Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

I feel very disappointed with this website because after being 1 entire day of recollection of a bunch of information my assistant ( Olivia) told me that I, unfortunately, couldn't ship my product just because I couldn't confirm my date of birth in English while my son was next to me who can tell her I was approving everything. For me, this was very disappointing and disrespectful. I considered this as racism. If you plan to use this, just let me tell you that you need a lot of your personal information just for a thing.

I had dealt with this company for several years. At first they were happy for new clients as they were a growing business. The customer service people are still friendly and helpful, but once you get to the verification department... the niceties go away. Even if you bought several items and paid them off on time... if they don't like what they see on your bank account... you are $#*! to them. Well they sent the tablet in a paper bag! It was a pre-owned tablet the box was open and missing parts and the box looked like someone kicked it around! I think it was swapped out for a old tablet! This company sucks! I am not paying for this! Pics below!

😡😡So this place went through all the process of checking credit and everything getting me approved. Getting it ordered together and at the last minute. Denying me of my credit after I've already been approved so I would say double check into this place because they were real slow about getting back to me. Maybe it's because I live in Georgia. They were rude and didn't want to. At like they wanted to do business with me but out of the blue they canceled my order.That's crazy.So I would say double check this place out before you do business with them.

I purchased a laptop and that was fine, but after the purchase they continue to charge me $9 monthly - when I called to inquire about it I was told I couldn't get a refund although they'd just charged my card less than 24 hours ago! A supervisor hung up on me and when I called back 30 seconds later I was told there was no supervisor in the office! I will never EVER purchase from them again!

Until this past week I would have said I was a good customer and would always do business with MDG again, that has all changed. I ordered a few things for Christmas and paid for 2 day shipping however there was a mistake made in the shipping department and they were sent economy instead. MDG said they obviously would be taking the shipping charges off my bill but now they have changed their minds. I made several calls to Fed-ex and arranged delivery myself and by sheer luck got some of my items on time and because of my phone calls and arrangements with fed ex MDG is now saying they will not take the shipping charges off my bill. I do as well have the shipping labels that state they were sent economy and not 2 day delivery! I will not be a returning customer again! I will add a picture of at least 1 of the labels that say they were sent economy

I'm telling you right now do not waste your time with these people. It's been 3 weeks, they're already taking payments from my account and still don't have an answer weather or not I'm getting what I ordered. Hopefully you don't actually need what you buy cause it's a whole process. Email after email. Do everything they ask and still been days since hearing back, funny how that works, soon as they got my banking info the communication pretty much died. So beware of these shady people, get a Walmart card instead.

This place is a scam, they approved me for $2300 even though my credit is poor. I placed the order, they took out my money from my bank account and then cancelled order with no notice or reason. I don't expect to ever see it again... Best I can do I think is worn others unfortunately.

I'm a zip pay user was going to give this company a shot yes prices are high but that was expected payment plans and all. After reading these reviews good and bad it really sounds shady good reviews not giving it justice at all and the bad ones seems more predictable. I'm glad I read before purchasing now to just figure out how to cancel this account. These people are SCAMMERS! Just read a review where the auto bot explained it needed banking information such as username and password. It's either a scam or an extremely careless company. Avoid either way!

Tried to be an honest and upfront customer and they only made excuses to delay shipping by over a month. After signing contracts and making an agreement on items, they turned around and changed terms with down payments and made things much higher than promised. There are better ones out there, avoid these guys if you can.

I was really excited when I purchased the item. However, the power supply does not work in MDG gives the runaround. I've never been treated so poorly by a company ever. There's no reason why they can't just send me a replacement.

Been sending money to these clowns since January. Keep getting lured and lied into waiting longer and sending more money. They use ups shipping to for $100 and you get the snail version so they can make money on the shipping also. Terrible customer service, don't fall for Ivana and her or email me I'll look into, I emailed her more then once and she does not reply. If you don't mind dealing with a bunch of scammers that take months to get anything done then this is your place. Told me they were shipping yesterday and still the tracking don't update, just shows longer then original. Don't even show it was picked up. Going on 2.5 months that they've just been taking money.
