“Fraud”

We purchase what appeared to be an Ace Money disk, it wasn't, it was a download. Didn't like and asked for money back within the 15 days return guarantee. They never gave money back. We turned into BBB and they wouldn't respond to them. We then turned into our states attorney general and they proceeded but again got no response other than from a former partner. Again no money back. DON'T FALL FOR THIS COMPANY and their promises. I won't submit proof of purchase as our name on document isn't important.

Tip for consumers:
Be honest with the good and bad so the consumer can make a informed decision.
