isn't worth it. Pay cash. This is a consumer alert!

My computer broke within weeks of recieving it and than after everything is paid off they continue to take money out of your account. Wait and afterwards tell you a balance is still owed so for a membership that is supposed be $8.95 a month but if you cancel it they continue you charge and add a balance to it. This is a big joke be careful

Don't order if you want it fast. I ordered before the 18th. Eve thing was done but takes way to long and the shipping is slow and late too. I was supposed to get my tv today by 5pm it's now 8pm on a Friday so probably not getting it before Monday. And I will be out of town.

I ordered a king size bed over a month ago, they were quick to take the first payment but not to ship merchandise. I called three times only to be told they would have to talk to their manager who was never in. I never received the product only excuses so I cancelled on the 3rd of July which was three weeks after the first payment was made. It is now the 11th and I am still waiting on my refund. Of course they have to talk to another manager, who probably is never in before they can refund my money. They are full of excuses and very little action. The only time they moved quickly was when they needed me to authorize the deductions from my account. DO NOT BUY from them they will scam you.
Your shipping company you deal with.(sameday). Is absolulute crap. Nothing but run around. Have called them and you over the last three days and get no anwser but I will email. You might want to pick up a phone. And speak to someone in person. If item is not at my home for Friday I will cancel this.
Full discamer i dont have good credit, I recently attempted to make a purchase they approved me for the item at a fair price( it was on sale everywhere else and i talked them down in price) so I made my first payment they took it no problem a week later they call and tell me I wasn't approved anymore apparently they check these things after you sign a contract. I only bought the item through them to build my credit. I had the cash to buy it in a normal store now its not on sale and I don't have the product that I had the cash to buy at the sale price elsewhere.
