I have been following Maria Bella for sometime now. I didn't do the detox right away because I was afraid I'd be starving the whole time or that the food would be plan. I was wrong! The food was delicious and I couldn't finish all the meals and snacks because I would get full from them! It is important to me to that a detox doesn't leave me hungry or tired because I lift weights 5 times a week. I was able to do the detox, lift weights, and still feel full and energized! I recommend this book to everyone! I try and do the detox once a month (especially when i veer off the healthy eating path) and incorporate these meals into my everyday eating!
